Devil's Trap

Dean hangs up the phone and he looks over at the two of them and he says "They've got Dad!" Sam said "Meg?" Dean nods and then he asks "What'd she say?" Dean looks over at Sam and he says " I just told you, Sammy." Dean clearly upset said "Okay, Okay." Dean takes the Colt and tucks it into the back of his jeans. Sarah then says " What are you doing, Dean?" Dean says "We got to go." Sarah asked "Why?"Dean putting the gun into his jacket says "Because the demon knows we're in Salvation, all right. It knows we got the Colt. It's got Dad – it's probably coming for us next." Sam said " Good. We've still got three bullets left. Let it come." Dean said to Sam "Listen, tough guy, we're not ready, okay? We don't know how many of them are out there. Now, we're no good to anybody dead. We're leaving.... now!"

In the Impala sarah is sitting in the back like always Dean and Sam was sitting in the front arguing and Sam says " I'm telling you, Dean, we could have taken him." Dean says "What we need is a plan. Now, they're probably keeping Dad alive, we just gotta figure out where they're gonna wanna trade him for the gun." Sam just shakes his dean and dean looks at him and then back at the road he says "What?" Sam said "Dean, if that were true, why didn't Meg mention a trade?" He starts crying and he continued and said " Dad, he might be...." Before he could finish the sentence Dean simply said "Don't." Sam looked at him and says "Look, I don't want to believe it any more than you. But if he is, all the more reason to kill this damn thing. We still have the Colt. We can still finish the job."Then Dean says "Screw the job, Sam!" Sarah stays silent she's in shock and then Sam said "Dean, I'm just trying to do what he would want. He would want us to keep going." Dean gets angry which Sarah has only seen once and it freaked her out and she freaked out again and then Dean says "Quit talking about him like he's dead already. Listen to me, everything stops until we get him back, you understand me? Everything." It went quiet for a few minutes then Sarah said " So how do we find him?" Dean who's calm down says "Maybe we go to Lincoln. Start at the warehouse where he was taken." Sam said "Come on, Dean, you really think these demons are going to leave a trail?" Dean pauses and says "You're right. We need help." The Impala drives all night until the following morning.

At Bobby's house it was day time and The Impala drives onto a junkyard, which belongs to Bobby Singer and he's an old friend of John's , who had not parted on good terms with him the last time they saw each other. There are junk cars around and hubcaps nailed to the side of the house and a large dog is chained to a post and is lying on the hood of an old tow truck. Inside, there are books stacked everywhere. It's untidy and cluttered with papers on every wall, Bobby picks up two round silver flasks with crosses on them and hands one to Dean. Sam is sitting at a cluttered desk reading a very large book and Sarah is outside stroking the dog who's friendly. Bobby says "He you go." Dean asks "What is this – holy water?" Bobby says "That one is." He holds out another flask and he says "This is whiskey." He takes a swig of the whiskey and looks outside at Sarah and his dog and he asked "So who's the girl?" Dean looked out and smiled at her and then he said "That's Sarah me and her are dating and she's Jess's sister." That surprised Bobby and he said "Wow never thought i'd see the day that Dean Winchester gets himself a girlfriend well you'd better be protecting her both of you." Dean said "Yeah of course we are, promised her sister we would look out for her." Bobby then hands the flask to Dean who takes a sip and he says "Bobby, thanks. Thanks for everything. To tell you the truth, I wasn't sure we should come." Bobby looks at Dean and says "Nonsense. Your Daddy needs help."Dean said "Well, yeah, but last time we saw you, I mean, you did threaten to blast him full of buckshot. Cocked the shotgun and everything."

Bobby said "Yeah, well, what can I say? John just has that effect on people." Dean said "Yeah, I guess he does." Bobby said "None of that matters now. All that matters is that you get him back." Sam says "Bobby, this book...I've never seen anything like it." Bobby walks over to Sam and sits on the corner of the desk and he says "Key of Solomon? It's the real deal, alright." Sam says "And these, uh, these protective circles. They really work?" Bobby says "Hell, yeah. You get a demon in - they're trapped. Powerless. It's like a Satanic roach motel." Sam chuckles and then Dean walks over to them and he says " Man, knows his stuff." Bobby says " I'll tell you something else, too. This is some serious crap you three have got yourselves in." Sam asks "Oh, yeah? How's that?" Bobby says "Normal year, I hear of, say, three demonic possessions. Maybe four, tops." Dean says "Yeah?"Bobby says to the both of them "his year I hear of 27 so far. You get what I'm saying? More and more demons are walking among us – a lot more."Sam asked "Do you know why?" Bobby says "No, but I know it's something big. The storm's coming, and you boys, your Daddy and Sarah are smack in the middle of it." Suddenly sarah comes running inside and says "I was walking to come inside and i looked behind and your dog is gone."

