Zhou Wen was completely dumbstruck upon seeing the holographic blue words displayed right before his eyes. 

He was stunned for at least five full seconds before he reacted to the situation and felt that it was highly possible that this happened not out of a hallucination but because he had truly struck gold. He had actually possessed some form of special ability. 

"F*ck…"

He drew deep breaths continuously and warned himself in his heart over and over again. Steady... Steady… Don't get excited... Don't get excited...'

Soon afterward, Zhou Wen scrutinized the blue words before his eyes with close attention to discover that there was a return symbol on the upper left corner. 

He thought about the word 'return' in his mind for a moment when the blue interface returned to the main page. Then, a huge individual property board was presented before him.

Zhou Wen discovered that when his gaze landed on the 'Occupation' label, the words representing a few different ranks including a junior pharmacist, intermediate pharmacist, senior pharmacist, supreme pharmacist, and master pharmacist appeared behind the illuminated 'apprentice pharmacist' label. However, those words were still in dark gray. 

Similarly, when his gaze landed on the 'Truevision' label, its explanation appeared behind it.

He then thought about how he could see not only the personal information pertaining to Shi Lei and Lin Jiayi earlier but could also see the information of his blood composition. Zhou Wen screened through the explanation word by word.

[Mission 2: Shi Lei's Wish

Explanation: Shi Lei asked his girlfriend out for a movie date this afternoon. He hoped that someone could help him to complete his DNA extraction task.

Requirement: Complete the extraction of six white mice DNA within 24 hours.

[Mission 3: Study

Explanation: In order to become a mighty pharmacist, one must possess a strong theoretical foundation.

Requirement: Accumulate 24 hours of phone downtime in the library. The time starts when a book is lifted for reading and ends when the book is placed down. This is a long-term mission. 

Reward: According to the value of the book. Reward 10-200 Course XP, 10-100 Points. 1x Loot Box Chance (Wood)]

There was also the mission explanation at the bottom. 

[A mission can't be changed after it is selected. Only one mission can be chosen at any time. 200 points will be deducted with each aborted mission.]

Zhou Wen inhaled a deep breath after he was done reading everything.

Whether the system was genuine or fake, he had no other option but to embark on this path. What would it cost him to give it a try anyway?

After careful consideration, he chose Mission 2. 

Actually, he was prepared to spend some phone downtime in the library but this mission looked to be the most simple.

If he were to choose Mission 1 instead, he would be helpless even if he wanted to do it. This was because it was compulsory to perform PCR amplification for the mission and he was still learning about that now. Therefore, it was utterly impossible for him to complete the mission.

Soon afterward, Zhou Wen spent some time studying the pharmacist system and discovered that the individual property board would emerge before his eyes as soon as he pictured it in his mind. He could control the taskbar directly by just using his brain. 

He experimented with the system over a dozen times before carrying out the mission. In fact, Zhou Wen did not go searching for Shi Lei immediately even after he had familiarized himself with the system as he wanted to complete his blood test first. 

He placed the blood into the temperature-controlled container and shook it for about ten minutes before he siphoned and dripped the reagent solution into the blood sample. 

The reagent was used to separate the foreign substance in the blood and after about five minutes, Zhou Wen used a pipette to extract the separated blood and placed it in the test tube before he placed the test tube into the high-speed centrifuge. Then, he set the centrifuge at 4500rpm. 

In order to process the anxiety, nervousness, fear, helplessness, bewilderment, joy, excitement, and happiness experienced within such a short period of time, all he could conclude was that he was 'mind blown'. Next, he went outside to smoke a cigarette. 

The centrifuge came to a stop 15 minutes later.
