6 MONTHS LATER

On a sunny and beautiful morning, I was having tea with my grandmother in the garden of our house, enjoying sweets. Amid our conversation, my grandmother opened her mouth to speak and started:

"Toji, next week you will head to Konoha because I want you to finish the academy there and make some friends." said my grandmother.

"Grandmother, is that really necessary? You know no one there can be my rival." I said.

"Toji, the main reason for you to go there is not the academy but to keep an eye on Mito. I already know you won't learn anything in Konoha. That's why I'll give you many scrolls with information to study." said my grandmother.

"Grandmother, I don't want to go there. Why do I have to monitor my sister? She should already be close to your level of strength." I said.

"This is because Mito is dying from the chakra of the Kyubi and the chakra is consuming her." said my grandmother.

Even though I already knew this, I still didn't want to see Mito because I still have memories with her, and I don't want to seal those loving memories.

"Toji, you have to understand me. There's no one better than you to do this. You'll go, learn about Mito's issues, and report back to me. If you can, you need to heal her." said my grandmother.

Sighing, I said seriously, "Okay, grandmother."

'I guess it's time to seal my memories.' I thought.

With these thoughts, I quickly walked out of the room and reached my own room.

Yin Style: Memory Sealing

I learned this technique from the seals I studied with my grandmother, thinking it might come in handy.

It had been a long time since I visited my mindscape. It had been over 500 years since I last came here (including my other lives).

The last time I was here, there was just a small library, but now there's a palace.

Now I have to seal all the memories related to the women I loved.

As I wandered through the memories and came to Mito's, I realized there were a lot of them. Among all my wives, Mito was one of the few who genuinely loved me. I spent almost all my time with Mito after the war until my death, and she gave me endless affection.

Sealing these memories is really painful. In the future, I'll revisit them and come here for nostalgia.

Huff* This is why I avoid visiting other villages. Thankfully, the Hashirama of this world is dead, or I might have started a big war in Konoha.

After a short while, I finished sealing my memories. Reviewing and sealing all the memories with my wives deeply affected me. I think I won't work on anything today.

1 WEEK LATER

Today is the day I'll head to Konoha. I packed my things and prepared to leave the house. When I stepped outside, I saw my whole family waiting for me. My mother ran to me and hugged me.

"I will miss you so much, my son." she said, crying.

Hugging her back, I said, "I will miss you too, mom."

My father, grandmother, and grandfather smiled at me. First, my father joined my mother's embrace and hugged me. Then my grandmother and grandfather came and joined the hug. This turned into a big family hug. A minute later, we separated, but I could see my mother still crying, and the others on the verge of tears.

"Who will accompany me, grandmother?" I asked.

"You will go alone." said my grandmother. I was surprised and gasped.

"What do you mean, grandmother? Will I go to Konoha by myself?" I asked.

"Tsk, as if you need a guard. You are stronger than the Jonin, brat." said my grandmother. I couldn't argue because she was right.

"Enough with the sentimentality." said my grandfather.

"Now we have a few gifts for you." he said, handing me a scroll.

"This scroll has a seal that prevents the passage of time, and it's filled with sweets. So you don't have to worry about sweets until you get there." said my grandfather.

Then my grandmother handed me a scroll and spoke, "This scroll has seal formulas for you to learn while you're there. Learn them and work hard." she said.

My father came and gave me a belt pouch filled with red kunai and said, "These are made from blood iron, a metal that only comes from the mines of this village. If you drip your blood on these kunai, they will return to you even if you throw them," he said.

My mother came and gave me a scroll and said, "This scroll contains food pills to support and strengthen your body and to eat if you get hungry." she said.

Smiling, I looked at everyone and said, "Thank you all for these gifts. I'll be back as soon as possible."

Then I turned to my grandmother and asked again, "Grandmother, am I really going alone?"

My grandmother smiled and said, "Yes."

Sighing, I said, "At least give me a map."

"The map is inside the scroll." said my grandmother.

"How will I cross the sea?" I asked.

"There's a tiny ship in the scroll. If you channel chakra into it, it will grow and turn into a real ship. This way, you can leave our great island." said my grandmother.

"Are you telling me you made a space seal for a ship and shrunk it?" I said, shouting.

"I didn't do it. I found it in the storage room I took you to and decided to gift it to you." said my grandmother, smiling.

I put my hand on my face and sighed. I've been sighing a lot lately; I guess I'm really getting old.

"Come on, let's take you to the ocean where you'll put the ship." said my grandmother, and we took off again.

The next second, I was flying over the vast ocean, seeing the massive island where Uzushigakure is located behind me.

"Take the ship out of the scroll and channel chakra into it before throwing it into the water." said my grandmother. Following her words, I took out the ship, revealing a small ship figure with the Uzumaki clan symbols on it. I then injected chakra into it and threw it into the water. As soon as it touched the water, it grew instantly.

"Grandmother, what is this? This ship can accommodate at least 100 people." I said.

"What does it matter, Toji? Go and get on the ship to reach Konoha." said my grandmother.

"In that case, send me inside the ship." I said.

"As you wish." she said, snapping her fingers, and I found myself in the ship's control room. Looking at the window in front of me, I saw a note saying, "Goodbye, kid." Then I saw another note and opened it.

It said, "Examine the coordinates on the map and write them in the seal area in front of you. The ship will take you there. Then, do whatever you want until you reach the shore. Don't worry; the ship will protect itself, and no one will notice you."

I examined my map and chose the place closest to Konoha and the most secluded. I took the coordinates and wrote them on the screen in front of me. I was surprised to see the ship moving on its own, but I didn't question it much.

I created 100 clones and started working. During this journey, I will put my body training, jutsu training, and seal training aside and focus on my kekkei genkai.

If I push my Kagura Mind's Eye enough, I can improve my own stats.

I need to better control the Adamantine Sealing Chains and make them good enough to use in attacks. I also need to add the 'Kurenai no Kizuna (Crimson Chains)' and 'Umitsubame no Kizuna (Oceanic Chains)' seals to these chains.

With these, the chains will become much stronger, and maybe I can make them mutate.

If I can bring my chains to the highest level, I can add the 'Genryū Kyū Fūjin (Nine Phantom Dragons)' seal and make my chains incredibly powerful.

I will have the other clones bite my arms to strengthen my 'healing bite' ability. I will improve my control and manage my vitality.

If I can get a pair of Sharingan and a pair of Byakugan when I get to Konoha, that would be really great.

Anyway, I'll sleep for today and look at everything tomorrow. It's already late.
