47 Heartache

It has been only a few minutes since he came down from showering with his aunt and Beth had almost finished making breakfast. Grabbing his phone, Alex started to play some mini games on it, waiting to be needed, which didn't take long.

"Alex honey, can you help me set down the plates." She said, placing the last crispy bacon on the plate as she then crack open a few eggs and began to cook them. "Ok, mom." He replied.

Pocketing his phone, he grab a plate in each hand that had bacon and bread and placed them on the table. After laying the last plate down, he eat a piece of bacon from his plate.

After stuffing the bacon down, he saw Jenna and Stacy walking into the room, wearing casual clothes. Jenna has on a white shirt and a blue and white skirt, while wearing sandal.

While Stacy was wear an orange blouse with faded jean shorts, showing off her long and sexy legs. "Hey." He greeted them as they entered and sat down on the table and they replied back.

"Hey." Stacy replied and nod her head in greeting before rolling her eyes at her mother. "Hi, sweety. Let me know if you want to shower again as this time I will wash you, ok?" Jenna said, sitting next to her daughter.

"Sure." Luckily for them, Hank and Billy was busy washing their hands by the time Jenna and Stacy sat down, so she can offer to wash him. Going back he grab the last few plates that has eggs on them and placed it on the table.

Giving his aunt and uncle the sunny side up eggs while the rest gets Scrambled eggs. As soon as they have their food, they began to eat and after 30 minutes or so they migrated to the living room and turn on the TV.

Besides, himself and Beth as they help one another to clean the plates. "So, mom. Do you have the list of Do's and Don'ts's ready or do we have to sit down and make them."

"Yes, I have some listed already, but I also wanted to know your and my sister's opinion on this. After all it affects our lives as a family and I don't want to see any of us getting hurt by this."

"How do you know that it won't affect ours lives?" She explained, after hearing the confident tone in his voice. She wanted to know where he get the knowledge it will work out.

Sighing, he tighten his grip on her just in case she becomes weak all of a sudden. "Mom, do you know that my dad has a lover that you didn't know anything about."

After hearing this, she felt weak in the knees as she almost fall down. If it wasn't for his hold on her, she would of landed on her butt. Her mind begin to think back on all the late meetings he has, the unexplained leavings during his day off, etc.

"With a shaken voice and a heavy heart, she ask her son, "H-How...w-when...how l-long has i-it been...going on..." She trailed off, unsure what to say next. "I think it's about a month or more." He hesitantly told her, unsure himself.

He never did ask if his dad have a lover as he was gone most mornings, but he can tell he has one. After swiping his phone, he saw a lot of calls to a number that was under baby. At first he assume it was his mother, but after looking through the text and photos, he saw it was not his mother.

Her strength returned to her as she stands up, with the help of her son as she leans on him. They stayed like that for a few minutes, before he broke the silence. "Mom."
