26 Spar with a Satan and Vander's Full Might.

Grayfia teleported La Folia, Vander, and Naerdeath with her to a random location in Antarctica. She left Rias behind as she already knew how to use Bounded Fields, and she would not be able to keep up with the three monsters.

When the 4 of them appeared in the middle of the white desert that was Antarctica, Vander breathed out loud as his breath turned to mist. It was below zero, but it just felt slightly chilly.

"I take we are here in case me and Naerdeath mess up?"

Grayfia nodded.

"I can always fix the damage caused and no one is out here. La Folia you show them how you use them?"

"Alright, mom. Bounded fields are like secondary dimensions away from real space. It is how different battles can take place on Earth and the humans are left unaware. Here, this is an example."

She waved her hand a little and a bounded field appeared around them. Vander who had gained the powers of his Rajestega felt how space warped and how they were technically in a separate dimension even if a temporary one.

Grayfia might not have Demonic Mana, but she still felt the difference in La Folia's energy. She glanced at Vander and Naerdeath who felt very similar to the energy she used.

'So I was not just imagining it. Whatever he learned he taught it to the both of them.'

She decided not to ask as Vander would tell her if he felt like it.

"Alright, did you two understand it?"

Vander nodded as he clenched his fist. A massive bounded field appeared over the one La Folia cast as he added in his Infernity to the mix causing it to be even stronger.

"I got it."

Grayfia could tell that Vander's bounded field was far stronger than normal as he was using divine energy.

"Well done, with this you won't have to deal with the same situation as last time. Naerdeath, how ab-"

Before she finished the Dwarf Succubus girl snapped her fingers and created a multilayered bounded field.

"Does that work? I decided to give it layers for extra power. Each one is still durable enough to deal with attacks."

Grayfia decided to not bother to act surprised as she expected that outcome.

"Well, you learned it just as fast as La Folia did. We can return to Kuoh Town now."

Vander, La Folia, and Naerdeath dispelled their Bounded Fields so Grayfia could send them home. In a blue flash of light, they appeared in front of Vander's mansion. Grayfia was not going to stick around, but she wanted to check up on things.

"How has your home been treating you, Vander?"

He had only good things to say about it as he opened the door.

"It is amazing. Just the training room alone is more than great, but my bed is perfect. It is big enough for my familiars to sleep on it. Of course not the really big ones, but you get my meaning. Also, Nerezza is a sweetheart."

Naerdeath also was thankful for the workshop.

"The workshop you set up for me is beyond incredible. It has everything I could need. It must have been expensive to set everything up for me. Nerezza is a great help around the house too."

When they entered, Vander froze as he saw Serafall in a Magical Girl outfit along with the former Mil-tan in their magical girl get-up. They were sticking many magical girl poses and even calling out things that made little sense to him.

He took a deep breath and called for Nerezza.

"NEREZZA!"

In a swarm of bats, Nerezza appeared in front of him with a bow.

"I am sorry sir, I tried to stop her, but she broke in anyway saying you would be fine with it. As for the other girl I went to fetch her as you had said you wanted to take her in. I am very sorry if that was wrong."

He shook his head as he patted her on the head.

"I am not mad at you, just looking for an explanation. I did say that about her though so you are not in the wrong. However, Serafall is a different story."

Naerdeath smiled as Vander loved to pat girls on the head. Nerezza had not expected that so she was holding her head in confusion. Vander walked past her as he looked at Serafall who was giving him a cheeky smile.

"Why did you break into my house?"

She gave him a wink and pointed at him with her staff.

"You would reject two cute magical girls like us from your home?"

Vander pointed at the door.

"Yes."

She looked at Grayfia who looked away from her. Serafall gave him a cute look as she brought up a good point.

"After what I did to get Amaterasu off your tail. You will kick me out?"

Grayfia put an end to that.

"I did that, not you. This is Vander's house so he can pick if you can stay or not."

Vander now looked at Mil-tan who rushed to give him a hug. Her small arms wrapped around his chest causing his eyes to twitch.

"Rei is happy to see you again."

Vander gently pushed her away with a nod.

"I see, so you named yourself Rei?"

She nodded.

"Yes, my old name no longer matched my new self."

She struck a magical girl pose that now did look cute, but Vander was not having it.

"Good for you."

Vander waved his hand as Ripper, Toxin, and Terror appeared around him. Terror crawled up his back and to his shoulder like a parrot while the two larger hybrids ran off to play. Serafall felt the power they held and wondered if one of them was the one that caused the roar.

However, her focus went to Rei as her shoulders dropped a little after he pushed her away. Her face even looked disappointed as Vander did not take her hug well. Naerdeath and Nerezza followed him while La Folia stayed behind. She wanted to catch up a bit more with her mother for now.

Serafall took the chance to ask her why Vander was so cold with Rei.