Then suddenly the front door gets kicked open again but this time it's meg and dean slips the flask of holy water in his pocket and then meg says "No more crap, okay?" Dean comes at her, unscrewing the flask, but Meg hits him and sends him flying into a stack of books. He appears to be knocked out and Sarah goes over to check on him whilst she does, Sam steps in front of Bobby, placing himself between Bobby and Meg, then Meg said to Sam " I want the Colt, Sam – the real Colt – right now." Sam and Bobby are slowly moving across the room and Meg follows them, sarah stays with Dean and sam says to meg " We don't have it on us. We buried it." Meg said "Didn't I say "no more crap"? I swear – after everything I heard about you Winchesters, I got to tell you, I'm a little underwhelmed. First Johnny tries to pawn off a fake gun, and then he leaves the real gun with you two chuckleheads. Lackluster, men. I mean, did you really think I wouldn't find you?" Dean and Sarah are standing behind Meg and Dean says "Actually, we were counting on it." She turns around and looks at them and they stare at her then at the ceiling Meg also looks up and sees a large protective symbol etched there and Sarah said with a smirk on her simply says "Gotcha."

Meg is tied to a chair in the middle of the floor. Dean,Sam and Sarah are watching her and she says "You know, if you wanted to tie me up, all you had to do was ask." Bobby appears with a large canister of salt and he says "I salted the door and windows. If there are any demons out there – they ain't getting in." Dean nods and stands up, moving around Bobby, Sam and Sarah to stand in front of Meg and then Dean asks "Where's our father, Meg?" She looks at Dean and says "You didn't ask very nice." Dean then said "Where's our father, bitch?" Meg said "Jeez You kiss your mother with that mouth? Oh wait, I forgot, you don't." Dean lunges at her, putting his hands on the chair arms.

Dean yelling at Meg he says "You think this is a frigging game? Where is he?! What did you do to him?" Meg said "He died screaming. I killed him myself." Dean just looks at her with hate, then hits her across the face meg says "That's kind of a turn on – you hitting a girl." Dean says "You're no girl." Bobby stands up and moves into the next room and says "Dean." Dean follows Sarah and Sam moves up to him and Sarah says "You okay?" Dean says "She's lying. He's not dead." Bobby says "Dean, you got to be careful with her. Don't hurt her." Dean says "Why?" Bobby says "Because she really is a girl, that's why." Sam says "What are you talking about?" Bobby says "She's possessed. That's a human possessed by a demon. Can't you tell?" Dean says "Are you trying to tell me there's an innocent girl trapped somewhere in there?" Bobby just nods, Dean looks over at Meg who's staring back at him and Dean says "That's actually good news."

Sam looking through a book for an exorcism ritual, Sam and Sarah looks at Dean - who who looks back at them and they move over to meg and she says "Are you gonna read me a story?" Dean said "Something like that. Hit it, Sam." Sam reads "Regna terrae, cantate deo, psallite domino...." Meg says to Dean " An exorcism? Are you serious?" Dean says "Oh we're going for it, baby – head spinning, projectile vomiting, the whole nine yards." Then Sam continues ".... tribuite virtutem deo." That causes Meg to flinch in pain, Sam looks at Dean and then Meg looks over her shoulder at Sam and then Meg says "I'm gonna to kill you, I'm gonna rip the bones from your body." Dean said "No, you're gonna burn in hell. Unless you tell us where our Dad is." Meg just smiles at him and continues " Well, at least you'll get a nice tan." He glances back at Sam and he says "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incuriso infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, onmis congregatio et secta diabolica...." Meg has been shaking and obviously in pain while Sam reads the exorcism ritual. She finally gasps in pain and Sam stops and then meg says "He begged for his life with tears in his eyes. He begged to see his sons one last time. That's when I slit his throat." Sam starts reading again, and Dean leans down to her and sam says "Ergo....." Dean says "For your sake, I hope you're lying. Cause if it's true, I swear to God, I will march into hell myself and I will slaughter each and every one of you evil sons of bitches, so help me God!" Sam says "Perditionis venenum propinare. Vade, satana, inventor et magister omnis fallaciae." A wind starts to blow through the room and says " Hostis humanae salutis. Humiliare sub potenti manu dei. Contremisce et effuge. Invocato a nobis sancto et terribile nomine. Quem inferi tremunt..."

