Chapter 76 - A Plan In Motion

Arriving with my harem in tow, we touched down on the front lawn. Seeing Deadpool dangling from the flag by his underwear the women snickered at the scene.

"Oh look who fucking showed up!! When I get down from here I am bust a cap in your ass you snitch!!", Deadpool said shaking his fist at me.

Getting him down he ran inside to fix his underwear and use the restroom. Knowing that he would be a while I went inside with the women to meet with the Professor. Seeing that he was in his office with Tony and Thor I realized now might not be the best time.

"Oh Clark, you are here!", Jean stated running over to me before stopping when my lovers stared at her, "Umm...who are these women?"

"These women are members of my harem, and we actually came to see Professor X.", I replied.

"Yeah, do yah mind letting him know we are here?", Harley asked trying to be polite.

"I can let him know...", Jean said looking at them slightly irritated for some reason.

Knocking on the door to the study she announced that we had arrived. Asking us to come in all of us went in, and took seats. Shifting in their seats the three men looked at the number of women with me.

"By Odin's beard, that is quite a large harem!", Thor stated.

"Harem!? Shit I need to get me one too!", Tony said.

"It's good to see you again Clark.", Professor X greeted me.

"It's a pleasure Professor.", I replied, "Thank you for seeing us today."

"It isn't a problem, we were just discussing the information you gave me yesterday.", he said.

"Ah, well do you gentlemen have questions?", I questions.

"Yeah...are all of them really dating you?", Tony asked, "I have a thing for red heads and blondes so I mean if-"

"Not happening...", Mera growled.

"Fuck off rich boy.", Harley and Selena said flipping him the bird.

Bursting into the room Deadpool looked at Harley while covering his mouth.

"Are you both of my people!?", he shouted getting his knees for them, "Come here, and-"

Swinging her hammer Harley put his head into the floor.

"Lets...let's take a rain check on that...", he groaned.

"You really don't learn do yah!", she spat lining up another blow.

"Wade, we have talked about personal space.", Colossus sighed coming into the room to get Deadpool.

Closing the door behind them, all of us sighed. Apologizing for his actions Xavier asked us not to judge them all based on him. Telling him I knew his nickname of Merc with a Mouth, he thanked me for my understanding. Getting serious Tony asked me questions about the barrier I broke which I left to Spectre to explain. Manifesting next to me Thor shot up from his seat in a hurry.

"What manner of Sorcery is this!", Thor shouted.

"Calm yourself Thor son of Odin.", Spectre stated, "I am the Spirit of Vengeance, The Spectre. I serve the one you know as One Above All."

"What!?", Thor said gripping his hammer tightly.

"The barrier that was broken will take several months to be repaired. In the meantime it is imperative that you all stay alive till then. As Xavier told us yesterday you have invasions from other universes happening because they see you as a weak target.", Spectre said, "This will continue for quite sometime afterwards as well, but eventually will subsided."

"That's easy for you to say, half of New York City is in ruins!", Tony snapped, "Some robot named Brainiac started invading our world. We pushed him back, but he will return."

"He is from our timeline.", Kara informed him, "Brainiac's purpose is download all the knowledge in existence and preserve it...at the expense of all intelligent life."

"So you have met then...he tried to digitize New York City!", Tony shouted pointing at me, "It's his damn fault that we are getting invaded out of nowhere!"

"Watch your damn mouth, if he didn't kill Nekron he would have eventually come here!!", Mera snarled, "My universe was completely destroyed by Nekron. He killed every man, woman, and child he could get his hands on and turned them into power for his army! I watched my own people boil alive in the ocean!! Don't you lecture us about being invaded!!"

"I...I didn't realize that it was that bad...", he said backing down.

"Nekron destroyed twelve universes before Clark put him down, twelve universes full of innocent people that lost their lives to Nekron's army.", Kathy informed him, "If it weren't for Clark he would have continued marching through our timelines till we were all dead."

