The unplanned distraction (2nd Person P.O.V)

It had been a few days since you'd gone to the store and ran into Aiden and your friends had picked you out an outfit for the party the next night. A bright red dress with a slit and a V shaped opening in the top of it that left just enough to the imagination they also had picked out a pair of thigh high black boots to go with it they stopped mid thigh leaving some skin exposed tho the dress did that on its own with how high up the slit at the bottom was, but that wasn't important what was important was the fact you were bouta get lit at this party tomorrow night.

You woke up around one in the afternoon and took a shower making sure you were super clean for tonight, you finally got out after a good 45-50 minutes in there after putting on comfy clothes you make yourself a coffee and check your phone you open it to like 20 notifications from snap most being from your closest friend Rose she had blown up your phone making sure you were still going to the party after making sure she understood you were going you checked the other notifs though the one that really made you confused is when you realized someone added you, you pressed it seeing it said Aiden_****353 you were a little confused how he had gotten your snap and then remembered your snap name was your actual name smacking yourself for being so stupid to forget that you press add back.

Putting on some music you start to clean up around your house as you clean up your kitchen your favorite song comes on and you start to sing along at the top of your lungs ""𝐈 𝐥𝗼𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝗼𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝗼𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝗼𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭" you start drumbing on the broom as you sweap lightly banging your head to the beat you swear you heard someone knock but you don't care as you proceed to sing at the "𝐈 𝐥𝗼𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝗼𝐰𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝗼𝐧 𝐲𝗼𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝗼𝐬𝐞" you were almost done cleaning and went to stop the music when you feel two hands on your shoulders along with a loud "Boo" right next to your ear. You jump screaming as you turn to see Lynn behind you laughing her ass off you playfully hit her arm while finishing the sweeping putting the cleaning shit away you look to see Lynn with your coffee in her hand she takes a sip and looks at you "needs more creamer" she says, oh how you would Love to hit her right now but you refrain from following through with the violent act "if you want it to taste how you like your coffee than make your own cup and put mine down asshole" you say while glaring at her in a playful manner Lynn shakes her head no and takes another sip of your coffee "I came here to make sure you were getting ready and around for the party, don't gotta be a dick" Lynn laughs as she sets down your coffee "why do I need to get ready now I still have hours before the party"

Lynn looks at you then points at your microwave clock "either I'm insane or your stupid both being true, but that reads 5:57" you look at the clock and curse yourself for taking so long to clean "but I still have a few hours to get ready" You say still confused why she was here so early "ok how do I put this nicely uhm, bitch your slow as hell when it comes to getting ready" she says while giving you the most judgemental look "uh I do not" you gasped jokingly "uhm last time we did something like this it took you almost a hour and a half to get dressed plus the half an hour it takes for you to decide how you want your makeup and hair along with the half an hour you take to do said makeup and hair sooo all in all your slow as shit" she says glaring at you "okay first of all I know second of all stop being such a bitch, it's annoying" you say in a sarcastic tone.
