The story is about Van's perspective, his journey with his first love, Gavvy. It narrates how he feels about him, and how his heart got broken by him over and over again. With Van's heart that is full of love for Gavvy eventhough it was broken by him. It embarks the tale of their friendship and a one-sided love, or is it?
