Many prisoners gulped down a mouthful of saliva while others simply tried to take a few deep breaths to keep their hearts calm and their minds collected.

But, even those brutish attempts of retaining their composure only did so much. The only thing that was a constant in this situation was the fear of what was to come.

{One hour could be too short or too long depending on how the nightmare will go. Hopefully, it's the latter.} 

"Is everyone ready?" The head guard asked as he looked around.

No one nodded but no one said anything either so he assumed that they were giving him the green light. Turning around to Kami, he said.

"Lady Kami, please." Opening the path for her to stand in front of the group of prisoners.