Meg starts to show signs of being in pain again Dean asks her again "Where is he?"Meg said "You just won't take "dead" for an answer, will you?" Dean asks once more "Where is he?" Meg simply said "Dead!" Dean getting a mixture of angry and upset which worried both Sarah and Sam and then he says "No, he's not! He's not dead! He can't be!" That caused Dean to look at both of them and says to Sam "What are you looking at? Keep reading."Sam continues reading he says "Ab insidis diaboli, libera nos, domine. Ut ecclesiam tuam secura tibi facias, libertate servire, te rogamus, audi nos" The chair slides around the circle but sam keeps going and he says "Ut inimicos sanctae ecclesiae humiliare digneris, to rogamus audi...." Meg then said "He will be." Dean says "Wait! What?!" Meg said "He's not dead. But he will be after what we do to him." Dean then asks her "How do we know you're telling the truth?" She simply said "You don't." Dean says "Sam." Meg then said "A building! Okay? A building in Jefferson City." Dean said "Missouri? Where, where? An address!" Meg says "I don't know." Sam said "And the demon – the one we're looking for - where is it?" Meg said " I don't know! I swear! That's everything. That's all I know." Dean looks over at Sam and says "Finish it." Meg was surprised and she said "What? I told you the truth!" Dean still angry says "I don't care." Meg says "You son of a bitch, you promised." Dean still looking at Meg says "I lied! Sam?" Sam doesn't say anything and Dean looks at him and then dean says "Sam! Read." He walks passed him and then sam says "Maybe we can still use her. Find out where the demon is." Dean says "She doesn't know." Sam said "She lied." Dean says "Sam, there's an innocent girl trapped somewhere in there. We've go to help her." Then Bobby appeared and he said "You're gonna kill her." Sarah said "What?" Bobby said "You said she fell from a building. That girl's body is broken. The only thing keeping her alive is that demon inside. You exorcise it – that girl is going to die." Dean said " Listen to me, all three of you we are not gonna leave her like that." Sarah said "She is a human being."

Dean says "And we're gonna put her out of her misery. Sam, finish it." Sam looks at his brother, Sarah and Bobby not sure what's the right thing to do. He looks over at Meg. Dean simply says "Finish it." Sam takes a deep breath and he says "Dominicos sanctae ecclesiae, terogamus audi nos, terribilis deus do sanctuario suo deus israhel. Ipse tribuite virtutem et fortitudinem plebi suae, benedictus deus, gloria patri...." Meg throws her head back and screams, The demon leaves through her mouth in a black cloud and spreads out in the protective circle in the ceiling before disappearing. Meg leans forward and blood starts to drip from her mouth and Sarah goes straight over to her and the boys help her untie Meg and she slowly lifts her head and then Dean says "She's still alive." He looks to Bobby and says "Call 911, Get some water and Blankets." Sarah went to get the water and blankets and Bobby called 911 and whilst they did that, Dean and Sam helped Meg out of the chair and Meg whispers "Thank you." Sam says " Shh, shh. Just take it easy, alright?" Dean says " Come on. Let's get her down." They lift Meg from the chair, there is the sound of bones crunching and Meg screams in pain and then they lower her to the floor and Sam said "Sorry, sorry. I got you. I got you. It's okay. It's okay." Meg strained and she says "A year." Sam says "What?"Meg said " It's been a year." Sam says "Shh, just take it easy." Meg then said "I've been awake for some of it. I couldn't move my own body. The things I did – it's a nightmare." Then Dean said "Was it telling us the truth about our Dad?" Sam says "Dean." He looks at Sam and says "We need to know." Meg says "Yes. But it wants... you to know... that... they want you to come for him." Dean says "If Dad's still alive, none of that matters." Sarah comes back with a cup of water and a blanket and she hands the glass to dean while he and sam cover her up with the blanket, Dean holds up her head and she takes a few sips from the glass and sam says "Where is the demon we're looking for?" Meg said "Not there. Other ones. Awful ones." Dean asked "Where are they keeping our Dad?" Meg said "By the river, sunrise." Dean said "Sunrise, What does that mean? What does that mean?" But unfortunately Meg had passed away.

