1 Chapter 1 System Awakening

Samuel Adam's tired body sank into the soft mattress as he returned home after a long, tiring day of work. With a sigh, he threw his bag on the floor and collapsed onto the bed. His thoughts were a mixture of frustration and fatigue.

Samuel's heart pounded and a terrifying realization hit him. It wasn't a joke, and he was far from the world he knew. Some people were torn to pieces, their bodies torn apart in horrific scenes of violence. Limbs flew through the air and screams of pain filled the nightmarish landscape. Others suffered an even more terrible fate, their heads torn apart by ferocious monsters, blood gushing out in all directions.

An unfortunate soul was crushed against a nearby wall, the impact turning the stone a sickly red as the life left their torn body. The horror was endless, each death more brutal and grotesque than the last.

As despair threatened to overwhelm Samuel, a sudden shock snapped him out of his stupor. A young girl, her face full of determination, bent down and picked him up. Without saying a word, she started running, her movements so fast that it seemed like she was flying.

Samuel clung to her, stunned by the young girl's incredible speed. She dashed from wall to wall, dodging attacks with superhuman agility. It seemed some people were willing to sacrifice themselves to ensure his escape, throwing their bodies into the path of the monsters pursuing them.

His questions remained unanswered, the girl remained focused on their desperate escape. Samuel's heart pounded as he clung to her, hoping that his life would be spared amid the monsters' relentless attacks and the mysterious words of the young girl, who seemed to believe that he was playing a role. central role in this nightmare world.

Samuel's heart pounded as he struggled with the magnitude of what had happened.