"Twelve...twelve universes...", Tony stated falling on his butt, "You're saying he-"

Showing them the horror that once was Nekron, the three men went silent. Anything they would say to refute my actions they couldn't bring themselves to say. Watching the carnage he brought, none of them could say what I did was extreme.

"Look I apologize, but you have to understand we are struggling against wars on multiple fronts. Brainiac was the worst, though he wasn't the only one.", Tony said lowering his head, "We have Thanos, Kang, Galactus, a guy named Darksied, and some asshole in black."

"I can understand, by the way do you know someone named Hyperion?", I asked.

"Yes, he is friend of mine.", Thor replied with confusion, "Do you know him?"

"Clark, whose Hyperion?", Kara asked.

"He...he is this world's equivalent of Superman.", I told them telepathically, "He's powers are about the same as a Kryptonian, but our upper limits are much higher than his. Depending on the universe you go too...sometimes he is quite an asshole, thinking of himself as the perfect Hero that everyone should love. Fortunately it doesn't sound like this one is like that."

"Thankfully.", they laughed.

Having not heard a reply the three men looked at each other slightly confused. Changing the subject I asked how things were progressing with keeping invasions at bay. Informing me that they were holding for now, Thor said that his homeland was also having it's share of problems with the same people. Understanding the situation I decided to suggest forming an alliance. Stating that my world was currently in an alliance with several other universes, I suggested they join us so we can help each other.

Informing me that they couldn't make that decision alone, they would need to have Nick Fury sign off on it. Personally they were happy to get all the help they could, but S.H.I.E.L.D was less optimistic given the multiple invasions the world had endured lately. Not only that they were busy dealing with Hydra and A.I.M trying to use this opportunity to overthrow world order for their own purposes.

"I understand, it's not like you'd trust us immediately anyways.", I said.

"Frankly we can't be picky at this point...thanks to someone's brother New York was already a mess before this stuff happened.", Tony stated.

"He's adopted.", Thor clarified.

"Your half brother Loki?", I jabbed.

"Great, you know him too?", Tony asked.

"Yes...", Wonder Woman scowled thinking he was the same as the one she knew, "He is bastard trickster."

"I have had run ins with him too, he's a piece of work.", Mera huffed.

Telling us several stories of their encounters with him, the two women hated his guts with a passion...at least the Loki they knew. Suggesting we meet with Nick Fury to get things hammered out Tony said he would get that taken care of, and let me know via Xavier. Offering to take us to lunch he ended up getting an emergency call from Vision.

"Sir we have a situation in New York Harbor.", Vision said, "The Cabal and Hydra are attacking The Raft. Nick Fury has asked the Avengers and X-Men to assist in securing the prisoners."

"Great...", Tony sighed, "Can't take a freaking day for myself..."

'He is asking for our help as well?', Xavier thought, 'That is quite strange.'

"Need some assistance?", Ochaco asked.

"Knowing how many Supervillains are on The Raft, yeah we can use assistance.", Tony replied.

"It would appear we are needed as well.", Xavier stated, "I will-"

Kicking in the door Deadpool strolled in loading his pistols laughing like an idiot. Asking who he could put a bullet in, Colossus told him that he wasn't allowed to kill anyone. Flipping him the bird Deadpool said he would do it because they were villains, and if they were trying to escape they were fair game. Calling the X-Men together everyone was about to fly off when I told them to stop. With a snap of my fingers I opened a portal and said we could just walk there.

"I can't do a fucking Hero Landing through your stupid-"

"If you want to fly", I said grabbing him and aiming for New York Harbor, "I will give you a ticket, try to stick the landing!"

"Wait what about the safety instructions before the-", he started to say before I chucked him into the air at supersonic speeds, "Alright he will get there in a few minutes, let's go!"

"You just...threw him...", Tony stated.

"I like this kid.", Wolverine laughed, "Damn it's nice to have some quiet time!"

