Erix saw the life power entering his body after he ate the fruit.

However, his source wasn't affected in the slightest.

"No effect…" Erix mumbled and opened his eyes as he shook his head at Lilith. That fruit didn't do anything."

"It simply means that Tier-1 life-attributed resource is useless to you," Lilith said. "Eat the Tier-2 fruit."

Erix picked up the Tier-2 fruit and ate it before closing his eyes.

The fruit's vibrant life energy entered him, and he observed as his cells absorbed it this time, but it didn't have any effect on his source's imbalance.

Erix told his discovery to Lilith, who rubbed her chin. 

Lilith stood up and walked towards Erix before sitting on his lap, "I'll observe myself this time. Eat the Tier-3 one."

"Alright."

Erix ate the Tier-3 fruit while Lilith closed her eyes after resting her head on his chest.

Lily was eating snacks while watching them.
