1 The Play Of Life And Death

The lingering light was obliterated by the rapidly falling night. The once salmon and purple sky transformed into a vast expanse of jet-black that engulfed the Whole Imperial.

At the Military Headquarters Control Centre , a meeting of Army heads and government officials headed by the State Affairs Minister was held to deal with a volatile developing and locked situation. The constant pressure from the Higher Ups were making all of them sweat and wince with headache.

Few Weeks Ago , a secret information was passed about a major group of drug-dealers who had exchanged a deal with an Underground Force of more than Billions dollars Drugs and Ammunitions. They were going to pass through Imperial to deliver the drugs and ammunitions to another country. If They were caught then it would be a major success for both the government and police. After so much hardwork , the Local police of Xu Province finally traced down their location and immediately surrounded the Abandoned Construction site from all sides. Media vans were immediately stationed near the Invaded Area as they recorded the live coverage of the proud moment. Originally it was supposed to be a joyful victory but due to negligence the situation flipped over.

Two reporters were kidnapped by the smugglers under the police officers nose and kept as hostage, demanding a helicopter and twenty thousand U.S dollars before the sun rise as ransom or else the reporters will be killed.

The real problem was that the smugglers have more advanced ammunitions with them than the local police had. They also couldn't get the help of Military as the construction site was near the border of F country that didn't allow any military personnel near it to abide by the peace treaty or else it might lead to a political standoff between the two country.

A solemn atmosphere was present in the meeting room of the Military Headquarter. The air was thick with tension.

" Calls after Calls are coming from the government office asking how we are going to deal with this matter. Now its not just involved Military but also Political problem. We can't stationed troop in the invaded area. The near is near the border and any type of movements would be seen as the first step of Aggression against the Peace treaty between F country and Imperial. We also Can't jeopardise the life of the two reporters. " The State Affair Minister listed down all the disadvantageous points on the table. The situation was really locked. The drug dealers surely were smart.

The Minister twirled the pen as he stared around the round table, studying the minute expressions of the official and Army Personnel. After a minute , he sighed as he kneaded his temples that were aching. He looked down at the file and flipped the pages.

The room was absolute quite , the rhythmic tic-tok sound of the wall clock and sound of papers turned over were the only sound filling the room , they also acted as catalyst to increase the tension of the room. Suddenly a pitched chiming sound ruffled the quietness.

" Reporting Sir, we have planned to do an unauthorised attack on them without disrupting the peace treaty. Our special Secret force Unit— The Alpha team had already been stationed near the disputed area to diffuse the situation , rescue the hostages and eliminate the possible threats. I Just got message from the Captain of Alpha Team of their arrival. " A cold yet stern voice spoke , his words laced with pride.

The infamous and respected General Lan words finally made all the high-placed officials and officers heave a sigh of relief , they looked at each other with amiable smile. The State Affair Minister nodded at Gen. Lan With respect before turning to report about it to the Office.

Opposite to the peaceful atmosphere of the room , a scene full of tension and chaos was happening near the borders dividing Imperial and F country.

Police sirens and loud warnings could be heard from the speaker as the police officers repeatedly warn the smugglers to submit themselves. After experiencing the previous situation all the civilians and reporters were asked to evacuate for safety.

The Head Of Local police repeatedly wiped the sweat forming on his forehead as his whole body was drenched in nervousness.

Not too far away from the enemy invaded site , a group of six people were currently hiding themselves as they observed the multiple police cabs and the chaotic situation.They were all dressed in black clothes , and their face was painted in camouflage colour. They were the members of highly secretive special force Unit — the Alpha Team.

All of them were currently lying down between the tall grass , hidden to human eyes. Their face had no sign of nervousness or unease as they observed the site emotionlessly. All of them had night vision glasses on their eyes and a headset on their ears. Their body fully equipped with ammunitions as they observed the scene playing on the digital tab with their sharp eyes.

" Captain! , there are total 10 smugglers . Everyone are equipped with assault rifle , grenades and military guns. The hostages are kept on the top floor bounded with bombs on their body. Two people are guarding them. On the middle floor , the leader is present with three more person and on the bottom floor four people are guarding the possible entries. " One of them explained , his lips were Arched in a lazy Lopsided smile. His Alias name was Snoopy , who informed as he controlled the consoler of the bee sized photographic and sensor drone.

