As William rode Pansy through the corridors, the familiar sight of maids and workers stepping aside became routine. Pansy had always been fond of carrying William and his siblings, a tradition passed down through generations. Even William's older sister had been cradled by Pansy when she was just a child.

The sight of the majestic Dog trotting gracefully through the halls never failed to evoke a sense of awe among the staff. Pansy's gentle demeanor and unwavering loyalty made her a beloved member of the household, cherished not only by William but by everyone who knew her.

While riding Pansy, William think of his new life.

In this life he still had the same name : William, except he is now a Royal.

William von Chronos.

The world he was reincarnated into, is one of the Five Prime worlds, and he was born into the Ruling family of this world, the Chronos family.

From Sera, he had learned that this world had a special energy called Sila.

All the humans utilize this energy to empower themselves and fight against the invaders, which are known as Dimensional Eaters.

They do nothing but eat all the worlds that come their way. Some billion years ago, this world, Riviera, was targeted by them. At that time, it was a world full of seas and waters, with islands being the only land masses. But after their invasion, the world underwent a metamorphosis, causing Sila to leak into the atmosphere. This caused the world to change.

Many new lands rose and joined together to form a big continents, while humans, after coming in contact with Sila, started awakening special abilities.

Some called it reappearance of Ancient Bloodlines while some called it Blessings of Gods and many more.

But whatever it was named, it was indeed a blessing that gave humans a chance to fight for their world.

The Resistance begin and Humans took back some of the lost parts of their world, and after Two Billions years , many heroes rose and fell, and another history making event happen, when Humans finally reclaimed all of their world and pushed back the Invaders.

When everyone thought it's over, another problem rose, many new worlds got connected to theirs.

Fearing, it was another invasion, they got ready for another fight, but fortunately, it wasn't. Even the people from other worlds were confused about what was happening. Then, a meeting occurred between all the worlds' leaders, and a hierarchy was established. With five worlds having the most powerful individuals, naming their world Prime World, below them were four Greater Worlds, and below those, two Lesser Worlds.

And he, William, was born in one such Prime World, Riviera," William chuckled as he remembered the name. "Even I still find this name funny," he thought, always associating it with rivers.

Soon, William was jolted awake from his thoughts as he reached the study. His mother was waiting for him.

"Come in, Will~~" a melodious voice called out to him. He nodded and opened the door, revealing the vast library beyond. He felt awe every time he entered the library. Its ceiling was at least 100 meters high, with shelves reaching up to the ceiling and some books flying here and there, while caretaker fairies took care of them.

His house, a typical medieval noble-type castle, seemed like something out of history. However, it was the library that always reminded him that he was in a fantasy world. As he walked among the towering shelves and watched the caretaker fairies flit about, he couldn't shake the feeling of wonder and magic that permeated the air. 

As he walked, he soon spotted a mesmerizing sight: a lady with motherly charm, smiling warmly as she opened her hand for him. William smiled back, trotting to her and embracing her in a hug.

"How's my little Willy doing?" she asked.

William laughed as she tickled him and replied, "I am doing fine, Mother."

Lumia nods and then carries William to the study table, placing him on her lap as she begins to teach him.

She is Lumia von Chronos, the Third Wife of the King of Riviera and William's biological mother.

Despite being the third wife, there is no cliche plot of a bastard child born from a maid. That sort of thing is exclusive to protagonists, and William is merely an extra in that regard.

He has loving parents and caring step-parents. He is the apple of his family's eye, where all his older brothers and sisters shower him with love and gifts.

"....So, Will, tomorrow is your Awakening ceremony, be sure to behave properly, okay?" Lumia says, and William nods.

The Awakening Ceremony is nothing but the activation of Sila in one's body. Usually, it lays dormant, but at the age of three, everyone has to undergo the Awakening Ceremony. At that time, they awaken their special ability or innate talent and are able to access Soul Records from then on.

The Soul Record is akin to a system status screen, granted to all denizens of the Nexus Alliance. It is also referred to as Sila's Record since it appeared after Sila emerged.

"I wonder what kinds of blessings I have," William thought. From Sera, he learned that he received the blessings of two gods while he was sleeping, but she didn't tell him what kind of blessings they were.

"One is from Calliope, definitely," William reasoned. "And as she is the fate goddess, it's probably related to fate, like the Eyes of Fate or such broken abilities." He giggled, causing Lumia to look at her son.

Seeing her son giggling happily, she thought he is excited about tomorrow. She rubbed his hair affectionately and continued teaching him about the Awakening Ceremony.

"Remember, Will, no matter what ability you awaken, we will always be there for you," she said, her tone serious this time.

Innate talents are, after all, what define one's potential and future. Although William is loved by everyone, he is still from the royal family. If he awakens, there will definitely be backlash among the royal family.

His Tommorrow performance after all carries Royal family pride, and if he didn't perform properly he will be mocked and even be hated.

William on the other hand nodded but didn't care much about it as from Sera he already knows what is this so Called Awakening Ceremony is about.

After some time, as his lessons end, a beautiful young lady walks in.

As she enters, her presence captivates the room. Her shimmering purple hair flows gracefully down her back, catching the light with each movement. Her eyes, a warm amber hue, hold a depth of wisdom and kindness. With each step, her figure exudes elegance and grace, drawing the eye to her delicate features and plump lips that curve into a gentle smile. It's as if she embodies a timeless elegance, a vision of beauty that transcends generations.

She is carbon copy of father except her eyes which she inherited from Mother.

She is the definition of beauty, enough to become the most beautiful woman for centuries in William's previous world.

Coming near Lumia, she takes William from her lap and hugs him, her face showing joy as William's face is pushed into her bosom.

"Aghh~~ My little Wil, did you miss your big sis?" she says as she fondly hugs him.

William, on the other hand, struggles for breath between the mountains of her embrace. Lumia chuckles at this and helps William out of his sister's grasp, rescuing him from the verge of fainting due to lack of oxygen.

"Look what you've done to your sweet little brother!" Lumia says angrily as she scolds her eldest daughter, Lana, who is smart but whenever she is near William, she becomes dumb.

Lana, on the other hand, looks at William's red face and apologizes as she waves some air toward William's direction.

'This is....even I forgot how many times have you done this' William though as he gasped for breath.

His big sis always done this to him, and many times Maid haves to rescue his pitiful self.

Lumia then asked her "what are you doing here?" 

"Of course Tomorrow is Will Awakening Ceremony, I come to cheer him up" Lana said as she gracefully sit across them and took William to her lap.

Lumia didn't stop her knowing she can't either.

"Here Wil, a little gift from your big sis" She said as she took William to her lap, she then presented him a small gift box.

William took the gift box and tried to open it but it didn't budge.

Lana giggled seeing William pitiful face and said " it can only be opened with Sila, and Tomorrow you will awaken it and be able to use it" She said.

William nodded and gave the gift box to his personal maid.

Merry took the gift box and stored it in her storage ring.
