Tree Girl and Knight of Trechery.

After Vander and his group left the Olympian throne room he chuckled a bit as they appeared in the camp. Vander loved to mess with people in charge as it gave him a kick knowing they could do nothing about it.

La Folia turned to look at him as he could not stop laughing. He looked kind of like a mad man so she grabbed his shirt to shake him a bit.

"What is up with you?"

He cleared his voice as he tried to stop laughing.

"Well, I left them with the clean-up of my mess. I don't know what is funnier than that. Especially considering how unpopular they are. I think I just did a good thing to make them do the world a favor."

Serafall took a deep breath as she also had to force herself to not laugh.

"I for one thought it was hilarious, however, are we going to have to look at that forever? How will that affect the tides, Werewolves, and other creatures that need the Moon? No, how will that affect the entire planet as gravity is important."

She pointed at the sky where the shattered remains of what was once the Moon were visible. They all looked up at that cracked remains and then at Vander. He shrugged as he honestly had zero clue how to fix it. He could force the pieces back together, but Hades had done a patchwork job already.

"It was either the Moon or Earth so I choose the one that would leave me with somewhere to live on. I am sure that someone that is not me will fix it."

Nerezza rose on her tiptoes and grabbed Vander's ear only to pull on it. He tilted down to follow her pull with a funny look on his face.

"Nice try."

She sighed as she let go of his ear.

"It seems I do not have the magical hand that Lady Grayfia does."

Naerdeath chuckled.

"I think you are too young for that Nerezza. You are only 22 and Serafall will never get that in her life. I mean look at her."

"HEY!"

The former Satan did not take that well. Vander chuckled as he patted her head as he passed by her.

"She is right. You are hundreds of years old and still, act like a teen."

"I thought you liked my youthful vibe."

"Your right, I do."

Serafall smirked.

"And don't forget it."

Vander decided to hurry them up along.

"Well come on then. I need to take my pick of the demigods. I think that Percy's kid is a good choice I mean he is the son of Poseidon so we are taking him. Not sure if I will add him, but he might be a good asset.

And I guess I will take the pick of the crop along the way."

Tiamat looked around and saw that all the demigods were not out in the open. Dionysis and Chiron forced them into their cabins for safety while Percy was being healed. He was missing a chunk from his arm along with some bone.

Ubel had just grabbed and crushed down to acquire his genetic material. He did not care if Percy lived or not so the damage was substantial.

"It is quite lucky that they are all in one place. You can scan through them in quick bursts."

Vander spread his senses which were even stronger than before to look at every single demigod in the camp. Of course, Percy had the strongest talent for the simple reason of who his father was, but all of the demigods had latent talent.

He found a blonde girl around Percy's age, a young man around 19 who was a surging mess of hatred. Vander was going to take him for that reason, and even another blonde girl who was the daughter of Ares.

'A lot of blondes. I really hope that the rumor that blondes are not smart is just a rumor. Otherwise I will be stuck with a bunch of powerful idiots.'

He kept scanning and picking before he settled on a tree. At a glance, it was merely the core of a formation that protected the camp from danger, but it was actually someone under a spell. Meaning that they used to be a demigod so he was curious.

"Well I found another one, but in a weird state."

Naerdeath looked up at Vander.

"What weird state?"

He looked

Naerdeath was curious about what could have left him confused. Tiamat smiled as while Vander's peerage was quite strong they still had more to learn.

"There is a tree in that direction that is both giving off divinity of a demigod. I think one of them got turned into a tree so let's go check that one out first."

Serafall glanced in that direction and felt what he was talking about. She would have missed it if not for now possessing Infernity herself. That gave her a sense for divine energy which was the opposite of Infernity.

"Your right, who's kid is it?"

Tiamat glanced down with a smirk.

"Who else would do that besides Zeus? Might as well take his kind as payment right?"

Vander grinned.

"That is exactly what I was thinking. Come on then."

They all began to walk toward the tree and considering that the camp was not that large they arrived rather quickly. It was a tall pine tree that was full of the power of Zeus and most importantly contained the soul of a demigod.

Vander walked around the tree as he got a sense of things.

"So that is how it is? Zeus did this to save her and kept her soul trapped inside. Not the most clever, but I can work with his."

Vander walked in front of the three and placed his hand on the tree. Black Infernity surged toward the soul inside as a way to sustain it and keep it safe. He stabbed his hand into the tree and took it out the tree.

Once he held the soul in his hands he placed both hands over it and dropped it to the ground. In a flash of surging Infernity, a small girl appeared on the floor alive and awake. She looked to be around 15 and was dressed in a leather jacket.

Vander snapped his fingers in her face annoying her.

"Hey, you alive? Can you hear? Shake your head if you can't."

"Quit that already. I can hear just fine."

Vander reached out and helped her up.

"Oh, well that is a good thing."

She looked at the tree which now had a hole in it and at herself. She was 12 when she got turned into a tree and now she looked about 15.

"So, you got me out of the tree?"

Vander nodded.

"Well, Zeus owed me a favor and that favor was to take a few demigods into my own service."