"Is there a reason Vander is keeping poor Rei at a distance? He even seemed super uncomfortable with her hug and pushed her away. He does not seem like the guy who gets nervous at girls' hugs."

La Folia explained the reason.

"Rei is one of his Devil pact customers. She used to be a man named Mil-tan, but she wanted to be a real magical girl. He accepted and turned her into a real woman with a ritual. As a price, he took her in as she was quite talented, but he is not comfortable around her now."

Grayfia understood.

"I see he used that ritual. If she was talented to being with she must have considerable talent now."

Serafall had to agree as she had already waned to take Rei into her peerage. She was physically powerful and even more so in magic.

"But isn't he being a little cruel? Isn't she just a regular girl now."

That might be true, but men can be weird. Grayfia explained as best she could.

"But the issue is she used to be a man and he saw that. His image of her is a man in a girl's body instead of a regular girl. It is quite common in men to think that way."

Serafall now was determined to get Vander to at the very least get along with Rei instead of avoiding her. Just as she was about to rush to find him, Vander, Nerezza and Naerdeath came back.

He looked at Serafall with squinted eyes.

"You can stay, however, there is a condition."

She could see he was serious about something so she took it seriously.

"You have to fight me one on one. No holds bared."

His aura was surging as he was quite excited. However, Grayfia tried to stop it.

"Vander, I don't recommend that. She is about as strong as me and has centuries of experience. You are strong, but you sho-"

Serafall raised her hand to stop her.

"You sure about this Vander?"

His eyes began to glow a dark green as his Infernity was surging.

"Absolutely."

She decided to agree as she could show him that he still had more to learn.

"If I win you have to be nicer to Rei."

"But I am nice to her."

Now it was Serafall's eyes to twitch.

"That was not nice at all. You act like she is something to avoid. I am not having it."

Rei tried to stop her.

"It's fine, I get it."

Serafall shook her head.

"No, it's not. Vander, do you agree?"

His right eye was twitching, but he agreed in the end.

"Fine. Grayfia, can the training room withstand our strength?"

She nodded.

"I made it so it can handle a Satan going all out as I expected you to reach that level before long."

"Excellent. Let's go now."

He teleported them all into the training room where Grayfia waved her hand setting up the field. She chooses a barren wasteland with nothing, but stone. Once she set up the field, she took La Folia, Naerdeath, Rei, and Nerezza with her so they could watch in safety.

Vander jumped a distance away from Serafall which ended up being 100 meters. Serafall flew to her 100 meters and when they stood 200 meters apart Grayfia's voice responded to them.

"I set up a rating game type separate space. Here you can go all out, so begin your preparations."

Serafall just smiled as her aura began to surge a bit. Just that began to cause her surroundings to begin to freeze into a winter wonderland. From behind Vander began to emerge the gigantic Daisy who got even larger as she had been feeding on Vander's Infernity.

Next to her was Ripper who he summoned back to him. Both hybrids roared at Serafall who could tell that both creatures were truly powerful. Especially Daisy who radiated power in waves.

"Do you plan to beat me with numbers?"

Vander shook his head as his Duskborne Gauntlets and Dawnbreaker appeared in his hands.

"No, not at all. Dual Resonance."

Daisy became a blood-red beam of light that struck Vander while Ripper became a surge of Shadows. La Folia stood in her seat in shock.

"Impossible."

However, Vander was showing that it was not impossible. He roared as an eruption of Infernity, Demonic Mana, and Dragon Aura surged from the epicenter. Serafall raised her hand to block the wind from her eyes. She looked at the pillar of energy erupting from Vander as she felt it was odd.

'This energy feels, divine, but evil. What is he?'

When the energy died down, Vander's new form was revealed. He had doubled in size now standing 14 feet in height, two sets of giant black wings emerged from his back and his tail was swaying dangerously behind him.

His armor was similar to the one he had when he just resonated with Ripper, but it seemed different. More bloody, powerful, and crackled with power.

"Here we go, Serafall."

His voice was guttural as below his armor his whole body was covered in scales. He clenched his halberd as he looked at Serafall. She stopped taking him lightly as she decided to put in some effort.

"Don't die, Vander. Celsius Cross Trigger."

She activated her famous ability that caused the massive glacial storm to rage around them. Grayfia did not expect her to pull this move against Vander, but it did mean she took Vander seriously.

Vander's body began to crackle with boundless power as his Blood Lightning, Shadow Lightning, Plasma, and Fire began to fuse into one all over his body. It went over his halberd as the weapon was filing its power even higher.

He waved the halberd gently and caused the ice and glaciers forming around him to break. He tensed his legs boosting his power with his volatile mix of energies and charged at Serafall.

Serafall dodged out of the way as he swung his halberd down where she had been standing just a moment ago. His faster than Light swing caused a cataclysmic eruption to cause massive damage to Serafall's technique.

