Once the organization realized Yan Fei was the most suspicious, they would certainly investigate him. Any sign of doubt would prompt them to act against Yan Fei. Having witnessed Xiao Kong's capabilities, Yan Fei couldn't dare imagine facing the organization. Just as he rounded a corner, he saw a little girl about four or five years old chasing a flying balloon, with no adults in sight taking care of her.

The little girl ended up running into the vehicle lane, and just then, a car sped by. Due to the bend in the road, the driver's visibility was obstructed. By the time the driver saw the little girl on the road ahead, he paled with fright and slammed on the brakes. However, it was too late, the car hadn't come to a complete stop and was still speeding towards the little girl.

Yan Fei, startled, flung his arms, dropping everything he was carrying, and quickly dashed toward the little girl. Just realizing the approaching car, the girl froze in terror, standing immobile.

Yan Fei sprinted forward, and at the last moment before the car could hit her, he scooped the little girl into his arms. But it was already too late to move her out of danger. Left with no choice, he turned, shielding the little girl with his back to face the car.

The car, carrying its massive inertia, crashed heavily into Yan Fei's back. He was immediately flung into the air, flying a distance before landing on the road ahead. The moment Yan Fei hit the ground, he clutched the little girl tightly, rolling several times to dissipate the massive force of the impact.