Bobby said to the three of them " You better hurry up and beat it, before the paramedics get here." Dean says "What are you gonna tell them?" Bobby said "You think you three invented lying to the cops? I'll figure something out." He hands the key of Solomon book to sam and he says "Here take this. You might need it." Sam says "Thanks." Dean says "Thanks... for everything. Be careful, alright?" Bobby said "You just go find your Dad. And when you do, you bring him around, would you? I won't even try to shoot him this time." Sarah says "It was nice meeting you, sorry about your dog." Bobby said "It was good to meet you as well and thank you." The three of them left.

Jefferson City, Missouri The Impala is parked by some train tracks, Sam is looking through the Key of Solomon book on the roof of the car, spinning a marker in his hand, Sarah is leaning against the impala door and Dean is at the back of the car, loading up guns and putting them into his duffel bag and Dean is is very solemn and Sam and Sarah look at him concerned and then he says "You've been quiet." Dean said "Just getting ready." Sarah says "He's gonna be fine, Dean." Dean doesn't answer and so Sam Sam flips to another page of the book. He sees a symbol and picks up the book to walk to the open trunk lid. He rubs off the dirt and starts to draw on the lid that causes both Dean and Sarah too look and then Dean says " Dude, what are you drawing on my car!" Sam says "It's called a Devil's trap. Demons can't get through it or inside it." Dean simply says "So?" Sam continues and says "It basically turns the trunk into a lockbox." Dean says again "So?" Sam says "So, we have a place to hide the Colt while we go get Dad." Dean says "What are you talking about? We're bringing the Colt with us." Sam says "We can't, Dean. We've only got three bullets left. We can't just use them on any demon, we've got to use them on the demon." Dean says "No, we have to save Dad, Sam, okay? We're gonna need all the help we can get." Sam said "Dean, you know how pissed Dad would be if we used all the bullets? Dean, he wouldn't want us to bring the gun." Dean says "I don't care, Sam. I don't care what Dad wants, okay? And since when do you care what Dad wants?" Sam says "We want to kill this demon. You used to want that, too. Hell, I mean, you're the one who came and got us at school!" Dean scoffs and then he continues and says "You're the one who dragged me back into this, Dean and then you got sarah involved. I'm just trying to finish it!" Dean says "Well, you and Dad are a lot more alike than I thought, you know that? You both can't wait to sacrifice yourself for this thing. But you know what? I'm gonna be the one to bury you. You're selfish, you know that? You don't care about anything but revenge."

Sam says "That's not true, Dean." Dean scoffs again and then he continues " I want Dad back. But they are expecting us to bring this gun. They get the gun, they will kill us all. That Colt is our only leverage and you know it, Dean. We can not bring that gun. We can't." Dean said "Fine." Sarah was quiet through the whole thing she didn't know what to say or what to do, Sam then says "Dean, I'm serious." Dean says "I said fine, Sam." He then takes the gun out of his coat showing Sarah and Sam putting the gun into the trunk and closed it, Dean, Sarah and Sam are walking across the river and then they come up by some trees and Sarah noticed something and then said to the boys " Hey, hey, Think I know what Meg meant by Sunrise." The boys look in the direction that she was looking and then Dean says "Son of a bitch. That's pretty smart. I mean, if these demons can possess people they can possess almost anybody inside." Sam says " Yeah, and make anybody attack us." Dean says "And so we can't kill them – a building full of human shields." Sarah says "They probably know exactly what we look like, too. And they could look like anybody." Dean says "Yeah, this sucks out loud." Sarah says "Tell me about it. Alright, so, how the hell are we going to get in?" Dean looks over at the building for a minute and then he says "Pull the fire alarm, get out all the civilians." Sam says "Okay, but then the city responds in, what, seven minutes?" Dean says "Seven minutes exactly.

Sam walks in the front door and goes to a fire alarm on the wall. Just as he's about to pull it a man comes walking down the hallway. Sam moves to the stairs like he's going up them, but when the man leaves through the front door he quickly goes and pulls the alarm, then sam leaves the building, outside of the building People are leaving and firemen are coming in, Sarah comes up to one of the firemen and she says " Hey, what's happening? Is it a fire?" The fireman says "We're figuring that out right now, ma'ma just stay back." The fireman moves Sarah away and she says "Well, I've got a Yorkie upstairs and he pees when he's nervous..." The fireman says "Ma'am, you have to stay back." Sam and Dean moves behind them to the fire truck and they find finds a compartment and Sam picks the lock whilst dean is lookout.

