It was only then that Claire decided to turn around and leave.

Alice said in an extremely kind tone, "Claire, how about I arrange for my chauffeur to take you to the airport?"

"No, I'll take a taxi." Claire rejected her coldly.

In truth, Alice didn't want to send her to the airport. She was just afraid that Claire will take her money and will not leave the country.

Claire called for a taxi and left.

Alice immediately made a call, "Are you following her? Keep an eye on her. If she doesn't leave the country today, restrain her and bring her to me."

Claire is also afraid that Alice will tail her, so she requested for the taxi driver to stop on a busy street. She got off the taxi and blend in the crowd. After looking around and making sure that no one has followed her, she took another taxi.

Alice immediately received a call.

"The target got off at the East Gate Street. Our people couldn't follow her..."

"USELESS!! A bunch of useless idiots!" Alice angrily smashed her phone.

Claire hurried back to her aunt's home. Sophia had helped her pack everything.

"Say goodbye to your grandaunt." Claire stood at the side of the road. After leading the twins inside the taxi, she hugged her aunt, "Aunt, come and play with us overseas when you're free."

"Claire, take care of yourself and the two children." Sophia reminded her repeatedly.

"Okay, I got it." Claire sat in the taxi and waved goodbye to her aunt.

The two little dumplings were also sensible and politely waved their hands.

Inside the taxi, Emma is a little emotional. She kept her head down and sighed.

"Okay, you two. Stay alert. Mummy will bring you guys to the amusement park--"

"Will Daddy come?" Emma immediately interjected, anticipation visible in her eyes.

Claire was startled, she pulled her daughter into her embrace and held her tightly. She rested her chin on her daughter's head and gently said, "Emma, Mummy will be with you and accompany you until you grow up. Don't think about your Daddy anymore, okay?"

Emma did not quite understand, but Frank did and in the end, he sighed. Their mother must be extremely afraid, enough to take him and his sister away. However, he also wants to enjoy the life with a father by his side. They will play football together, assemble and dismantle his favorite model machines, and more. All of these are Frank's desire, but if his mother didn't like it, he could only silently forget about all these dreams.

Emma quietly leaned into her mother's embrace. Her pair of obsidian eyes are looking out the window, looking at the unfamiliar scenery.

The taxi is filled with silence when suddenly, more than a dozen black sedans swept like whirlwind as they surround the taxi. The taxi driver was so scared that he quickly stepped on the breaks, his facec turning pale.

"What? What happened? Why are these cars surrounding us?" The driver immediately suspected that Claire had messed up with some kind of gangsters. His eyes were filled with fear.

"It's father's." Frank had already crawled to the car window, his big obsidian eyes looking out, only to see a tall figure angrily walking over.

When Claire heard her son's shout, she anxiously looked outside the window with her panicked eyes.

Dempsey had already quickly reached her side of the door. With his big hand, he opened the door.

When Claire saw him, she was so scared that her heart almost leapt out of her mouth.

"Daddy!" Emma is also surprised for a moment. When she saw Dempsey, she became excited.

Dempsey was originally angered, but the moment he saw the two little fellows, hee forcefully supressed his anger. He knocked on the roof of the car with his knuckles, "Get off. I have something to say to you!"

Claire looked at the black sedans surrounding the taxi, her heart thumping. It looks like she wouldn't be able to leave today.

"Mummy! Daddy has come to find us! Let's go home with Daddy!" Emma immediately revealed a pitiful expression and pleaded with her small hands clasping onto Claire's.

Leaving Claire with no other option, she sighed, thhen nodded, "Alright. I will go back with you."

"Yey!" Frank could not hide the happiness in his heart. When he heard his mother agreed to return with his father, he raised his hands and cheered out loud. But whe he turned his head and saw his mother's expression, he immediately put down his hands.

Dempsey stared fixedly at Claire, as if wanting to see her soul.

Frank climbed down the car by himself, but Emma reached out her hands for Dempsey to carry her.

Dempsey gently held his little girl, and slowly questioned Claire, "Where are you taking my children?"

Claire didn't say anything, and she had nothing to say to the man.

Seeing that she was not speaking, Dempsey quickly gave Larry a look.

Larry directly walked to the taxi driver, "Where is your destination?"

"Airport... the airport." The driver helplessly betrayed Claire.

Dempsey's  handsome face darkened.

"Daddy, don't scare Mummy! My Mummy is timid." Emma, who was lying in Dempsey's embrace, with her bright eyes, very shrewdly begged for mercy on behalf of her mother.

Dempsey wanted to teach this disobedient woman a lesson, but his daughter's words immediately extinguished the flames in his heart. "Emma, don't worry. Daddy will bring you home." Dempsey blatantly ignored Claire. Holding his daughter in one arm and holding his son's hand with the other, they walked to his car.

Frank, however, shook off his big hand, turned around, and ran to Claire's side. His chubby little hand firmly held onto Claire's, "Mummy, let's go together."

Claire could only nod and head towards Dempey's car.

"Emma, baby, can you and your brother ride in the other car with Uncle Larry? Daddy and Mummy have to talk alone." Dempsey tried to coax his daughter.

"Okay. Hurry up and reconcile with Mummy. Emma doesn't want to see you two fighting." Although the little girl didn't understand why the two adults are in a bad mood, her only wish is for their father to get back together with their mother.

Claire also has a lot of tings to say to this man, so she also squatted down annd said to her son, "You should take that car, too. Take good care of your little sister."

Frank nodded, but his eyes were filled with worry as to why his father sent them away. Could it be bully their mother? However, he calmed himself. He believed that on account of him and Emma, Dempsey would definitely show mercy to their mother.