"Agreed.", Jean said giving me a smile.

'Why is she acting so friendly?', I thought, 'I barely know her...is it something about her Phoenix power responding to my Life and Death Force power?'

Putting that aside for now all of us hurried through the portal to the docks where the fighting was in it's early stages. Telling my family to be careful, I told them to watch themselves as this would be a new experience for them. Shooting into the air, I flew over to The Raft to take out the Hydra equipment assaulting the prison.

"My word, he flies incredibly fast!!", Thor said flying after me.

"Did you clock that?", Tony asked his AI computer.

"Unfortunately it was too fast for me to clock sir.", the AI replied.

Deciding to ask that later, the group moved towards the docks where the Avengers were already fighting the extras the Cabal had brought.

"All of you will fall beneath my heel!", Attuma shouted leaping out of the water.

"An Atlantean, this will be good practice!", Mera said leaping at him.

Seeing her coming he swung his sword at her which she gracefully avoided before stabbing him with her trident. Believing that her weapon wasn't going to pierce his armor, he was stunned when it cut through it like paper. Blasting him with several water blades Mera started spinning her trident as she made a water shield.

"Come on, Atlanteans on this world surely aren't this weak!", she jabbed.

"You will regret that!", he howled charging towards her.

Hitting the spinning trident with his sword, the sword exploded into fragments peppering his body with tiny shards of metal. Several pieces hit him in the face temporarily blinding him so when Mera wound up her powerful swing, he didn't even see it coming. Hitting him so hard that the metal armor shattered and his bones cracked, he flew into a tower of shipping containers completely unconscious.

Staring at her in shock Tony tried to understand what had happened. Last time they fought Attuma it took the entire team to stop him, this woman beat him single handedly.

"Not worth my time!", Mera spat with a grin, "Atlanteans here need to train better!"

"Now now, you did come better prepared.", Fury stated.

"Yes, but a warrior should always be ready for anything.", Mera replied.

"True.", Wonder Woman, Fury, Blackfire, Starfire, and Maxima agreed.

With him out of the way it freed up the group to intercept grunts and other extras. Spotting the Hulk and She Hulk fighting Abomination, Wonder Woman decided to help them as she knew their appearances from reading the comics I published. Throwing her lasso around his neck Maxima and her heaved back on the lasso halting his advance. Falling flat on his ass unable to break the lasso, Hulk leapt on top of him and started beating him into the ground.

"Bruce stop!", She Hulk shouted, "He is beaten!"

"Hulk Smash!!", her cousin roared continuing to beat him.

Lobbing several Star Bolts at him to get his attention Starfire and Blackfire sucker punched him to get him off the unconscious villain. Getting back up he tried rushing the two, but Fury intercepted. Grappling him to the ground, Fury pinned him there telling him to stop as his rival was down for the count. Unwilling to listen Fury hit him with three precise punches rendering him unconscious.

"He is quite a powerful fighter.", Fury commented as Bruce changed back to his human form, "Also...what are his pants made of that they don't rip?"

"Very special material.", She Hulk laughed, "I don't think I have had the pleasure of meeting you all before, are you new to the team?"

While they were talking with She Hulk, the others were doing crowd control and sending villains crashing into shipping containers. Rumi was especially aggressive in blasting people through the containers all while grinning with glee. Laughing as she fought the grunts she was treating this like a warm up waiting for a strong opponent to show up.

"Come on!!", she heckled them, "Bring someone stronger out here!!"

A few moments after she said that, her senses kicked in telling her to back up. Leaping backwards a portal opened up as a man with an axe stepped through with a blonde woman. Telling him to assist, she said that Loki required someone in the prison. Seizing her chance Rumi ran at him and used her Luna Fall move on him. Redirecting the kick away from himself, he went to lop her head off but her shielding blocked the blow.

