Labours Of The Undead - Part 2

After taking a break after completing the first 6 labors, Lawrence faces the last six labors of the undead, with even greater challenges ahead of him.

Capture the Cretan Bull

The Cretan Bull was a huge and fierce animal, known for its strength and ferocity. Lawrence had to capture the bull and bring it back to Hercules. The Cretan Bull was running wild in the city, destroying buildings and causing chaos. Lawrence had to track it down and confront it in a fierce battle. He eventually managed to subdue the bull and bring it back to Hercules.

Retrieve the Mares of Diomedes

The Mares of Diomedes were a group of four horses that were known to be extremely wild and dangerous. They were being kept in a stable, but no one was brave enough to go near them. Lawrence had to retrieve the horses and bring them back to Hercules. He used his intelligence and cunning to lure the horses out of the stable, and then he subdued them and brought them back to Hercules.

Obtain the Belt of Hippolyta

The Belt of Hippolyta was a magical belt that was owned by the Amazon Queen. Hercules needed the belt to complete another task, and he sent Lawrence to retrieve it. Lawrence had to go to the Amazon's island and fight his way through their army to get to the Queen. He managed to defeat the Queen in a fierce battle and retrieve the belt.

Capture the Cattle of Geryon

Geryon was a three-headed giant who owned a herd of red cattle. Hercules wanted Lawrence to capture the cattle and bring them back to him. Lawrence had to travel to the island where Geryon lived, and he faced many obstacles along the way. He eventually managed to capture the cattle and bring them back to Hercules.

Retrieve the Apples of the Hesperides

The Apples of the Hesperides were golden apples that were guarded by the Hesperides, the nymphs of the evening and golden light of sunset. Hercules needed the apples to complete another task, and he sent Lawrence to retrieve them. Lawrence had to find the Garden of the Hesperides, fight off the nymphs, and retrieve the apples. He succeeded in this task after a fierce battle.

Capture Cerberus

Cerberus was a three-headed dog that guarded the entrance to the Underworld. Hercules wanted Lawrence to capture Cerberus and bring him back to the surface. Lawrence descended into the Underworld and confronted Cerberus. He managed to subdue the dog and bring him back to Hercules.

After completing all 12 labors, Lawrence had 12 tattoos all over his body, each symbolizing the completion of a specific task. The tattoos were of the lion of Nemea, the Hydra of Lerna, the hind of Ceryneia, the boar of Erymanthos, the birds of Stymphalia, the bull of Crete, the horses of Diomedes, the belt of Hippolyta, the cattle of Geryon, the apples of the Hesperides, and the dog Cerberus. These tattoos were a permanent reminder of his strength, courage, and integrity.

After Lawrence completed the labors, Hercules was proud of him and felt that he had gained a worthy successor. Lawrence was exhausted but also felt a sense of accomplishment and pride in himself. He realized that he had become a hero in his own right and was now ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
