Supernaturals: Legends of Iris.

Long ago Supernaturals and mortals lived in harmony, until the magicians attacked the mortals. They saw them as lesser than Supernaturals while we saw them as our equals. So, they rebelled and became the outcasts. After this we had to erase the memories of the mortals for we feared if there was another rebellion their lives would be in grave danger. Then we spread all over the world,Vampires, Werewolves, Elementists, Shape shifters and many more. The Shape Shifters and the Elementists stayed to fulfill a prophecy. Then the magicians attacked again and this time they attacked the Shifters and Elementists, the other Supernaturals could not help us because of this same prophecy. " For a time will come when one of your own will turn and their shall be war between the Supernaturals. The elements, and the shifters shall fight against magic and their fate will be decided by one yet unborn." So we started training, seeing that the Magicians were one of the most powerful Supernaturals ever. But, we couldn't help but hope for the one ' yet unborn', our Elysian, our Chosen one. No one knows where it will be born, in the hands of the Magicians, or with us. Either we hope we'll ready when the war comes. We are THE SUPERNATURALS!

Iris's POV.

" This place is so freaking cold!" Rose muttered as we got to the location of the Colossal Library. I wasn't exactly sure where we were but I knew we were no longer in the United States.

" Activate the heater in your suit." I instructed and she did. She purred as the heat from the suit radiated and warmed her entire body.

I watched through the trees as the Saevus patrolled the area. A deer ran out of the woods and was caught by one of the patrollers.

" Shifter." I heard him mutter and I finally understood why Malika said they were mentally weak.

They were incredibly dumb. The deer was nowhere near the size of a shifter. It was way smaller.

The Saevus tore the deer in half with his bare hands. The blanket of snow on the ground gradually turned red and melted as warm blood gushed from the deer into the snow.

Poor animal.

I shifted partly into an Eagle so I could use the vision. My eyes were like that of an Eagle but the rest of my body were still in human form. I scanned the area for more Saevus. I shifted back and tuned into spirit.

I stared at them until I was able to see their auras. Their auras were dark and dangerous. I tried tracking similar auras on the area and when I was done, I turned to my fighters.

" There are roughly about 80 Saevus here. They could be more or less, I couldn't pick their exact number. Remember, they are easily confused. They are really dumb."

They nodded and I smiled. My half mask came on and I cracked my knuckles.

" Let's blow this popsicle stand."

I created a glass bomb and threw it towards them. The bomb exploded and the Saevus ran to it.

" Go!" I yelled as we emerged from the trees. I picked three arrows and shot them all at once. They nailed two Saevus in their hearts and grazed one's arm. She charged for me with full speed and I side stepped.

She looked really confused as to why I had suddenly disappeared from her front. I went behind her and stabbed her back with a dagger. I spun her around again and plunged the side spike of my bow into her heart.

I heard a growl behind me but before I could turn I was knocked down by a Saevus. He tried to impale me with his sword but I rolled away just on time. I did a Chinese get up and ended up kicking him in the face. I had picked up the large sword that he had dropped and cut him.

He looked at me and the gasped. The top half of his body slid off and fell to the ground. And his other half also fell. I had to look away because it was so disturbing.

Another female Saevus attacked but before I could take her, her head was been bitten off by a huge black wolf. He spat her head out and licked his blood covered snout.

" Really Cole?!, I had her!"

A Saevus tried sneaking up on him and I sunk an arrow into his heart. It was now his turn to protest. He leaned his head down and nuzzle it against my skin.

" You do know we're in the middle of a battle right?" I said rubbing the back of his ears. I had to stand on the tip of my toes to reach them. He whimpered slightly and licked the side of my face with his tongue.

" Ew!, You're breath smells like blood and magician!"

We split up again continuing the battle. A magic ball was sent in my direction and I dodged it yelling the first spell that came to mind.

" Ecreptias!"

I directed the magic towards him. He convulsed then exploded. I used my hands to wipe off the blood and guts that had sputtered on my face and on my mask.

" I hate that spell." I muttered.

I turned to my right and saw another Saevus conjuring a ball of magic that would no doubt hurt me.

I created a cloud over him and it snowed. He was so fascinated by it that he had discarded the spell. Rose came from behind him and wrapped her whip around his waist. The metal fragments of the whip latched itself into his skin and she pulled tearing huge chunks of flesh. I finished him off with a dagger to the heart.

" Nice work!" I yelled and she grinned.

" Duck!" Someone yelled and we did. A bolt (the arrow of a crossbow) sailed through the air and entered a Saevus' skull. The bolt came out through the other side with bits of something that looked a lot like brain stuck to it.

Rose and I stared at Irene in shock as she lowered her crossbow.

And I thought I was savage!

A group of Saevus surrounded Rose and I ready to attack but I created a snowman.

"Fascino!"

I gave him enchanted thus making him come to life and that distracted the Saevus. Tiara and Cole both in wolf form, finished them off.

" Eye kebab anyone?" Bryan asked grinning as he raised his katana blades on which he had skewered the eye balls of many Saevus.

Again!, And I thought I was savage!

" I think that was the last one." Carmen said as he decapitated a Saevus.

I look around and saw the floor ground covered with bodies. Saevus', none of ours. The snow was no longer white but was now blood red

See what I did there?.

We walked further down and saw a small shed.

" Carmen, Cole Aoife, Tiara, come with me. The rest of you stay here and keep watch."

I opened the door of the shed and entered. It was much bigger on the inside than it looked on the outside.

" What's this?" Aoife asked pointing to the inscription on the wall.

"Lux a secemta?" She read.

" No. It's Lux semita." Carmen and I corrected.

" It means light the path."

The floor rumbled and gave way. I landed on my feet while everyone else landed face flat. I tutted.

" Our next lesson will be teaching you how to save the world and look cool while doing it."

I raised my eyes and my mouth fell ajar.

" Whoa!" Cole breathed.

There were books all around.

Everywhere!

" The Colossal Library!" Carmen said in awe.
