"Depression strikes at any moment

You don't have to be clinically diagnosed.

Depression is also not a small matter

Never ever I mean ever make fun of someone if they say their depressed.

Depression is when you randomly get sad.

It doesn't have to be triggered by anything or anyone.

Take mine for instance,

I was feeling okay today and suddenly I feel all sad.

I don't tell people I'm depressed cause I'm scared they'll think I'm doing it for attention.

I've seen some girls and boys who think if you're depressed people will start caring more.

To be honest ,no it's not that way at all

It's been so long since I've gotten a hug or just anyone telling me that they love me.

I just want to feel happy even if it's just for a spilt second because I've truly forgotten the feeling of happiness.

My mom knows that I've got cuts on my wrist yet every time we have an argument she brings it up.

She say "if you're depressed what am I supposed to feel".

Even though I don't have kids of my own I know that's not how you're supposed to talk to a child more specifically your own child.

It hurts so much that I'm numb now

I go around in this world thinking I'm not loved , or nobody needs me or even that I'm just a huge mistake."
