Carl came to dragon Ball as a newborn human baby on earth ,yes it's a dangerous world where you will be killed and you won't able to resist if you don't have some high Battle power and earths people are even more miserable,they even don't know how many times they had been killed and revived. Carl wasn't an android nor Saiyan even so he wasn't panicking cuz the moment he was born he was bind by a system and he was gifted with a Infinite superman template,yes the most terrifying hero of comic world superman who can become infinite superman just by basking in sun .