Inside the building Sarah, Dean and Sam come down the hallway dressed in full fireman gear – helmets, breathing apparatus, etc and Dean is using his EMF to check the doors of the apartments and he says " I always wanted to be a fireman when I grew up." Sam says to Dean "You never told me that." Before Dean could response the EMF starts reading high, Inside the apartment The woman is sitting with her head down, there is banging on the door and she looks up – her eyes are completely black, She and the man go over to the door to look out through the peep hole Sarah says "This is the fire department. We need you to evacuate." The man steps behind the door and nods for the woman to open it. She unlocks the door and the boys shove it open. The woman is thrown backward as Dean and Sam come through. The brothers spray the couple with water from their tanks and it burns them – holy water. Dean punches the man and shoves him into a closet, Dean says "Come on!" Sam grabs the woman off the table and shoves her in as well, Dean and Sarah leans against the door and it lurches as the demons inside try to get out." Dean said "Hurry up!" Sam grabs a canister of salt from the duffel bag and runs a line around the closet door, As soon as he finishes it the pounding stops. The boys and Sarah take off the fireman gear and move to the bedroom door and they slowly open it and see John on the bed. Dean goes over to his father.

Dean says "Dad?" He leans down and checks he's still breathing and he is which is too Sam and Sarah's relief, Dean takes out his knife and is about to cut John's restraints but then Sam says "Wait. Wait." Sarah looks at him and so does Dean and he says "What?" Sam says "He could be possessed for all we know." Dean says "What, are you nuts?" Sarah says "He's right, Dean we've gotta be sure." Sam takes a flask of holy water out of the duffel bag and sprinkles it on John, It has no effect, John moans and starts to come around he then says "Sam? Why are you splashing water on me?" Dean asked "Dad, are you okay?" John said "They've been drugging me. Where's the Colt?" Sam said "Don't worry, Dad, it's safe." Dean cuts him free and then John says "Good Boys and Sarah." Outside of the building A fireman is talking on his radio while a group of people look on. A man in the crowd looks around and suddenly acts surprised – then his eyes go completely black. He moves toward the building and the fireman tries to stop him and he says "Hey, buddy, you can't go in." Suddenly the fireman's eyes went black as well and he follows the man into the building, back inside the building Whilst Dean and Sam are carrying John, Sarah is in front of them with a gun, The front door suddenly bursts open and the man and fireman come in. Sarah says "Go! Go! Dean says "Back! Back!" They go back into the bedroom and close the door locking it, an axe suddenly comes through the door.

Sam runs a line of salt at the bedroom door, Sarah, Dean and John are already out on the fire escape and sarah says "Sam, let's go!" Sam tosses him the duffel bag and goes through the window out onto the fire escape and he runs salt along the window sill, Dean and Sarah help John down onto the street and Sam moves ahead of them, Sam is suddenly attacked by the man who was with Meg in Lincoln he pins Sam down on the street and starts beating him to death, Sarah stays with John whilst Dean goes and helps Sam. Dean says "Sam!" Dean runs over and kicks the man in the face, but it has not effect. Dean is suddenly thrown onto a parked car, shattering the windshield, and the man goes back to beating Sam, Suddenly there is a gunshot and the man gets a bullet through the head. He falls off of Sam , dead and Dean is standing He puts it away and comes over to his brother. Dean picks up Sam and he says "Sam! Sam, come on! Come on!" Dean gets Sam onto his feet and they look at the dead man, The demon is dead and so is the man it was possessing and Dean says " Come on. We got to get out of here." They go over to Sarah and John and the boys get John up and Sarah follows closely.

