CHAPTER 1: AT LEAST HE TRIED

(A/N I played Summertime Saga and decided I needed to make a fanfic for it. Mostly for practice on romance, relationships and of course lemons. I plan to write this world however I want. I think everyone will be slightly surprised with what I decide to do. So please enjoy also below are going to be the symbols and what they relate to.)

(A/N Also a lot of the early stuff will be a lot of introductions and getting started in the world just a heads up. Also with that I will be on the rails for the beginning but after a certain point I'll get off the rails of the beginning of the story.)

Jack stretched his body out or at least he thought he did just like he thought he was waking up from a nap. However, when he refocused his eyes, he noticed he was in an all-white room.

Jack sighed "Oh God I died didn't I."

Most normal people would not assume that but someone like Jack who plays video games, watches anime and reads both fanfics and novels his brain being wired differently naturally went in this direction.

He then looked down at himself realizing he did not have a body either. He started to wonder why he was not freaking out but just assumed he was put into a calm state. Seeing everything around him he mentally shrugged and tried to sit down on the chair next to him.

After what felt like hours, he heard a *ding*

Then in the next moment his vision went dark. In the next moment when he opened his eyes again, he saw a message.

< You accidentally died my daughters favorite truck got out and sadly ran you over. To make up for this mistake. You are being reincarnated as the MC from Summertime Saga. You can change the eye color and hair, but you are stuck with his body. Now you have two options.>

Jack would have a wide bright smile if he could smile right now. He had played the game recently so he knew how to get what he wanted plus the cheat mode would make it even easier.

Jack immediately clicked on the cheat mode but then he just heard laughter.

<Oh, wow you actually thought we would give you a cheat mode. Haha…. Damn that gets me every time. Anyways have fun.>

*Normal Mode selected*

Was the last thing Jack heard before he blacked out once again.

In the next moment Jack groggily got up as the light seeped through his new window leaking out into his new room.

He slowly got up as he rubbed his eyes. He noticed a note next to his desk, he grabbed it and read it.

<Hey, it's God again that was pretty funny. Anyways I am giving you a little help since I feel bad. Your backpack will have an insane amount of storage. That's all though... maybe... you have to find the other thing out for yourself.>

The letter then simply evaporated. Jack groaned as he grabbed his phone and saw that it was six am. 'I'm not ready for college again. I should probably go through my thoughts.'

He continued 'Let's see my names Jack. That's good I'll be less confused. I'm 18 and kind of a loser despite my somewhat attractive looks.'

He then pulled down his underwear and saw his own massive member down there. 'Well, I definitely should not lack confidence. It's already been a month since my father died and I need to start school again. I definitely need to figure out a way to deal with these Russian mobsters. This town is wacky, but this is real life now. I need to be prepared.'

He stood up and looked at himself in his body mirror with just his underwear on. 'I might have decent looks with the deep brown hair and hazel eyes. Good haircut too but damn I am scrawny. Well, I was an athlete in my last life so it should not be too hard to bulk up. I should come up with a schedule. I also definitely do not need help from Master Sorak or whatever in fact I might get rid of him the guy is super creepy. Well let's see what we can figure out today. Class starts at 8 and I need to figure some stuff out.'

Jack stretched his body out. He looked around and saw a pack of cookies sitting on the couch in his room. He shrugged deciding to stuff it in his backpack a black Jan sports backpack. He was extremely happy it was not the stupid red one he saw in the game. He decided to make use of the storage space. He then opened his closet and was heavily disappointed.

He sighed "What the fuck is this."

All the clothes seemed to have no sense of style. He sighed again "Add clothes to the list."

After finding some stuff he liked he walked out of his room and headed to the shower. It was early enough so no one was in there. Once he was done headed back to his room and resumed getting ready for the day.

He rummaged through his closet, eventually putting on some dark navy blue with a plain black t shirt. Luckily, he had black vans to match. He threw some workout clothes in his backpack as well.

He turned around to see his telescope just sitting there pointing out the window. He shook his head back and forth debating 'It's kind of creepy. Definitely not as creepy as stealing panties though.'

He bit his lower lip debating eventually reluctantly sighing "Hopefully I do not become too much of a degenerate."

He took a knee and started to look through the telescope. He looked over at Mia's house first. He ended up seeing Mia's mother Helen sitting down praying. 'I wonder if she actually does that every morning.'

He looked over to Mia's room next to see her putting on a shirt covering up her bra and panties. Shrugging he moved to Erik's house. Looking into Erik's room he saw Erik playing video games. 'I wonder if he even went to sleep?'

He then looked over to Erik's landlady Tammy. His eyes widened as her back was turned from the window as she was topless. Jack wanted her to turn over, but she put her bra on. Then she turned over, giving Jack a very nice view of her body. As she then closed the curtains of her window. Jack took a step back and looked at the time seeing it was already seven in the morning as it took him longer to find some decent clothes than he thought it would.