'WHAT THE FUCK!?'

Seeing how holding back would do her no favors she pushed her Demonic Power and Mana to the limit causing a tidal wave of Glacial magic to charge toward Vander. He clenched both his hands around the shaft of his halberd and charged forward.

'Persephone Roa, Breaker of Storms.'

Wind, Spatial Magic, Dark Light, Time Magic, Plasma magic along with his lightning surged in his attack. It was a forward thrust that was turned into a massive spear of destruction that bore a hole in Serafall's technique.

'Celsius Cross Trigger.'

A beam of Glacial energy clashed with Vander's attack, they clashed for a scene when it was made obvious that Vander's attack was superior. She clapped her hands causing the beam to explode which took both her attack and Vander's out of the equation.

Vander with one hand-held Dawnbreaker above his head which she realized.

'Downward swing.'

'Celcius Cross Trigger.'

A massive titan of ice formed above her as Vander swung his halberd down.

'Persephone Titan, Smasher of Earth.'

His volatile mix of conflicting magics once gained caused a massive attack to emerge from his weapon toward her glacial construct. The titan braced for the impact and when his halberd made contact with the Titan's head it was bad.

He cut right through the Titan and through Serafall's body. He did not let his guard down though as what he cut through was an ice construct. A massive explosion edited from where his Halberd hit the ground.

It caused the glaciers and ice around him for hundreds of miles to evaporate. Just as he was about to attack all around him, a massive Ice pillar smashed into him from below the ground.

He barely had enough time to block with the body of his halberd. His 4 wings flapped taking him away from the pillar. He landed on the ground as he already found where Serafall was invisible.

"Got you."

Serafall smiled as she came out of her invisibility.

"You sure you still have enough power to launch more big attacks like the ones before?"

He smiled behind his helmet as he pointed the blade of Dawnbreaker at his own heart.

"Maybe."

He stabbed himself in the chest shocking everyone who was watching. Grayfia was about to stop the match, but La Folia stopped her.

"Don't bother, he can regenerate and he is a blood mage. He is planning on ending the match here."

Grayfia watched as Vander cut his chest open causing a fountain of blood to surge from his body. His blood surged toward his halberd casing its shape to become more demonic and evil. It even began to pulse like it was alive the same as his gauntlets.

He looked at his bloody gauntlet which he wiped on his helmet's face.

"Should have stopped me Serafall."

He slammed his right leg toward as he pointed Dawkbreaker at Serafall. His muscles were tensed as his mix of magic began to appear once again. She felt if she did not give her all this would result in her loss.

"Celsius Cross Trigger, Cocytus's Embrace."

Her ice began to turn a dark shade of purple which was the highest level of her technique. This was the same move that defeated Grayfia when she challenged Serafall for her title of Leviathan.

'Vander, good luck.'

Vander was still tensed and his tail had slammed into the ground. His dragon-like eyes were locked on Serafall as his drool was leaving his mouth.

He roared at the top of his lungs as his Infernity, Dragon Aura, and Demonic Mana began to fuse into one at the last second. He ran toward Serafall with his halberd poised like a spear. His full strength was put into that one attack.

'Ichor: Eos(Blood of Dawn)'

His lunge and Serafall's finally attack met each other and for a second it seemed they were even. However, Vander's halberd cut through her attack as he began to run through her attack causing her great shock.

'I lost.'

Just as Vander's halberd was about to pierce her head, he stabbed to the sky instead, missing her entirely. The strongest attack he had ever unleashed went to the sky. Grayfia knew if that hit the sky it would go right through the training room so she opened a portal to space.

The attack was eaten by the portal and spat out toward the sun.

"Vander w-"

Just as she was about to say that, Vander's dual resonance was dispelled as that last attack sucked his energy dry. Both Daisy and Ripped returned to the familiar space as Vander's body returned to normal.

He passed out straight into Serafall's breasts causing him to drop Dawnbreaker. She fell to her knees with Vander's face right in her large breasts. She hugged his head as he was truly tired as for him it was more of a fight to the death with his pride on the line.

Before she even got to help him up, La Folia and Naerdeath teleported to her to take him away. La Folia picked up Vander while Naerdeath got Dawnbreaker. While no one could steal or use it, holding it was not dangerous.

"We will take him now."

Naerdeath nodded.

"He needs to rest. Also, Vander won right?"

Serafall nodded.

"I would be dead if he wanted it. I have really gotten rusty after centuries of peace and no battle. How did I let someone who had not even been a Devil for 3 weeks beat me?"

La Folia just smiled as she carried him away.

"He is above a Devil."

Serafall understood that not just anyone had Divine Energy. Whatever Vander was, it was not human and she was curious about it.

'I will figure it out.'
