"Let's play Leo, come out of your house." the kids say while eyeing Leo in front of his house's door.

"Not today, guys. My health seems not to be in good shape so you guys can go and play among yourselves."

"Aww!! But yesterday you have told us that today you will teach us new and interesting games."

" Just not today guys, I am not feeling too well, but I promise that tommorow I will teach you all."

"You have to remember your promise tommorow!!"

"Yeah, I will remember."

As the children were moving away from my vision, my hands, which were waving at them, came to still and a sigh escaped my lips.

Damn! What was even in my mind that day that I taught these devil spawns some games that came in my mind from my previous life?

"Welcome back home honey," Liya's reply came from the kitchen. She washed her hands and came towards the entrance room and was immediately surprised to see several food items hanging on Ron's forearms.

"Happy birthday, honey!!"

As Ron said these words, Liya's eyes widened in astonishment and joy as she realised the thought and effort he put into selecting different foods and the effort he had to put to complete the work and come home early for her.

She throws her arms around him in a tight embrace, overwhelmed with gratitude and love.

While there is no such thing as birthday celebrations and birthday cakes in this world, people just cook a feast and celebrate birthdays on a 5 year gap basis and Liya has turned 20 years old on this day.

Yes, she is very young to have a three-year-old child

but it's only from my perspective according to the common sense of people of this era 15 years is a marriageable age for couples and one should have a child by the time of 16 years.

I was weirded out at first, but meh who cares? It's not my problem anyways.

As Ron's and Liya's interaction was concluding, I quietly and swiftly ascended the table behind Liya and placed a pendant around her neck.

Liya felt something hanging around her neck and when she touched it, she immediately turned back to see that Leo was standing atop of a table with a smile tugging at the corner of his lips

she then turned her gaze towards the pendant.

It was the pendant Leo purchased 2 months ago from his own pocket money that was given to her to let Leo buy toys.

When Leo was purchasing a pendant, she thought that since the pendant was shiny; he wanted to purchase it and let it be.

But after coming home he kept it hidden and did not wear it, but now she knows why.

"Happy birthday Mom!!"

Liya immediately hugged Leo and spun him around, unable to contain her excitement that her cute little child thinks so much about her that from previously he prepared her a gift months ago!

'While the other neighbour's kids only want to play around with friends of their own age, my son is caring so much about me.' Liya thinks as tears of happiness tug at the corner of her eyes

Ron, witnessing this sight, was just hanging open his mouth that could fit a whole basket of eggs.

Just when Ron thinks this was going to end, Ron sees a smirk tugging at the corners of Leo's lips that seemed like it was saying

'Jokes on you bastard!' It seems like his own child beat him while presenting his wife with a gift.

'Damn you, Leo, you should have at least told your father that you were presenting your own gift to your mother.' Ron thinks while lamenting his luck.

If I had known about I would have presented her a more suitable gift

Liya took Leo in her lap and then took a kebab from the list of items that Ron bought and then fed it to Leo with her own hands.

After pampering Leo to her heart's content Liya then looked to her sulking husband who was making circles on the table with his fingers.

She giggled and the called him and Leo on the dining table and then started distributing delicious food that was still warm and appetizing.

The family of the trio then proceeded to eat various delicious food items and celebrate Liya's birthday that day.
