1 new home new me
The world is not perfect, some people just live to destroy it, some want to control it and some just want to preserve what they have left-.....
Our heroine Astra is currently on the train living her boring everyday life going to the same boring school and the same boring after school job.
" first stop yokohama" the guy on the intercom said as the train stops
Astra got off the train with her things to head to her new apartment in Yokohama.
"Now let's see here..." Astra looks around "i think its over here" she walks ahead.
The streets were crowded and everyone just kept their heads down and walked. The streets were clean, not a single piece of paper on the ground for miles. astra looks around in awe as the city she's in is full of lights and moving cars
"ok I'm here" she stops at a tall apartment building, she heads inside and talks to the lady at the counter.
"hey I came here to get into a room" astra explained to the lady
"ok what's your first and last name?"
"Astra Brager" astra responded
the lady behind the counter types her name into a computer "ok your free to go" she hands astra a room key.
astra wastes no time and goes to her room
"ok astra.. this is your first time living alone...no big deal" she tries to hype herself up while packing up her stuff in her room "just keep your head down and don't get into trouble and work hard." she pauses for a bit "I sound like my mom" she says giggling to herself.
"ok done" she says proudly the room was neat and organized.
[knock,knock]
someone was knocking at the door she opened it and saw a woman who seemed to be in her 30s with a basket a cross buns and other sweets "welcome" she said with a smile
"t-thank you.. huh I don't know what to say" astra stuttered accepting the basket.
"it's no problem we're just glad to have someone like you next door" she looked at her watch "well I got to go now talk to you later astra" she walked off
'what a great place' astra thought to herself with a smile as she closed the door
she took a cross bun out of the basket and began eating, "huh this is really good" she said still with her mouth full. she swallowed the bun
....'maybe just one more' she thought
before she knew it she one on her bed watching videos and eating cross buns for 3 hours
only snapping out of it when she had one left
"huh.. what time is it" she checks her phone
"16:50?? already"
"ahh crap I was supposed to call my mom 3 hours ago"
She tries calling her mom multiple times but she wouldn't pick up.
'yup its official she's mad at me' astra sighed
astra checks the fridge to see what's there but the fridge was empty
so she headed out to buy some items
[one hour of shopping later]
Astra was on way back home but ..something caught her eye. She turned to an alleyway to see a fox that looked a bit weird.
"awww thats so cute" astra says as she moves in closer the fox backs away from astra
The fox was snow white with a blue fade along its fur.
the fox began to walk in the other direction
astra followed "hey wait up let me pet you!" she walks behind the fox and she saw the fox jumps into a bin astra follows the fox,"gotcha" but when she stuck her head in it wasn't garbage but a whole new world inside she goes to pull herself back up but she was in too far and she fell into the bin, the fall hits her hard and she blacks out.
"what would you do if suddenly everything you knew turned upside down....would you be in denial or accept it and move on?"
