Eric felt his body rapidly moving back as he collided with wall of the first floor,the attack too sudden and fast, even with his enhanced anti-sneak attack instinct he wasn't able to react.
The attacker had appeared too instantly,right before he could comprehend how he had been sent into the tower for a challenge...
Strangely the wall never cracked , neither did it show signs of being damage by the loud collision, instead it rebounded Eric towards the attacker who had already been prepared for the strange occurrence.

A large folded fist appeared in his view, rapidly enlarging in uncountable seconds, with the objective to obliterate his head into a bloody pulp.
