A Plan

"Can you drive?"

Leo was stunned by the sudden question and its content but gave his reply immediately, though in a slightly confused manner.

"Yes?" he answered.

Though his life was a mess before the apocalypse, and he couldn't even afford a three square meal for himself and his daughter on most days, Leo had experience in driving since he had a car of his own in the past.

The sad part of it all was that the car had been one of his properties he had sold to acquire money for the treatment of his wife's illness, though she still left him and his daughter in the end.

Having his own car wasn't the only place where Leo had gotten his driving experience.

Ironically, Leo knew how to drive cars better, both manual and automatic, after losing the status of a car owner.

One of the odd jobs Leo had done to put food on the table after losing everything was a transporter, and that taught him a lot.
