Article II: Employment Principles

2.1 Terms of Employment

Upon signing of the contract, party (b) will begin his term working for party (a) until termination of the contract, with a minimum of 3 years of employment. Renewal of the contract will be settled through mutual agreement.

Any and all of agreements of added benefits, perks, days of leave, vacations, compensation [Extend List] will be settled through mutual agreement.
