16 ALL ABOUT JACK'S CONDITION

It was 6 am, and Jack was being curious so, he decided to go to the graveyard to find out if Alizy is there or not.

It was a winter morning, and the weather was foggy, he went towards the graveyard, it was morning but still, due to the fog, it was hard for Jack to see anything.

He entered the graveyard, from a distance he saw as if someone is sitting near Alizy's grave.

He came closer to find who it might be and was shocked to see that it was Kevin.

"What are you doing here?" Jack asked furiously.

"I just came here to talk to Alizy", Kevin replied while hiding something.

"Have you gone insane? she is dead!" Jack replied.

"She is not! I saw her, she was sitting in my room and was upset", Kevin said in a sad tone.

"You saw her too?" Jack questioned, "Kevin she came to my room as well and she said that she is feeling so alone, that is why I came here to see if she is dead or not," Jack said sadly.

"Oh", Kevin tried to control his devilish smile and hugged Jack.

"It is fine, maybe you were very close to her, that is why you are unable to forget her, come on let's go from here, I am not feeling comfortable", Kevin said.

"But I wanted to talk to her", Jack said.

"You can come at some other time!" Kevin said and they left the graveyard.

Jack came back to his home.

"Jack! do eat something", her mother said with care.

He did not reply and went to his room.

"He is unable to forget Alizy, he left eating the way he used to be, and he stopped teasing others, I am worried about him", his mother said to his father.

"He will be fine, give him some time, whatever happened with Alizy was heartbreaking and he was close to her, we should give him time, he is mature enough to handle himself", his father replied.

Jack entered his room and saw his puppy, he was barking while looking at the wardrobe.

"What is this behavior? get out!" Jack said but the puppy kept on barking. Jack opened the wardrobe furiously and that doll fell from that.

The puppy held the doll's neck and kept on biting it.

"What the hell are you doing? just leave it you hungry dog!" Jack shouted but the puppy was not listening to him and kept on tearing the doll.

Jack snatched the doll and asked the puppy to leave.

In the evening, Jack's mom asked him to go outside with her for a walk, and he agreed, that they had a lovely walk together. It was getting dark, so they decided to go back.

When Jack opened the door of his room, he was surprised to see the condition, the bed sheet was on the floor, pillows were not in their place, his perfume bottles were broken and even the curtain was torn.

"What the hell!" he shouted, "I am sure it is done by that puppy, such a useless creature he is." From the bathroom he heard a strange sound as if something is drowning, he rushed there, and but shocked to see that the puppy was in the bathtub, he was trying to come outside and it felt like something is not letting him go.

Jack held the puppy, he felt like he is holding the heaviest thing in the world, he covered the puppy with a towel and rushed towards the hospital.

The puppy was neither barking nor breathing. Jack was worried the doctor asked him to leave the dog for one hour, as the dog was under treatment.

Jack was just walking around and remembered an incident from the past. He came to the same hospital with Alizy because her cat (Casper) caught a cold. She was worried about the cat and Jack was just there to calm her.

"Alizy! I was there with you, whenever you needed me the most, but right now you left me alone, all alone in this entire world!" Jack said, he was just missing Alizy so much, that is why he decided to go to the graveyard.

It was winter's foggy and dark evening, he footed towards the graveyard.

He kept on walking until he reached Alizy's grave. He stood there, and started talking to the grave, "Alizy you know what happened today? I went to my room and he was drowning, but he will be fine soon," he kept on talking when he heard some sounds, it was coming from the grave.

"Hey, are you alive? I knew it, I knew it! you cannot die, you cannot become a memory", by saying this he started digging the grave with his hands.

"Alizy, do not worry my dear, I am here with you", he kept on digging the grave. He stopped to take a breath, but surprisingly the digging sound was still coming. He was shocked and looked to his left, there was someone, a girl maybe, it was dark he was not able to see, that girl was digging with the help of a shovel.

"Who died?" Jack asked the girl.

"And why are you digging, give it to me I will help you and where is the body that you want to bury?" Jack asked but the girl kept on digging.

"Who died??" Jack asked again.

"My friend! Jack," the girl replied and started running.

Jack was shocked because it was Alizy's voice. He wanted to follow her but whatever he saw was hard for him to digest.

He went back to the hospital, and asked the doctor, "How is he now?"

"He is fine now but he was about to die", the doctor replied.

Jack took the puppy and went home, he thought that he is getting mad.

When he reached home his mom asked about the puppy's health and said,

"Kevin came to see you".

"Kevin? But why? he questioned himself and went to his room.

He saw Kevin's text, "I want you guys to join me tomorrow at 5 pm, I will wait".