Peppering them with her sleeping gas, Nemuri covered Rumi while she took some distance. Realizing that she had been careless she was grateful to be wearing my equipment. The blonde haired woman was about to attack when Raven and Zatana pulled her towards them to fight. Trying to return to her Yu literally put her foot down in giant form to block him.

"Not so fast!", she laughed.

Going to cut her foot, Mina spit her acid on the axe melting it like butter. Tossing his axe away, he ran towards Mina who ducked right as Melissa jumped over her. Using Carolina Smash on him, the man was sent flying through several containers before coming to a stop. Grunting as he got back up, he grabbed one of the destroyed containers and threw it at them.

Diving out of the way, the women went back on the offensive with him. Hitting him with a series of sonic booms, Jiro kept him back with assistance from Asui while the others ran forward. Raising his arms up to shield himself he was unable to see Ivy and Selena snag his legs with their weapons. Pulling them out from under him he fell forward, and Harley jumped on his back.

"Nighty night!", she laughed smashing his head into the ground with the hammer I made her, "Sweet dreams!!"

Grunting from the hit he tried to get back up.

"Wanna play hard ball do yeah!! Mina, we got a live one here!!", Harley shouted.

"Haha, Tag Team!!", Itsuka and Mina replied running up to her.

Taking some distance to do her own run, Harley timed it so all three of them met up together. Leaping into the air with their hands out they pulled each other to together with three of their elbows pressed together.

"Smackdown Pile Driver!!", they laughed smashing their elbows together into the back of his head.

Robbing him of his consciousness the three of them laughed as they high fived each other. Staring at them like they were idiots, Selena and Ivy just sighed.

"Team work makes the dream work!", they shouted.

"I swear...are you all really not related?", Blackfire said descending on them, "You all and Starfire have to share some blood somehow..."

"Nah, your just a party pooper!", Harley giggled, "Right girls?"

"Yeah...uh...I am not going to back you on this.", Itsuka said knowing what Blackfire could do.

"You know what they say, you win some you lose some!", Mina laughed running away.

"Hey!! Get back here!!", Harley shouted.

"Are you insinuating that I don't know how to have fun?", Blackfire questioned.

"What I am saying is-"

"Get out of the way!!", Deadpool shouted as he came in for his Hero Landing.

Missing the landing completely he crashed into the ground Deadpool skipped across shipping containers before coming to a stop. Coughing while hurling insults at me, he said he would be giving my flight a bad review on Yelp. Looking at him drag himself out of the Wolverine about pissed his pants laughing at him.

"Shut up you stupid mutt!", Deadpool spat.

"Kiss my ass.", Wolverine retorted.

"When I get over there I am going to shove my boot up your ass!!", Deadpool shouted inch worming his way over.

"This...this is pathetic...", Blackfire stated.

"I know...I got nothing funny to say about this...", Harley stated, "It's just too sad."

"I don't need your fucking pity anyway!!", Deadpool pretended to cry.

"Maybe we should treat him...", Ochaco and Momo said feeling bad for him.

Walking over to him to help, the first thing he asked was how old they were. Guessing their ages as somewhere in their twenties they felt proud to have mature looking bodies...till he smacked their butts.

"Damn fine ass!", Deadpool said nodding his head, "He certainly has good taste!"

"Did you...just smack...our asses?", they asked giving him an angry look.

"What? We are all friends here right? What's a good butt between friends?", he questioned.

Dropping him, Momo made several stunt grenades while Ochaco lifted a shipping container with assistance from her Quirk. Seeing her lift the thing without a grunt Deadpool started to laugh uneasily.

"Hey...we are friends, right?", he asked.

"Don't touch our bodies, pervert.", they said in a cold tone.

Rolling the grenades next to him as Ochaco release the container, the container slammed into him a few moments before the grenades went of. Cussing and screaming up a storm as the two walked away, the younger X-Men just watched them with disbelief.

"Wow...", Kitty said, "That's rough."

