1 Chapter One

Gemma's P.O.V

A scream woke me up with a start as I shot up not sure what the hell is happening. I jumped out of my bed and ran to where the scream emitted from. Caitlyn's room. Well, it's more like a storage room. It has two cots which serve as beds for Caitlyn and her bitch of a roommate Cassidy. Cassidy is like all your cliché HBIC (Head Bitch in Charge), she is rude, bossy and she thinks she is better than everybody else. All the girls have told me that she is threatened by me because I am one of the only two people who doesn't take her antics. The other person is Jessica, my best friend. I walk into Caitlyn's room to see Caitlyn sitting up in her cot with glue and feathers drenched all over her. My hand shot towards my mouth to prevent myself from laughing. I felt someone stop beside me and I see Jessica, who immediately starts laughing without shame. After Jessica's laughter had subsided, I heard a giggle resonate from the right side of the room and I see Cassidy standing there with a huge smile on her face. I knew it was her, I was about to yell at her when Caitlyn spoke, "Seriously!!! Are you fucking insane?! Do you know how long this is going to take to come off!?!?" she yelled while making hand gestures to herself and the bed. Cassidy just smiled and walked out of the room, shoving Jess and I to the side on the way out. It was a last-minute decision as I stuck my foot out and she tripped over it tumbling into one of the nurses that work in the medical room. The nurse looked beyond angry as she stormed off muttering on about how she should be paid more for this and how these stupid orphan kids don't know nothing about respect. I don't what century she is from, but just because we are orphans doesn't mean we don't know nothing about respect. I scoff and turned to the girls before walking back to Jessica and I's room to change for school. I can't wait to get the hell out of here.

One Month Later

Today is my 18th birthday and I couldn't be more thrilled to finally get the hell out of here. The girls and I have been saving since we were 16, so that we can get enough money to buy an apartment and get out of this bloody prison. I am woken up by someone jumping on my cot and shouting "HAPPY BIRTHDAY STILINKSI!!!" I immediately know it's Jessica. We call each Scott and Stiles after the two main characters from the series Teen Wolf. She is Scott and I am Stiles. I open my eyes and look at her with a smile on my face as she throws a gift my way before sitting on the cot with me. "This is your gift from me." she stated smiling. I open it and I pull out a burgundy coloured pullover hoodie that states 'STILINSKI 24' at the back and 'BEACON HILLS LACROSSE' in the front. I smiled even more before tackling her in a hug, "THANK YOU, MY LOVE!!!!" I yelled, very excitedly. "I got me the Scott McCall one so now we finally have the lacrosse hoodies." she said with a smile. "Well, then let's wear them to school today." I said with a smile matching hers. After that we sprinted off to go and get dressed. A few minutes later the rest of us were off to school or as Jess calls it 'HELL'.
