Eventually the creature noticed her presence. Turning to face her, the shura with golden horns, no it should still be a creature of the sanctuary smiled menacingly making a shiver run down her smile.

Gulping nervously, she prepared herself noticing the creature make its way toward her.

Walking slowly transitioning into a jog then a sprint. She collided with the creature, widening her eyes at the intense strength of the creature.

She was sent flying dozen of meters, realizing she was no match. She pushed herself to her limits trying to flee, but the creature didn't give her the chance, mercilessly beating her as her attempts to flee were all in vain. Oddly though the creature never aimed at her vital areas. Or it just seemed so as she activated her supreme movement technique.

Even though she was brutally losing the fight she was miraculously managing to survive. 

Though she knew at this rate she would never reach the end of the island.

Running exhausted her body forced her to collapsed to the ground, but still mentally alert with sheer willpower. She rolled her body seemingly not at all, but the force of the creatures attacks all but seemed to weave around her.

Her movements becoming for profound than she had even executed before. She was surpassing her limits. Making a breakthrough in her movement technique, she tricked the creature into attacking subconsciously chosen positions until the ground all but seemed to burst. The creature's previous blows carved a hole in the ground, that the girl slipped through, existing the creatures senses it abandoned its prey making its way back toward the bush.

The girl using the last bit of her energy was able to comprehend what happened before passing out.

Somehow staying alive, she noticed after waking up the second she attempted to leave the mini cave she was in the creature would hone in on her leave zero chance at escape.

A month passed for her, feeding on the roots of the island. They were all oddly filling keeping her alive as she never gave up. Every day she would attempt to escape all ending in vain. She would have died a dozen times over if not for her movement technique allowing to trace her steps back every time less injured than the first time around.

She was always bitterly forced back into her cave she now considered a prison.

That was untill a week ago when she finally gave up trying to escape.

The creature seemed to evolve now donning purple horns. It's strength transcend to a whole new level.

Since the creature's evolution, the girl could never find an opportunity to even exit her prison even temporarily.

Noticing a floating island, Ren was excited at the prospect of a new adventure to explore. 

Only seeing the island as an exploration opportunity and to feed the nightmare-cat some more sacred-blood creatures… hoping to finally evolve it into a super pet beast soul in its combat form.

Ren left his mount on the ground as he summoned his sacred-blood wing beast soul, flying above the floating island. He observed the island's landscape in interest.

He quickly noticed the creature that resided standing in the center of the island, a top a symmetrical squared bush. 

Taking a step forward, he widened his eyes in shock, sensing that the creature noticed his presence from such a distance and began honing in on his location. "Super creature" he muttered.

Coupled with recognizing the identity of this creature being in the form of a shura with its royal purple horns.

Donning his armor and readying a beast soul weapon, knowing they were all useless in front of a super creature.

Still they would give him a slight advantage in first contact.

He knew he'd have to rely on on his own strength and strategy then beast souls.

Ren cycled through his body strengthening geno arts before gaining some momentum of his own, he collided with the humanoid super creature. 

*boom*

Sending a shockwave across the island. Breaking part of his armor.

Startling the girl residing in the cave to search for the source of the disturbance, understanding that a fight was commencing.

Seeing the creature fighting toe to toe with what she deduced as a fellow human. 

She didn't know how to feel, witnessing the fight she didn't believe possible in the first sanctuary.

Entranced by the fight she didn't realize this would probably be her best chance at escaping the island.

The humans armor was steadily being destroyed with blood leaking slowly from under the armor, while the man seemed to preserve his weapon even at every great clash and the creature only seemed a little dirty or ruffled up.

Not only were both beings supremely powerful, but the creature seemed to follow a discipline of martial arts boarding a hypergeno art that was suppressing the insanely strong man, who was executing a myriad of high level hypergeno arts in perfect unison.

As the battle raged on, the humans armor all but crumbled. While his weapon finally revealed signs of cracking under all the pressure.

Despite the blood appearance of the human it all but confirmed his identity to the girl, but his surprisingly young appearance startled her.

When the dagger he wield was on its last brief the man executed a hyper geno art that seemed way too slow for the fight at hand, but despite the creature's speed and effort to dodge. 

The mans dagger managed to finally penetrate the creatures skin, slicing a shallow cut into its shoulder. The man's dagger flashed with speed beyond anything the battle had seen so far.

A second later the girl was able to see the damage done.

The shallow cut curved from the creatures shoulder to the back of its neck right before the dagger shattered.

Now leaking a bit of blood, the creature just snarled continuing the fight. The man struck a pose without any armor nor weapon, waiting for the creatures arrival. He moved placing a palm on his opponents chest while twisting the rest of his body.

The man managed a flip that dodged the creatures attack while channeling all of the beasts momentum into himself and focusing it into his elbow, mid flip was able to re-inflict damage on the creatures shoulder and neck for its shallow cut.

The creatures spine was shattered, killing it in a single brief moment.

The man sighed. Witnessing his achievement.
