1 New Beginnings

Even before the night became dark and the day became bright it was a journey full of responsibility and possibilities that allowed the impossible possible. The iridescent shadows lingered and floated above the skies that seem to mesh with the clouds.

'Where am I?'

A thought began to emerge in the space that floated in time. The skies were bright, and the ground was solid clouds that the boy was able to stand on.

'I don't remember how I got here, was it about eating the candy bar that fell? I swear the five-second rule is a lie.'

'I was just in the house moments ago and almost reached school, it was relatively rainy as well. The only thing I heard was the loud sound of lighting and the calming expression of the wind. Wait did I die?'

'Tsk, I guess that's it but it should be fine since I have no more responsibility to handle, well fuck it—"

A bright light ensued over everything, it was then that he was hit with a sense of tranquility that encompassed everything, he was able to properly assess the situation and knew immediately that he died.

It was this bright light that allowed him to compensate for the lack of understanding that he currently has that allowed him to comprehend the situation, in that split moment he knew what he was getting himself into.

'It's this isekai thing huh, well I guess I shouldn't complain about it since possibly not everyone would experience this.'

'I remember now, he thought, 'let's recall what I can recall'

'Arthas, it was my name, and I do not plan to change it even after I get reincarnated, if ever I get reincarnated I hope to God they would name me the same and nothing will change.'

'It was that morning when everything was raining pouring heavily on the streets of my hometown. Our car broke down, and the driver insisted that I wait for the repairs to be finished but I went on early to school, the last thing I remembered was the stinging pain and burns that I felt through my body.'

'Well, my parents won't worry about me one bit, they just see me as an investment, and besides they have already decided that I won't continue with the business, since somebody has the proper qualifications for that'

Born in a family of prestigious background, met with adversaries for the successor of the business, both parents were ambassadors to their country, and that alone was enough to make them rich with companies that enable them to label themselves as high class.

Arthas wasn't interested in the position of being their successor, he gave up on the role a long time ago and found it very annoying and tedious about the responsibility that it holds.

"Responsibility huh, I have enough of my fill back when I was alive, this time I want to live on my own and not by anyone's rule."

In the moment in which he remembers everything, he accidentally opened a memory in which he shunned everything, the responsibilities that he held at that time were terrifying and stupid and he was still a child that didn't know anything.

The time in which he was given the massive choice that would ultimately decide the outcome of a fight, the life of a person, and of course his best friend. The one that only care for him, she was the only one that seemed genuine.

"Fuck responsibility, it is a matter of whether I want to do it or not. And in most cases, I do not, so if ever I get reincarnated, revived or some shit like that I do what I want."

It was the most hated concept that he would ever bear in his life. If it was responsibility alone then he was fine with it, but the responsibility that makes people envious of this situation is what makes him angry.

'People just spout their shit not knowing what I have gone through or anyone has gone through. I hate that the most about responsibility, they just see what they want to see and not the deeper part of the perceptive analysis.'

'Amelia, I wonder where did you go? Knowing her she might be in another world; Will I meet her in this world as well?'

White light exploded from nowhere, it was a blinding that engulfed the entire scene, the iridescent clouds were covered in light and devoured. It happened in an instant, however, that show of brightness was impeccable to stun someone in place.

A beautiful girl emerged from the bright light as Arthas continued to render everything that just happened, it was still in his eyes that blinded him from the scene. A beautiful girl standing in front of him.

She waved her hand and a chair suddenly was behind her, she sat down comfortably and made a wide smile as she looked at Arthas, it was a smile that was oddly intimidating, it was a sweet smile that made Arthas's spine tingle.

"Ara, Hello Arthas, I guess it was my bad that I was late to this meeting of ours, you might have guessed but…" She stopped and breathed deeply and she prepared for what she was going to say.

"Congratulations on Dying Arthas!"

She gently clapped her hands as her smile broadened and her feminine physique emphasized her beauty it was certainly a sight to watch except for the fact that she greeted Arthas like it was his birthday celebration.

Arthas stood there silently, gaping mouth with eyes wide open and not knowing to respond to that. He didn't know what to do, it was certainly wonderful that a beautiful girl was greeting him but not him dying.

"Nice to meet you, Miss Goddes. I do not know how this process usually goes but I hope you would guide me through"

"You can just call me Leah, The Goddess of Reincarnation and Preservation. Your friendly goddess that would help anyone who is lost on their way, hehe"

She replied while placing her hands on her hips and making a neko smug face as she said so.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Goddess Leah"

"Fufufufu, Yes my dear Arthas, all you need to do is to pick your class and be on your merry way, but choose carefully."

'Well, that won't be a problem we don't really have a variety of classes left.' Leah thought as her eyes darted around.

"Well then Arthas, let us now start picking your class shall we?"

From there, a youthful but incredible story was about to take place as it would soon take the world by storm.
