6 The Meeting.

10 years have passed since Kaito awakened his Quirk. Everything remained relatively peaceful for the duration since Kaito spent most of his time training. Nezu became busier than usual after Kaito turned 10 and didn't come home as often. But thankfully, Nezu allowed Kaito to go outside after he turned 12. He was already more capable than most lower ranked Heroes so there wasn't much to worry about.

All Might also visited every 2 or 3 months but stopped when Kaito was 9 and didn't come to meet him since then. His public appearances also slowly decreased since then.

Kaito's progress in these 10 years was also quite fruitful. He managed to get a good mastery on his Quirk and also achieved Gear Second and Gear Third. He also learned how to use Kenbunshoku and Haoshoku Haki. Busoshoku Haki was still a 50/50 for him since he couldn't manipulate his energy well enough to create the invisible armor.

Nezu was astonished at the level of understand and creativity that Kaito had whenever he saw him use one of his named attacks or practice his Gears. Even when he couldn't come home he would watch his son train using the cameras in the training area that he created with the help of a Pro Hero that went by the name of Cementoss. But after some time he stopped using the cameras since he valued his son's privacy...

Or that's what I would've said if it was true. He just got tired of replacing the cameras because Kaito kept destroying them whenever he felt like was being watched. It was good training for him but it got annoying after a while. Ever had a fly constantly circle around you and annoy you to oblivion? If you have then that's what it felt like for him.

After a long time of just eating, sleeping and training Kaito finally decided to take a break and explore around the place. He reached a wall when it came to improvement since he couldn't get a hang on Busoshoku Haki and since it takes control rather than brute force to achieve it he's been spending his time walking around the cities.

And that brings us to the present day when Kaito decided to walk around Musutafu city. He spent most of his exploration time in Musutafu so this wasn't a rare event but what made this particular day in April special was the destined meeting of two particular people, a green haired young boy and a certain blonde giant.

Kaito was currently walking down the road and had many passersby glancing or just outright staring at him. He changed a lot in the past 10 years. His hair grew long enough to cover half his eyes, he grew to be a freakish 187cm which is far beyond the average for a 14 year old Japanese boy and even though he could bench-press 4 tons without too much difficulty he still looked skinny with almost no muscle visibly present. But most notably he had a different 'vibe' than most people almost as if he was drawn differently. ( Just imagine Gojo Satoru but in one piece's art style....and with black eyes. I swear every white haired anime guy has every eye color but black.)

Anyways moving on from describing what a 14 year old looks like, Kaito just strolled around for a while until he suddenly stopped in his tracks. A large smile grew on his face as he suddenly sprinted forward in a random direction.

It only took a few seconds of running at at 29kmph for Kaito to arrive at his destination. He could've ran much faster but the last time he did that he got stopped by the police because they thought he was using his Quirk. Anyways, Kaito slowed down as he approached a crowd of people that was gathered near an area that was filled with destruction and a lot of fire.

When he got closer he came to see a familiar scene, a boy around his age with bright red eyes, explosive ash blonde hair and a Quirk that produced explosions was being 'eaten' by a green blob with eyes and a large mouth. There were a few including Mt. Lady who made her debut that same day, Kamui Woods, Death Arms and a few other heroes that Kaito didn't recognize.

Just as Kaito reached the crowd another boy with green hair suddenly rushed towards the Sludge monster. But before the green haired boy could get even halfway to the villain Kaito jumped over the crowd and landed in front of the boy, stopping him in his tracks.

The Heroes present screamed at them to get back, people in the crowd reached for their phones and a certain skinny blonde man clutched at his stomach but all their attention was diverted to Kaito as he just smiled ''Pfft- HAhahgjgahgjabnahaha~ This guy's getting beaten by a slime monster! You should've trained more if you can't even beat a level 1 slime.''

Everyone else present there gasped when they heard him and the Sludge monster suddenly stopped trying to absorb the explosive kid and screamed '' W-What did you just call me?! You BRAT!! I'M NOT A SLIME!!!''

While the Sludge monster was visibly fuming, Kaito immediately launched his right hand right into the Sludge monster, yanked the explosive kid out and sent his other hand to grab an empty water bottle from a nearby trash can.

By the time the Sludge monster registered what had happened Kaito jumped forward while saying ''Gomu Gomu no...BAKU BAKU!'' Kaito's mouth stretched to be bigger than the Sludge monster and ate the Villain, horrifying almost everyone present. But before anyone could say anything Kaito brought the empty bottle to his mouth and immediately spat the Sludge monster into the bottle, making sure to get every last bit of his inside the bottle before closing it.

After the situation was diffused, some of the Heroes ran to the explosive boy, Kamui Woods went to the green haired boy that rushed into the scene and Death Arms went to Kaito.

He was about to say something but was stopped when Kaito just held his throat and said ''Gah! That guy tasted horrible! I'm probably not going to get rid of my sewer breath for weeks!''

Death Arms didn't show any reaction to this and instead said ''Young man, that was a brave thing you did. You handled the situation well but it was still reckless. You and that other boy could've gotten seriously hurt and you also used your Quirk publi-'' Just as Death Arms was preparing to finish the speech he had prepared while walking over he was interrupted by a giant blonde who suddenly jumped from the crowd that erupted into cheers when they noticed him.

''I AM....Sorry for being late!'' said the giant wearing a white form-fitting shirt and dark green cargo pants. It was none other than All Might! ''It's nice to meet you again after so many years, Young Kaito! You've grown up well.'' Kaito smiled and let out a small laugh at All Might's comment. ''That was a very brave thing you did, young man. You handled it well but it could've gone horribly wrong if you made even a single mistake. But I'm glad you stepped in to save those young men. I'm sure you'll make an excellent Hero in the future.'' All Might said with his usual cheery tone and his words made the green haired boy who was standing not too far away almost break down crying.

Kaito just feigned ignorance to the green haired boy having a mental breakdown and just said ''I love the praise but I think the Green Guy deserves it more than I do. He rushed in to try and help when he doesn't even have a Quirk! I think that's wayy~ more praise-worthy and what I did!''

All Might was slightly surprised when he heard this and the 'Green Guy' had a complicated expression. He was shocked that this random white haired guy with a weird stretching Quirk knew that he was Quirkless but more importantly he was happy that the random guy thought he deserved the praise more.

All Might simply turned to the green haired boy before nodding to himself and asking ''Could I talk to the two of you alone? There's something important I want to ask the both of you.''

The green haired boy nodded nervously while Kaito just said ''Sure~! I have time.''

All Might nodded once again before grabbing the two of them in his hands and leaping into the area. Leaving behind Death Arms who looked frustrated because he couldn't finish his speech and the explosive boy who looked slightly mad. Who is he mad at? Who knows! Joe probably knows but he's been busy in America lately trying to track down Deez.
