Picnic at the airfield

Deep in thought, Leo returned to the airfield. In the distance, he saw a spread tablecloth and Vova, who was chopping tomatoes and pouring beer into goblets.

Vova did not notice how commandos grabbed John, and how Leo sat down next to him.

Leo drained his goblet, then another. Vova replenished them.

"You've digressed from the theme," said Vova adjusting his glasses. "What happened next?"

And Leo told him his story.