"He did smack their butts.", Scott stated, "Should have seen that coming."

"They are pretty ladies.", Storm chuckled.

"Yes they are.", Beast laughed.

"Should I go get him?", Colossus asked his team.

"I think living under a rock suits him.", Wolverine replied, "He's a lot less annoying down there."

Regrouping with the Avengers and the X-Men, the detained the villains they had encountered while waiting for Fury to arrive to take them. Noticing two people he recognized Thor walked over to the Executioner and Enchantress.

"Again you came, and again you fell.", he chuckled, "Did my brother send you? Who is he after now?"

"I wouldn't tell you.", she spat.

"Very well, I will see to it that you are punished for aiding my brother.", Thor said.

"We will see.", she replied with a smirk.

"We don't have time to be playing games here. Hydra is already in The Raft, we need to get inside and secure the prisoners.", Captain America said.

"Cap calm down, we doing pretty good as it stands.", Tony laughed, "Besides, if what we heard earlier is true our trump card is already onboard."

---On The Raft---

Having used my frost breath to freeze the Hydra grunts on deck. Cutting the landing craft like butter most exploded and fell into the harbor where I collected them with magic for research down the line leaving the crew to scramble to the surface. Once they all breached the surface I tossed them to shore where the group would handle the rest.

"Too easy.", I chuckled flying down to the actual prison.

"So tell me, I am a bit less versed in this universe...what is this place exactly?", Spectre asked.

"Publicly this world has three Super Max Prisons for Supervillains, but there is actually four of them. This prison, The Raft, is where villains they want to disappear go too.", I informed him, "Some of Earth's most dangerous villains reside here."

"If it's so secretive, I assume someone leaked information about it.", he stated.

"I don't want to make a snap judgment, but I believe I know who.", I chuckled knowing who likely sold the location out.

Descending into the prison several inmates tried to hit me, but I smacked them into the walls of the prison shifting the entire location. Having seen that display most of the villains hurried released the guards and got back in their cells. Healing the guards I asked where the Hydra troops went.

"They are breaking out Hydra members...", the guards said getting to their feet, "They...wait who are you?"

"Superman.", I chuckled, "Which way to the Hydra prisoners?"

Pointing to the right I shot off vibrating through walls headed towards the back of the prison. Stopping at a cell where a person I recognized was staying, I took the cameras out with an electrical shock. This bastard was identical in almost every way to Cupid, and he was someone I didn't want to let live.

"Killgraves...", I said narrowing my eyes.

"To what do I-", he started to say before I fazed through his cell doors.

Taking a few steps back he attempted to use his powers on me, but it didn't work.

"Your sins are painted in the blood of the innocent.", Spectre said taking over for a moment, "It's time you shared in their misery!"

"No...stay back!!", he screamed, "Guards!!"

"No one is coming to save you Killgraves.", we seethed, "Now suffer in agony!"

Suddenly the spectral bodies of his victims appeared around him with ropes, knives, torches, and chains. Glaring at him he kept screaming for help as I walked out of the room. A few moments later the only sounds coming from the cell were his blood curdling screams as his past literally tore him apart.

"Haha, another wrong righted.", Spectre said with a sigh, "I miss doing work like that."

"Don't work...there will be plenty of fuckers here for you to torment here.", I snickered, "Depending on who we see in solitary will see how today ends."

"Interesting.", he chuckled.

Flying to solitary, a portal shut just as I arrived. Having decided to torment Killgrave cost us catching the prisoners, but I knew where they went by following the magic.

'So Loki is currently in a prison of silence.', I thought, 'Interesting...'

At that moment the entire prison started to rise out up out of the water. Knowing that they had released Graviton to cover their tracks I wasn't the least be surprised they choose probably the most destructive person here. Seeing as how the Hulk struggled against him when fighting alone, I was looking forward to flexing a bit.

