Chapter 3 - A Rank & payback

Dana POV

We teleported to the guild association building of New York as we walked up the steps to see players all around but a certain conversation got my attention.

Guy #1: Hey did you hear? Team Vanguard couldn't complete the B-Rank gate.

Guy #2: Seriously? What's that make, five in a single year they couldn't do?

Guy #1: Yeah, they came back bruised up, apparently they have no way to deal with a large group.

Guy #2: Well sucks for them.

I heard the conversation as I know that they fucked up cause I'm in the past so I won't be joining again but getting all the items before they even have a chance to.

Khion: Well, it seems that your old team are struggling.

Dana: Yep but I need to get all the achievements they accumulated in the past, we're four years before I joined the party right?

Khion: Yes, all of there items they got four years from now in the Secret S-Rank Dungeons haven't been discovered.

Dana: Good, I have time to get the items and defeat the bosses.

We walked in to see the front desk as we see the clerk.

Clerk: Welcome to the New York Guild Association, how can I help you?

Dana: We like to register for the guild.

Clerk: Certainly, the payment is for entry for both is twenty dollars each.

I pulled out my card to the scanner as it approved of the payment.

Clerk: Alright now place your hand on the scanner.

I put my hand on to use Magic manipulation to control my Mana.

Clerk: Alright thank you, you can take your hand off the scanner.

I took it off to see his face as it widened in shock.

Clerk: A-Rank

The clerk than pulled something out that looked like a license.

Clerk: Here you are, your guild license.

I took it.

Dana: Thank you.

We walked away as we were about to leave the building when we saw a duel but I saw someone I didn't think I would meet yet, my old party leader, the one who laughed and left me for dead, Justin Ashford.

Khion: He seems to be winning.

The duel was over as Justin won as he walked to the other party members as my I wanted to teach them a lesson.

Justin: Is there no one else to challenge me?

Khion looked at me as she knew what I was going to do.

Khion: Yeah, she would.

The crowd looked at us as I walked forward.

Justin: This will be a short fight really.

Dana: Will see.

Justin was the one to find Excalibur, one the legendary S-Rank item but too bad cause I'm going to get it.

I materialized a broad sword as we to a stance at the ready.

Justin: Let's see what you can-

Justin didn't finish his sentence as I already slashed him as in KO!

Justin: H-How?

Dana: Simple, I'm better than you.

Justin passed out as the party came over to check on him but one person looked at me with hatred, Aven Durrell, the one who claimed the S-Rank Magic, Hephaestus Flames.

Aven: How dare you!!

Aven charged at me with a spear but I slashed him as well.

Aven: Damn it!

He fell over as I walked away as now I have two S-Rank things to go hunt for.

Angelica: How dare you do that to my boyfriend and brother!

I stopped to look at Angelica Durrell, Aven's sister, owner of S-Rank Item, Merlin's Staff.

Dana: There weak, simple as that which is why I did it.

Angelica: Fuck you!!

Dana: I would love to but as long as your dating him then that's not going to happen.

The crowd snickers as I see as Angelica had a blush, I mean she is a player as well as a model so I would be interested.

Dana: Names Dana Blanik, come search for me when your ready.

I walked away as Khion waited as we walked out the guild building to head to the Royal Guard Guild to enter.

Khion: You do know that you will have to go to school with them right for your last year of school?

Dana: I know but I got a week to clear all the S-Rank and Secret S-Rank Dungeons before school starts.
