I mean it's still an idle thing except using the time manipulation, Kekeke" Forost said and use the time manipulation to his body. Because he have the adaptive learning...He can manipulate the time like it's his own hands, making it op.
Five seconds later, we see a 3ft 4inch Forost just standing with a close eyes.
Forost who stop using his time manipulation, open his eyes to see himself taller than his past 5 days past self and look at his status to confirm if the time manipulation work.

"Ahh!...that. OILS is basically what it is, a plan system that I planned for Idle life to succeed. As for time manipulation... It's because I'm a genius" Forost said while not telling the truth to Whis.

'This!?, This is an awesome and dangerous if it's in the wrong hand, but I'm not a bad guy, right?' Forost thought and Whis who heard the lie of Forost just nod like it's the truth.
"Okay, Since you are a genius... What's 5 + 5. And if you answer the question correct... I will teach you a powerful technique that only few people have learn. Even Beerus sama did not master this skill for all this years. He's also practicing it while sleeping" Whis said while mentioning Beerus.

'Is it ultra instinct, if it is, I can finally learn it through adaptive learning!' Forost thought in excitement. Ultra instinct is just a technique that really too much in instinct and little to the brain but it's a strong technique cause it move and dodge like it's nothing, the downside is that if you are not strong enough... Someone can just overpower you and kill you. The ultra instinct don't have multiplier cause it attack in the opponents weakness, like when you critic your opponents in games.
That's what make this ultra instinct unique. The only reason Goku is strong with ultra instinct is because he subconsciously make it a transformation and making it have a multiplier of ssjb20kk or more.( all of this is just a fanfic and not the same in the original dragon ball)
Arriving at the pool. Whis and Forost stop flying as Whis said in a serious voice.
"Hmm, if you learn this technique means, you can basically dodge anything and attack the enemy in their weaknesses... But the downside is that... If the enemy is stronger than you by 100x then... You fuck up. So don't be arrogant just because you learn this technique, now watch" Whis said and he close his eyes, when it open, his eyes turn into a silver color while the surrounding looks like the time stop.
" This is mastered ultra instinct or MUI, you can only achieve this if you train enough" Whis said as he open his eyes to see Forost in MUI, he is even playing around like the technique is a new toy for him.
"WHATT!?, HOW!?, How can you learn that fast!?, And it's ultra instinct at that!" Whis shouted and look dumbstruck, as he see Forost swimming in the air.

'Kekeke,Hahahah. This adaptive learning is really op... I can even learn the MUI so easily that Beerus took many years just to be in this form for a short time. I mean it's easy through words but in reality it's hard to achieve.' Forost thought and look at his status.