They arrived at the cabin, The Impala is parked outside a cabin in the woods and inside Sam is pouring salt along the window sill. His face is a mess – bruised, bloody, and swollen and Sarah is doing the other windows and then dean comes into the room and Sam asks "How is he?" Dean says "He just needed a little rest, that's all. How are you two?" Sarah says "I'm getting there, just a little concerned that's all." Sam says " I'll survive." He turns to dean and sarah and he says "Do you think we was followed?" Dean says "I don't know. I don't think so. I mean, we couldn't have found a more out-of-the-way place to hole up." Sam said "Yeah." Still looking at Dean he says "Hey, uh.... Dean, you, um... you saved my life back there." Dean said "So, I guess you're glad I brought the gun, huh?" Sam says " Man, I'm trying to thank you here." Dean says "You're welcome." Sam walks across the room and Dean said "Hey, Sam?" Sam said "Yeah?" Dean said "You know that guy I shot? There was a person in there." Sarah was worried about Dean and then Sam said "You didn't have a choice, Dean." Dean said "Yeah, I know, that's not what bothers me." Sarah stood next to Dean and he said " Then what does?" Dean says "Killing that guy, killing Meg. I didn't hesitate, I didn't even flinch. For you or Dad, the things I'm willing to do or kill, it's just, uh .... it scares me sometimes." Sarah and Sam just stare at Dean not sure what to say, then John enters the room and he says to Dean " It shouldn't. You did good." Dean asks "You aren't mad?" John said "For what?"Dean says "Using a bullet." John says "Mad? I'm proud of you. You know, Sam and I, we can get pretty obsessed. But you – you watch out for this family. You always have."

Dean says "Thanks." The wind suddenly picks up and the lights start to flicker, they all go over to the window and John says " It found us. It's here." Sam said "The Demon?" John says to Sam and Sarah, lines of salt in front of every window, every door." Sam says "We already did it." John says " Well, check it, okay?" Sam says "Okay." Both Sam and Sarah leave the room, John says "Dean, you got the gun?" Dean simply says "Yeah." John says "Give it to me." Dean taking the colt out of his jeans he says "Dad, Sam tried to shoot the demon in Salvation. It disappeared." John says "This is me. I won't miss. Now, the gun, hurry." He hesitates and looks down at the gun and John says "Son, Please." Dean takes a few steps back and John says "Give me the gun. What are you doing, Dean?" Dean says "He'd be furious." John simply said "What?" Dean says " That I wasted a bullet. He wouldn't be proud of me, he'd tear me a new one." John just looks at him as Dean raises the gun, pointing it at him and cocking it and dean says "You're not my dad."

John says to Dean " Dean, it's me." Dean says " I know my Dad better than anyone. And you ain't him." John says "What the hell's gotten into you?" Dean said "I could ask you the same thing. Stay back." Sam and Sarah comes into the room and is shocked to see Dean pointing the gun at John and Sam says "Dean? What the hell's going on?" John says " Your brother's lost his mind." Dean says " He's not Dad." Sam says "What?" Dean says "I think he's possessed. I think he's been possessed since we rescued him." He gets upset and then John looks at Sam and Sarah and he says "Don't listen to him, Sammy and Sarah." Sarah then asked " Dean, how do you know?" Fighting back tears dean says " He's .... he's different." John said "You know, we don't have time for this. Sam, you wanna kill this demon, you've gotta trust me." Sam looks back and forth between his father and brother. Dean glances at him, but doesn't say anything else to convince him and John says "Sam?" This went back and forth and then they both join dean and Sam and Dean both protect Sarah and then John says " Fine. You're both so sure, go ahead. Kill me." He looks down and waits, Dean holds the gun on him, but can't pull the trigger and he says "Thought so." He looks back up and his eyes are yellow, Sam is about to lunge, but is thrown against the wall, pinned there. So is Dean dropping the colt, Sarah was then flung across the room she was knocked out.