Thalia was confused.

"Why would my father owe you a favor?"

Vander pointed to the sky.

"Because I killed the guy that did that."

She looked up and got the shock of her life. The moon which had always been in one piece was in fragments and falling apart. Vander waved his hand and created a chair of Infernity to sit on.

"Now, I got to go collect the others I choose. I would answer your questions, but I got more things to do. I will leave you in the hands of my capable maid. Also, I am not going to force you to come along, but I am sure it would be worth your while kid."

Thalia frowned and crossed her arms.

"I am not a kid."

Vander patted her head.

"You are 12 with the appearance of a 15-year-old. Yeah, you're a kid."

She shook his hand away as Vander was already walking away as he was going to the Hermes cabin to pick up Luke. If the kid hated the gods he would give him what he wanted in exchange for his service. Hatred was such a good motivator to gain power and easier to manipulate.

Thalia watched as Vander walked away and turned to Nerezza.

"Ok, who was that?"

"He was my master, Vander Abbadon. He is trying to build up a powerful group of people and he seems to have decided that you have considerable talent because of your bloodline."

Thalia thought about it.

"And why would I agree? You got to agree with me that this is sketch right?"

Serafall laughed.

"Smart girl, Vander would work you ragged to get you as strong as possible. He does not like weakness or lazy people so you can expect to be treated like a soldier under his charge. Anyway, there are benefits. Despite the fact you will be pushed hard you will get much stronger.

With power, you can decide what you want in this life, go where you want, and do what you want. Sound good?"

Thalia squinted her eyes.

"A little too good. Who are you?"

"Me? I am Serafall Sitri, a former Leviathan. A Devil."

From her back emerged 4 pairs of Devil Wings which started a whole another explanation. While they did that Vander decided to go after Luke later. He walked to an open area next to the lake and brought out the soul of Mordred.

It was rather easy to tell which was which as Artoria was so much stronger. Vander brought out his first Knight piece and fused them together. The powerful energy of the piece filled the soul with overwhelming strength so he tossed it in front of him.

The soul fell to the ground and in a surge of Infernity quickly formed the body of Mordred. Vander watched with fascination as it was so much like a Heroic Spirit, but once this was all done she would be alive.

All this took just a few seconds and before long Mordred stood in front of him. He crossed his arms and waited for her usual introduction.

"Greeting."

Mordred's horned helm began to come apart to reveal her face. She stabbed Clarent in front of her and introduced herself.

"I am Mordred Pendragon, heir to King Arthur. Are you my master?"

Vander raised an eyebrow as he did not expect this.

'Does she think this is a Grail War?'

He decided to roll with it and explain in a sec.

"Greetings, I am Vander Abbadon. Your summoner in a sense."

He turned around and rubbed the back of his head.

"You are probibly under the impression this is a Grail War."

She nodded with a battle-ready expression.

"Of course I am, why would this not be? I am here aren't I?"

Vander did not know how to break the news to her so he decided to just do it.

"Alright, I will tell you. I may or may not have brought you back to life in the flesh. There is no Grail War as this is not your original world, but one that seems like it. I did pull you out of the Throne of Heroes so there is that."

She tilted her head as she looked at Vander.

"Huh?"

Vander shrugged.

"So, sorry about that, but I can make it up to you."

She got closer and looked up at Vander. She was only 5 feet tall and Vander was nearly 7 feet tall. The difference was just funny at this point.

"How? I need that Grail to prove I have the qualifications of a king."

Vander did plan to head to the world of Fate to do some things and collect a few servants. Plus he did want to steal Gilgamesh's treasure and take Lancelot from Karia, Rider from Shinji. He also had some people to kill."

"I can get you the Grail and get your wish granted. Plus you can be alive to enjoy it instead of being trapped in the Throne of Heroes."

That got her attention as she walked back.

"Can you? How?"

"Easy. If I managed to pull you out of the Throne of Heroes what is to say I can't steal a already being fought over Grail? I guess I just need to figure out how to get there and you get what you want."

That made Mordred excited.

"Well, being alive is nice so as long as you get me the grail I am happy. Still, there is one thing we need to figure out."

Her battle intent began to rise as the Infernity in the Knight Piece began to awaken the latent power she had. As she was a homunculus clone of Artoria who was forced to grow quickly she never awakened her full potential.

At that moment she felt the dragon blood in her body awakening causing her to feel full of power. She backed away and held Clarent in front of her in a sword stance.

"Care to go a match, my master? I can tell you are strong."

Vander backed up and summoned Dawnbreaker to his side. The powerful Halberd had just gone through a fight, but the will of the weapon was still surging for battle.

"You can call me master if you want or just call me Vander. You aren't a heroic spirit and I don't have command seals anyway. Still, I guess I do have to help you get used to being alive."

Mordred grinned.

"It is all the same."

Red lightning surged in a storm around Mordred as she got far stronger than when she was alive or a servant. What mattered was how much stronger she would get and she wanted to figure it out.

I will have Vander summon Artoria later as summoning them at once will piss Mordred off. Also I have a new Mordred fanfic about Black Clover.