Jack then looked over his computer and saw that the actual CPU chip was fried, and he would have to replace it. He sighed "I really am starting from the bottom."

Jack walked out of his room and locked his door behind him. When he turned around, he dodged out of the way as his technical stepsister Jenny walked out at the same time although less dressed than Jack was.

Jack stopped himself from running into her and looked at her as she was just wearing a blue shirt and a pair of pink panties while also showing off her belly button. She was admittedly really hot too bad her personality was disgusting to say the least. Jenny saw him looking and frowned "What are you staring at loser."

Jack internally sighed 'Why's she such a bitch I really never understood why.'

Jack not wanting to bow down to anyone in this new life of his shrugged "Nothing. Just getting ready for my first day back at school."

He walked by her and headed downstairs. When he made it downstairs and entered the kitchen, he saw Debbie making breakfast with a cup of coffee next to her wearing nothing but a night gown. It was one of those night gowns that were thick so you could not see through it but when she turned around, she showed a large amount of her cleavage as if it was begging to be released from her robe. Her legs were showing as well.

Debbie turned around to see Jack "Good morning, Jack, I made you some breakfast for your first day back."

She then came over and hugged Jack using her hand to slightly push his head down towards her breasts. Jack could not help but look down as she hugged him.

Jack got out of the hug and smiled "Debbie I know this month has been hard not just for me but you as well. I just want to thank you again for letting me stay here at your lovely home."

Debbie smiled as she slightly covered her mouth with her hand "Our lovely home Jack you are part of the family."

They hugged again Debbie let him go "Now eat your breakfast."

Since he had time, he quickly ate while he was eating Debbie mentioned "By the way Jack. My friend Diane said she will pay you to help in her garden. Why don't you stop by there today and see if you can make some extra money, I'm sure it will help with your tuition."

Jack quickly finished his breakfast "Thanks I will. Tell her I will come over when my classes are finished."

Debbie smiled "I will."

Jack walked out of the front door ready to start the first day of his new life.

He walked over next door to Erik's house. He was surprised to see him walking out at the same time. Jack looked at Erik and slightly sighed 'He looks so gloomy when he is not playing video games.'

He continued as Erik walked closer 'I have the memories from before I took over this body so I like Erik he seems like a good nerd not too weird considering the world I'm in, but he should really figure out his life. Not that I can talk much in my current state.'

Erik came next to Jack wearing a green shirt and blue jeans. His big square classes sat on his face. As his curly brown hair was everywhere.

Jack smiled "Hey Erik how are you doing?"

Erik gave a slight smile before it turned back to a slight frown "I'm good. Haven't seen my best friend in a month though. I hope you are doing okay I'm really sorry to hear about your dad."

Jack smiled as he put an arm around Erik but then noticed he smelled a little weird and let go "Thanks I appreciate it, Erik. Don't worry your best friend is back and I'm ready to move on."

Jack smirked "So let me guess. Did you even sleep or were you playing video games all night."

Erik looked to the side "I was playing video games all night. I just hate school."

Jack shrugged "Well you have the potential to be a pro gamer so don't sweat it. Just do what your passionate about."

Erik gave a slight smile "Thanks Jack. So how come you have not been online recently?"

Jack sighed "Actually my CPU is fried I need a new one."

Erik grimaced "You will probably have to go to Consum R at the mall then. They should have some good ones there, but it will be pricey."

Jack sighed "I know."

Erik nodded and then frowned deeply again with a sigh "Well let's head to school."

Luckily the school was only a few blocks away, so it only took them ten minutes of walking to make it to Summerville College.

The two made it to the front of the school where they saw Mia with her books near the front entrance and they went up and said hi to her. She was definitely a cute college girl but on the nerdy side. She always had her hair in a ponytail while she always wore some pink collared shirt with blue jeans.

Mia smiled "Hi Erik. Hi Jack, good to have you back. Jack, if you ever need anything let me know. I'm sorry to hear about your father passing away."

Jack smiled "Thank you I appreciate it. I hope you don't mind me using your offer right away."

Mia shook her head "Not at all what do you need?"

Jack scratched the back of his head "Well I already can't turn in the old assignments but I was hoping you could give me all the old ones so I can study and catch up."

Mia nodded with a smile "Of course. If you need extra help we can study together as well. You know the final exams are in a couple months."

Mia continued "Come by my house when you can I'll give you everything you need."

Jack walked over and grabbed her hands "Thanks Mia, I really appreciate it."

Mia had a slight blush as she looked done and sputtered out "O…o.. of course …no… problem. I should go get ready for French class today."

Mia ran into the school leaving Jack and Erik standing there. Jack sighed "Well time to go in I guess."