John looks at the gun and says "What a pain in the ass this thing's been." Sam says "It's you, isn't it? We've been looking for you for a long time." John said "Well you found me." Sam said "But the holy water?" John said "You think something like that works on something like me?" Sarah is still unconscious, Dean looks over to her and Sam tries to fight the force that has him pinned to the wall, but fails, Sam says "I'm gonna kill you!" John said "Oh, that'd be a neat trick. In fact," He puts the gun down and looks at Sam and he says "here. Make the gun float to you there, psychic boy." Sam looks at the gun but nothing happens, John then says "Well, this is fun." He walks over to the window near dean and he continues and says " I could've killed you a hundred times today, but this..." He sighs and then says "this is worth the wait." Dean struggles, but still pinned against the wall and John looks over at him and says "Your Dad – he's in here with me. Trapped inside his own meat suit. He says "hi", by the way. He's gonna tear you apart. He's gonna taste the iron in your blood." Dean says 2 Let him go, or I swear to God –." Before he could finish the sentence John says " What? What are you and God gonna do? You see, as far as I'm concerned, this is justice." He comes over to Dean and says to him "You know that little exorcism of yours? That was my daughter." Dean said "Who, Meg?" John said "The one in the alley? That was my boy. You understand." Dean says " You've got to be kidding me." John says "What? You're the only one that can have a family? You destroyed my children. How would you feel if I killed your family? (he smiles at Dean) Oh, that's right. I forgot. I did. Still, two wrongs don't make a right."Dean says "You son of a bitch." Sam then asks "I wanna know why. Why'd you do it?" John looks over at Sam and says "You mean why did I kill Mommy and pretty, little Jess?" Sam says "Yeah." John turns to Dean and says "You know, I never told you this, but Sam was going to ask her to marry him." He backs up towards Sam and says " Been shopping for rings and everything." He then turns back to Sam and says "You want to know why? Because they got in the way, i was meant to get both of Jess and her little sister but she's smart maybe i should kill her now and make you two watch, especially you dean watching me slowly kill your beloved girlfriend." Dean got angry and says to him "You leave her out of this, she's not apart of it." But before he gets to her Sam says "In the way of what?" John says "My plans for you, Sammy. You... and all the children like you." Dean says "Listen, you mind just getting this over with, huh? Cause I really can't stand the monologuing."

John goes over to Dean and says "Funny, but that's all part of your M.O., isn't it? Masks all that nasty pain, masks the truth." Dean says "Oh, yeah? What's that?" John said "You know, you fight and you fight for this family, but the truth is they don't need you. Not like you need them. Sam – he's clearly John's favorite. Even when they fight, it's more concern than he's ever shown you." Dean says "I bet you're real proud of your kids, too, huh? Oh wait, I forgot. I wasted 'em." Dean just smiles at him and John looks at Dean. He steps back and puts his head down. When he looks back up Dean suddenly yells in pain and Sarah has start to regain consciousness and then she saw that John was hurting Dean and Sam says "Dean! No!" Dean starts to bleed heavily from his chest. Sam starts to struggle against the force pinning him and Sarah tries her hardest to get up and Dean says "Dad! Dad, don't you let it kill me!" John looks at him again and smiles. Dean starts screaming in pain then Sarah says "Dean!! No!!" The blood is flowing out of Dean and Sam starts to struggle against the force pinning him. Dean looks at John and says " Dad, please." Dean passes out and Sarah and Sam says "Dean!!" John whispers " Stop." Suddenly Sam is let go and John says "Stop it." Sam dives and grabs the gun off the table. John turns to him, eyes yellow once again, and Sam aims the gun at him and John says " You kill me, you kill Daddy." Sam says "I know." Sam fires the gun, shooting John in the leg. He falls down and so does Dean. Sam and Sarah gets up and goes over to Dean and Sam says "Dean? Dean, hey? Oh God, you've lost a lot of blood." Dean asks "Where's dad?" Sam says "He's right here. He's right here, Dean."

Dean says "Go Check on him." Sam says "Dean." Sarah says "Go Check on him, i've got Dean." Sam gets up and goes over to check on John, who's motionless on the floor and Sam says "Dad? Dad?" John suddenly looks up at Sam and he says " Sammy! It's still alive. It's inside me, I can feel it. You shoot me. You shoot me! You shoot me in the heart, son!" Sam aims the gun and John says "Do it now!" Dean says "Sam, don't you do it. Don't you do it." John says "Sam, don't you do it. Don't you do it." Dean says "You've gotta hurry! I can't hold onto it much longer! You shoot me, son! Shoot me! Son, I'm begging you! We can end this here and now! Sammy!" Dean says "Sam, no." John says "You do this! Sammy!! Sam....." The demon suddenly leaves John in a black cloud from his mouth and it disappears through the floor and John looks at Sam accusingly.

In the impala Sam is driving with John by his side, Sarah and Dean is in the back seat and John gasps in pain and Dean is leaning on Sarah which she didn't mind and Sam says "Look, just hold on, alright. The hospital's only ten minutes away." John says to Sam "I'm surprised at you, Sammy. Why didn't you kill it? I thought we saw eye-to-eye on this? Killing this demon comes first – before me, before everything." Sam looks at Dean and Sarah in the rear mirror and Sam says "No, sir. Not before everything. Look, we've still got the Colt. We still have the one bullet left. We just have to start over, alright? I mean, we already found the demon....." The driver of a semi is sitting behind the wheel and his eyes are black Sarah, Dean, Sam and John are all unconscious in the car – blood all over them.
