Hunter elves.

Ellyss heads west, she walks at a normal pace, trying to conserve as much energy as possible, doing so during nighttime would be more efficient, but she doesn't know what animals would be lurking out there then.

She continues to walk for hours, using the shadow she casts by the sunlight as reference, always checking it after a few minutes to not lose her way.

Although it's daytime, she encounters a few big animals, some with similarities to the fauna of Earth; cougars, deers, wolves, though these appear to be more threatening, with a large variety of 'mutations', some have horns, others have sharp teeth, long enough to stick out of their mouth, hyperdeveloped muscle tissue, extra limbs and strange patterns through their bodies. Ellyss wonders if this is a consequence of another type of powerful matter, because to her knowledge, celestial matter doesn't have this kind of effect, this would also explain the possible existence of another system.

She manages to avoid those creatures, that don't seem much active, soon it's afternoon, Ellyss thinks of settling temporarily and make a few traps for the smaller animals, but then she hears an odd hustling sound from the top of a nearby tree, and right after an arrow coming at her, she dodges, it was aimed at her right thigh, meant to incapacitate.

"לְחַרְבֵּן."

she hears from the tree, a male voice, but even more surprising, it was Hebrew, a language she almost didn't recognize, without any time to think properly, comes a bolt from the nearby bush at her, she manages to narrowly dodge, it was faster than the arrow, she would have no time to react if she was surprised with it first.

"לפיר אתה אידיוט!"

says the other man who shot the bolt as he reveals himself, he's an elf, it takes Ellyss a moment to be able to understand;

"I shot by instinct, but how could you miss!?" the elf bowman yells.

"Now, shut up you two goblin shit! Hmm, look at what we got here, it's not our girl, but this one is a slut hahahah!" a third elf appears and says while looking at Ellyss' body.

Ellyss carefully inspects the three elves, one with a bow, the other with a crossbow, they wear light leather armor, and the third who appears to be the leader, wields a saber in his right hand, he is slightly more armored, with a chain mail and a few well positioned metal plates, they are definitely dexterity focused.

They prepare to attack, but suddenly, a human woman, who was hiding in some bushes a few dozen meters from there starts to run away.

"It's her!" the bowman elf yells again.

"Go get her! While I get this one too, heheh." commands the leader.

The group part ways, the elf leader stares at Ellyss menacingly, she positions herself in a mid stance, with the spear tip diagonally pointing forward.

"Hohh..." he mutters as he rushes forward with an inhumane acceleration, attacks diagonally, downwards and to the right, with his saber, Ellyss pulls the spear closer while stepping back, narrowly dodging the strike, the elf, though, continues to advance, redirecting the previous motion into a horizontal slash, Ellyss instinctively holds the spear vertically, intending to block the blow, a saber is not made to cut wood, since it's thin and light, but with the absurd speed it had, it only took Ellyss a moment to know the stick would not handle a direct hit, so just before the impact, Eliss twisted the spear in a clockwise motion, but could only partially deflect it, the spear still broke, she immediately got the bone dagger in her waist with her right hand in a reversed grip.

"Heh." he mocked as he mercilessly slashed downward at her, with even more power than before, it was unavoidable, she would definitely be hit.

"..." the rules are absolute, they can not be broken, if you know the rules you shall not fear your enemy for you will know what they are capable of, if you know how to use the rules you shall not fear defeat, for the enemies weaknesses shall be at your mercy.

Ellyss ducks while swiftly rising her right arm above her head, the bone dagger supported by her forearm, the blow is heavy, but with the relative speed of the saber and Ellyss' body as she lowers herself, the force is partially absorbed by her legs and arm, yet, her right shoulder was still severed.

"What--" the elf seems surprised, as Ellyss grabs the second bone dagger on the left side of her hip with her spare hand in a reverse grip, she propels herself forward and thrusts it in a gap between the metal plates of the upper abdomen, the bone reaches the chain mail armor layer, chain mail is extremely effective against slashes, but it's completely destroyed by thin blades or spikes.

It pierces the elf's diaphragm, and he falls to the ground, she finishes him with a strike to the back of the neck.

The rules are absolute and universal, men can not break them, magic can not break them, an infinitely small and dense point, the dawn of creation can not break them; no one is omnipotent, because the law of conservation of energy states that, it would require an infinite amount of energy for such, the law of thermodynamics states that an infinite source of power is impossible, and so is omnipotence, for god himself can not break them.