Flying outside the prison I shot up to the surface where Graviton was lifting the prison to throw it at the city. Landing on the ship I started to increase my mass making it harder and harder for him to lift the prison. Straining to lift the prison Graviton looked back to see me standing there.

"You are doing this!", he shouted.

"I am.", I replied, "I can't have you throw this at the city."

"You are nothing compared to one of 4 fundamental parts of reality!!", he laughed trying crush me with super gravity.

Casually walking towards him he kept increasing gravity more and more, but nothing changed. Seeing that not even my feet were sinking into the metal he started to panic. Thinking that something maybe blocking his powers he looked back to shore and saw the teams standing there. Believing that someone among them was jamming his power he went to use his power on them. Grabbing his arm tightly I looked at him with a cold expression.

"I don't think so.", I said.

Throwing a punch at my face using his power to enhance his strength the result was him shattering every bone in his hand and arm. The sheer amount of pain made him lose focus on his power allowing the prison to settle nicely again. Grabbing him by the throat he looked at me with fear painted on his face.

"You are going to go quietly or you will learn what it feels like to leave the Earth's atmosphere at over Mach 30.", I stated.

Meekly surrendering, I flew to the others where Fury had arrived with backup. Looking at the assembled teams Nick gave everyone a confused look.

"I appreciate the quick response, but was it necessary for all of you to come together?", Nick asked.

"Ah...you told us too.", Tony stated.

"You contacted HQ, and said there was an emergency.", Vision informed him, "I took the call."

"I didn't call you, I came here because we lost contact with the prison. There was no emergency call given by the guards.", Nick replied.

"Then who-"

"I think you already have your culprit in custody, isn't that right Enchantress?", I asked staring at her.

"I haven't the slightest idea what you mean mortal.", she huffed.

"Loki put you up to this, this ploy was just a distraction. Your portal was what closed when I got to Solitary.", I chuckled, "No use hiding that."

"Know your place you-"

Letting her feel the Death Force come close to her she clammed up immediately as her eyes went wide. Realizing that I held the same power as Hera, she was petrified of being killed on the spot for offending him. Watching her reaction Thor turned to me.

"What did you do?", he asked.

"It's called intimidation.", I replied, "She won't willingly sell out the man that will give her you. You know she is in love with you, and wants you so badly she will commit crimes to do it."

"I didn't take you for a coward, attacking defenseless-"

"I am going to stop you right there Thor. You say she is defenseless, but you didn't do anything to stop her magic. If it were for Zatana and Raven suppressing her magic she would have left by now.", I stated, "She's assisting your adopted brother with causing more chaos because you refuse to hold him accountable for his crimes. She is an accomplice to his crimes, and sent several powerful villains outside Midgard to build an alliance against the Avengers. I already seen what little she has been privy too."

"You did what!?", Enchantress shouted, "No one can break my strongest enchantments!! Even Odin couldn't-"

"All it took was a moment to get that knowledge when you flinched.", I told her, "Now...the plan you have is stupid as hell! You are going to get people killed!"

"What plan?", Nick asked.

"The Cabal intends to make allies of their own from other universes, but they don't realize that there are some universes out there that won't make deals...they will take whatever they want regardless of the number of lives it cost. If they have to slaughter three or four universes, they will do it.", I replied, "Especially the one man Loki is trying to reach thanks to vision she gave him."

"You mean the man in black?", she questioned.

"Yes, now you are going to help us stop them before they contact him. If they contact him...I will hold you personally responsible for endangering the people of this universe. You should have left well enough alone, and tried to court Thor normally.", I said.

"She is a citizen of Asgard, and will be put on trial there!", Thor stated.

"No, she is coming with me till this gets resolved. She will walk right out of your prisons like she does with your brothers prison.", I retorted.

Grabbing his hammer Thor told me to stand down. Telling him that this wouldn't end well for him if he tried fighting me, Thor took that as a challenge and swung at me.
