immune to holy fire- as a seraph a being created by holy fire he can't be harmed by holy fire 

immune to angel blades- as god commanded him not to die he gained immunity to all angel blades however an archangel and his own blade can weaken him. 

angel wards- isaiel is immune to wards and passes through but doing so puts him in a weak position for a couple of hours.

Prophet location- Isaiel is able to know the location of all prophets past, present, and future even if warded.
