5 Advent of The Demon God (3)

The city of Magdala did not look like a city at all, it was a ruin, and everyone was knocked out. Seeing I was not back on earth, I realized there was still more to this contract and decided to sit and protect the city until the supposed duration was over.

I chose one of the remaining buildings and sat on top of it, observing the mushroom cloud far away, it was going to rain soon... I began to think...

Using the powers of Ulquiorra was simpler than I had expected. To use Sonido, I had to imagine the movement and its general direction, make the energy inside me pulse, and walk, simple as that, the body did the rest.

Cero? Envisioning a point of concentrated destructive energy on top of my finger and its expansion in a direction while moving the force inside me there did the trick, as for the Gran Rey version, I just added more energy and made it as intense as I could without destabilizing it.

Other abilities were similar, although I had yet to use them all, one thing that made me a little exasperated was that I felt no emotion physically, just mentally.

Using the abilities and powers that I had only dreamt about and wielding them to cause such destruction gave me mind orgasm after orgasm, but I did not feel a thing! The emotions were in my brain, not in my heart... I was perfectly calm to the point of being emotionless. It was bizarre...

It was not fun as emotions felt a lot less intense, 'Perhaps I should have no emotion at all, and the only reason I feel some things is because I am a human in soul...'

'Is this what heartlessness feels like?' I put my hand in the hole in my chest, it was a unique experience. I laid down, looking at the sight before me, despite being scary it was gorgeous, worthy to be used as wallpaper.

The sun had set, the mushroom cloud and natural ones had intermingled in a dance, and colors of dim orange and wine red encapsulated the sky as the occasional lightning flashed. In the other direction, there was no cloud and the stars were becoming visible, the moon shed its silver light... I felt like I was between two worlds.

Droplets of rain fell and woke the people up, after the initial confusion, they began to quickly use earth magic to fix the city as some woke others and helped those in need.

But strangely, no one approached my location, they avoided it like a plague, I realized the wizards warned people making me think they probably felt my magic power or something.

I tried to contain the energy inside me, and it became calmer and turned dormant after a few tries.

The rain picked up in intensity as an old man approached me, it was the one who had summoned me.

"Great Demon God, please spare our lives." He said and kneeled. I saw how hard he tried not to tremble and show his fear. I felt admiration for the man, he was brave at least.

"Stand up. I have no interest in harming you or the people of this city."

He bowed his head, "Demon God, I am Ulmer Anas, high magister of Magdala. I thank you on behalf of the city. If not for you, we would be dead, how can I repay this kindness?"

"The payment has been taken. You don't need to do anything." I didn't know if it would impact the contract or something so I did not want to risk it.

He stood up and then bowed again, "I will have the city evacuated for the coming war..."

I was surprised, "War?"

He nodded, "The dragons in this land are divided into two groups, those allied with humans who wish to coexist with us in peace, and those who wish to exterminate us. The dragons you fought were of the latter, a war is going on between the two at the moment. Seeing the battle and its aftermath, this city will surely be swept in the coming war, especially since your Excellency killed two famous dragons. They will come for revenge, in great numbers..."

Things had taken a turn for the worse, but there was nothing I could have done to stop it. And I was not confident I could face hundreds of dragons, especially if they had unpredictable powers like the grey one that escaped...

This contract was harder than I had initially thought... Just as I began to feel worried an idea crossed my mind.

Standing up, Ulmer quickly backed away, I ignored him and summoned my energy. Tapping into the air, I imagined a tear in reality opening to the void between worlds.

"Descorrer..."

And to my joy, my energy pulsed in bizarre and complicated ways till it worked. A Garganta opened up. I saw only pitch-black darkness in the crack.

Countless thoughts and ideas went through my head in an instant, and I came up with a plan for what to do. Depending on the time, the world of bleach had many things to offer, but I had to be extremely careful.

I reached a decision, the city was going to be safe for the moment as the fight had deterred most beings from approaching, and gathering for war took days if not weeks even for dragons.

"If there is a war coming, I shall return with an army. Wait for me..." I said to the old man and entered the Garganta. I could feel the human world, soul society, and Hueco Mundo, but they were very far away. Using Sonido, I moved as fast as I could to not waste time.

Unfortunately, I entered the world of Bleach at the worst time possible.
