2 Chapter 2

"Are you talking to me?" Amy comically raised her brows.

"Well, it's just us two drenched in this rain like fools. I didn't think there was someone as crazy as me." He slowly made his way towards her. Amy's cheeks tinted red. He was talking to her!

"Well, did you come here to listen to me?" He looked so fresh, so radiant.

"Yes", she replied meekly, almost ashamed to admit it. He smelled like Citrus and it was intoxicating.

"Sadly, you missed most of the songs. Couldn't find my favourite place, is that it?" Amy let out a squeak. He had already noticed her that well?!

"I've been watching you at my sessions for the last 3 months. But that doesn't mean you have to be alarmed." He bit his lip in amusement.

"Oh my God this is so embarrassing!" She pressed her palms on her face.

He let out a soft chuckle, wrinkling his nose in a cute way,"I have good eyesight. My name's Drake by the way. Drake Austin." He reached out his hand. Amy softly shook his hand, warmth spreading onto her cheeks.

"I'm Amilia Cornan. I'm so sorry for being so weird. I must look like a stalker!" She stomped her foot on the ground childishly.

"Hey it's okay Amilia. I'm actually glad I have such a...fan."

"Can I have an autograph?" She meekly confessed.

"No. I'm not a singer. I'm the Street Romeo!" He winked. Amy looked disheartened.

"But don't worry lovely, next time, I might sing your favourite song. Which one is that again?"

"Nameless Sky", she confessed, a beautiful smile playing on her lips.

" Good choice! Now, I must bid goodbye! Adios madam!" He left, a spring in his step. Amy grinned from ear to ear. The stranger she had been admiring from afar wasn't a stranger anymore. Drake Austin. The name felt good for a strange reason. It was a warm name.

A sneeze from behind brought her back to Earth. "Jane! Oh God, I forgot about you completely. Where were you?" Amy went to her in concern. "

Yes you forgot about your best friend as soon as you got a man is that it?" She was pissed off. Amy spent another good 15 minutes explaining to her how she was her sister, not just her best friend and other stuff.

"Whatever! Can we just go home? We'll get Pneumonia!" Amy chuckled wholeheartedly. The day was by far one of the best days of her life of 20 years.