The man who he reported had a binocular on his eyes as his sharp hawk like gaze remained on the building . Few strands of his hair settled on his beautiful forehead as a blankly stared in the site direction. Even the camouflage paint couldn't hide the charm of the man. His face was chiselled , as if personally carved by the Almighty. His strong physique made the normal black clothes appear branded— A pure seduction. He gazed down and looked at his watch. With a eerie smile on his perfectly shaped lips , he commanded frostily to the person next to him, without giving him a extra glance.

" Report the number of possible entries. "

" Yes Captain ! "

" Reporting Captain! , the top floor have no entry from outside. Middle floor two entry from outside through the window and the bottom floor have four entries from outside. Over! " The man called snoopy reported , shivering a little as he noticed the smile of the Captain

" Black Hawk ! ,the height of the window to the middle floor are too high. We don't have time enough time to climb their. " Alias Python reported as he removed the binoculars , his eyes darted as he calculated the distances. He was the closest member to Captain , thus he could address him directly with his Alias without getting killed. He was also the Second-in-command , Commanding Officer of the highly elite and secretive intelligence security and military Unit —The Alpha team.

Black Hawk nodded his head as he gestured his team to position themselves as they previously planned.

He darted his head sideways , and with a hand gesture immediately got ready to take the position.

The 6-membered alpha team consisted of Python , Snoopy , Wolf , Leo , Falcon and Black Hawk.

Python and Leo were sharpshooters with great Combat skills. Snoopy was specialised in communication and navigation department. Wolf was a high class sniper and Falcon a weapon specialist. Black Hawk , the captain had all the skills but usually works in warfare tactics and close combat skills.

Immediately all of them ran to take their position. Despite their great speed no loud noises were created by them. Even their footsteps were very soft like they were walking on the air. They had gone through hellish training to obtain this mobility and skills for years.

Python and Leo took their position in a small distance pointing at the only exits from the middle floor. Wolf followed snoopy , falcon and Black Hawk as they took their position near the three entries of the back. They didn't want the police to know about their presence , thus they didn't attacked the front entry.

While the smugglers were distracted by the police in the front , the three immediately aimed their target and fired with silenced shot guns. Before the fourth smuggler could make a noise , Sniper Wolf shot him in his head.

Quietly they walked to the middle floor , eyes sharp and vigilant . The two windows were guard by the two smugglers while the head of the smuggler was protected by another man.

Immediately as they entered the middle floor , The two guards near the window were shot by Python and Leo positioned down. Wolf aimed his sniper rifle on the head of the leader , silently ordering him to keep his trap shut while Black Hawk swiftly reached near the other guard and twisted his neck , killing him without a sound.

The leader almost peed his pants. All this happened in such few seconds that he couldn't believe it. He had specifically chosen this place to save themselves if they got caught as no military personnel are allowed here.

He looked wide eyed at the black dressed man with fear.

" Who are you? Military officers couldn't come here .....then who are y..... "

Before he could finish his sentence , Black Hawk gestured Wolf and at that instant a bullet got shot in the leaders head making his body cold.

During the Whole mission they didn't speak a word.

Without wasting time , they reached the top floor. Falcon and wolf immediately made the reporters unconscious before they deactivated the bomb. While Wolf and Black Hawk Hit the two remaining smugglers before they could react. The whole mission took less than 30 min . Before the police could realize what happened , the Alpha team had already disappeared. They came like Wind and disappeared like Air. Nobody knew how the chaotic situation got involved. Even the hostage reporters didn't knew what happened.

In the same time , thousand kilometres away in the bamboo forest of a small island ,the sound of the gunshot made the birds fly away with fear.

More than 20 man covered in black ninjas cloth surrounded the cold body with veiled pity.

A lanky man with glasses walked near her and sighed heavily. He crouched next to the body and caressed the silky long hair of the girl gently.

" Sorry Snow! , its the Organization decision to kill you....forgive your friend , but I had no choice. Who told you to be such a genius...Umm!! Actually Even if I had choice I would steal kill you. Stay Safe in Hell Babe! "

The lanky man smiled gently , before standing up and walking away before ordering in a absolute cold voice. His eyes shone like psychopath and an eerie smile arched on his lips.

"Throw the body in the sea for the sharks to feast! "

The ninjas shivered slightly hearing his words as they looked with sadness at the cold body. The limp body was once upon idolized in the Assassin world. A genius and highly skilled Assassin. Snow— famous for her silver eyes. Cold like snow. Even if they Idolized her, due to circumstances they had to kill her. They couldn't dispose the highly respected female for their the sharks to feast so that silently buried the body near the mountain and tactically kept their mouth close and dispersed silently after silently grieving for her.
