1 Prologue

Life is a mystery when you're an orphan child, not knowing who your real parents are, why they abandoned you in the streets or why they left such a precious thing while still a baby? Who wouldn't wonder who their parents are until you realized you were left as an orphan for a reason. They left you because they couldn't provide the things you will need in the future, they couldn't provide the love that you deserved because they lack, they left you hoping that you could get a family that would provide and love you for who you are. Or harshly, they don't want you, they don't need you, they don't care for you at all, they abandoned you just to live or die in the cold streets of London.

It's not easy, isn't it? being abandoned, left, without knowing who they are to you, leaving nothing but a name, a name to remember you by, hoping that one day they will find you in the future when you grow up. But what if this story was different, like Hansel and Gretel leaving traces of bread for you to follow in the future, not finding you but finding them. And this story happened a long time ago.

Many years ago, A woman was running in the shadows of the night, wearing a red hood and holding a four-year-old child fast asleep, the woman was running away from someone like wolves chasing a prey. But somehow they managed to escape and farther and farther until they weren't followed, and then the woman and her child happened to pass by a mansion, old but historic in so many ways. She tried to ring the bell from the gate, but she hesitated at first, thinking about what she has to do. The family inside the mansion heard the bell ring, few men who looked like brothers went out to see who was the person by the gate and they see a little girl leaning on the wall sleeping, but the mother was nowhere to be found. Meaning she left her daughter, nothing but a note in the little girl's hand, they took her inside and the rest were shocked.

they cleaned her up and put her to bed, they all wondered where she came from and why she was alone in the dark. Then one of the brothers handed the note to the parents, their mother opened and checked, and said: "nothing's written but the name of the child, so unique, her name...Sodelle" she says. The little girl's name is indeed Sodelle, and the family decided to keep her and cherish as their own. giving all the attention and the things she will provide in the future. Adopted, by a respected and loving father, a gentle and kind mother, and above all, seven protective, loving, cherishing, and caring brothers that the little girl will ever have. And lived happily ever after, or so it seems.

Years have passed...

In the province of Pangasinan, a girl lived with her best friend Jayson Films, also known as "Twinie" at Paurido, Urdaneta City. For some reason, she came out nowhere when she arrived at Jayson's place, it was raining that time, he took her in and let her stay. They've known each other in London, it was her 16th birthday that time and Jayson was the photographer, one of the best.

But he wondered and asked why she left London a month later. The girl's purpose was to escape from the catastrophe she has done which she couldn't recollect and felt afraid of herself because of what she might have done and the monstrosity she possesses, she didn't know what to do then. She ran away and went to the Philippines by boat, in secret. After hearing the story, Jayson felt sorry and hugged her like his own little sister. And as the days went by, the girl felt happy and free, she understands the culture of the Philippines and learns they're simple language a little and adapts.

Two years later, she became his assistant's photographer and a baker who sells munchkins and cookies. A talented girl like that has a lot to do in her hands but there's more to her that Jayson only knows. Until one day, familiar guests came to his house, looking for the girl.
