1 Prologue

Before the story begins, I'd like you, new readers, to check the auxiliary chapter for character appearances. Alright, that's it.

[Hei, hey! It's me, ya boi! How is everyone doing today? I hope all of you are doing fine! Haha... Of course, you guys are! If not, why are you guys watching my stream instead of going to the hospital? Eh? That place is expensive? Then go to even cheaper ones!]

That is my intro in my recent stream. It feels something is missing. Is it the energy in my voice? or perhaps I'm not charming enough? Man, becoming a streamer is tough. How do those people at the top start their careers again?

Some start in a living room with a blurry camera running at unstable fps that the person is lagging, some start with their phone in their tiny bedroom, some fight with their parents as 'streamer' isn't a job back then and some even start in a library as they are homeless.

"As I thought, these people are amazing."

I put down the phone which showed my streaming stats. It can be considered pitiful. After staring blankly at it, I looked at the ceiling.

"Maybe I should stop streaming?"

As soon as I asked myself that, I heard the voices in my head. It's mostly self-loathe, but I kept listening to that voice until it went silent. For some reason, I felt calm.

It's like patiently listening to the tantrum of a child and the child calmed down.

"I'm a very strange person." I smiled weakly. For some reason, I felt really weak and my mouth is incredibly dry. That's right, I forgot, I do a challenge on stream where I will not drink water or eat for three days in a row. The stream just ended and it's not getting any views either.

Crap, I can't move my body, my heartbeat is going fast. Fear soon conquer my heart, I'm scared. My legs are trembling, my eyes are wavering.

I felt something leaving this physical body. My consciousness is like fire in a turbulent wind of winter, about to vanish at any second but I'm holding on, I tried my best to keep my consciousness intact.

I tried to stand, fruitless nevertheless as I fell from my chair with a heavy thud.

I got no energy or power to crawl to get water. Soon, my eyelids got heavier. I felt a powerful urge to close my eyes there and then.

I know that if I did it, I'm going to die. However, I can feel that this is my fate.

'Damn... it... I don't want to... die." I closed my eyelids.

Before my consciousness was completely gone, I asked myself, 'Why I did do that?'

.

I opened my eyes and saw a hole in the ceiling. It was just below me as if I had just fallen from the sky and broken through the ceiling.

Anyway, next to that are tiny holes, and the sunlight illuminated the building through the gaps. It hit my body yet It was not hot but comfortable, it was the warmth of spring.

I don't think that thinking these are important right now. As far as I concern, I am supposed to die but what is this place? Where am I?

I raised my torso and surveyed my surrounding. From the looks of it, I'm in an abandoned farm warehouse. It is tiny, full of dry haystacks that aren't tied. It covered the ground.

Surrounding me are boxes of different shapes. I frowned and picked the nearest box. The box has a graphics card for the cover.

'RTX 3060.' I read slowly. It feels quite odd so I double-check it and after doing it, there is no mistake. This is a graphics card!

How about the other boxes? I get a good premonition. I immediately grab another box. It's huge.

"A motherboard.'

Then I picked another one.

'A power supply.'

And another one.

'A desktop.'

I am excited but some things must be confirmed. I calmed myself down and left the warehouse.

The chill wind welcomed my body. Now that I think about it, I feel refreshed as if I'm young again. Wait, I died in my twenties, sigh, I'm so young, full of dreams and all.

Ah, whatever, now that I reincarnated, I can fulfill those dreams! But still, reincarnation, huh? It feels... amazing and exciting and a bit scary. I also feel a bit of exasperation.

Anyway, I looked to the left and right. Only woods. It seems that I'm very far away from any city.

"Ah, whatever, I have my PC and time to build it!" Smug plastered on my face.

Soon after, I sensed something vibrating in my pocket. I picked it up almost reflexively as if it were normal.

It's my phone and I don't think it strange at all that I have a phone. Probably because of those PC parts?

Realization soon hit me.

"Wait, a phone? This is crazy!"

I hurriedly unlocked it and saw there was a line. A line!

"What the heck..."

I was shocked, I guess everyone will. I'm in another world, there's no way there is a line here!

Hum... why do I think the world I got reincarnated in is a medieval age? I may be in a world more advanced than my previous one. That will explain the PC parts.

I decided to think that this is a modern world.

By the wall, I'm wondering about those holes in the ceiling. Do I fall from the sky?

Not only that, is this body belongs to someone else or me? Since I don't have memories, I think it is safe to assume this body is mine. No soul owns it until now.

"So what's that mean? Does that mean I just appeared in this world? That's more of being summoned than reincarnated. However, I am dead and when I opened my eyes, I'm here. What is the point of being summoned when I died already?"

And so I decided that I was being reincarnated and again, it just felt so surreal. It's an otherwordly experience!

I hate reading novels but there are a few I like, but I kinda hate the beginning. They are being reincarnated, something with no scientific proof, and they experience it but they are like, 'Oh, cool, I got reincarnated,' as if they expected it from the start!

To make sure all of this is real, I pinched my cheek, yup, it hurts.
