STB: Chapter 22

Alex was working on his lab for a new way to use anti-magic without returning the magic to its original form which is mana.

Alex was finding a way to erase mana, he tried using Shiba Godsuya's method but his method is similar to that he developed.

"Hmm, how to work with this..." Alex pondered when suddenly a knock on the door.

"Why do you have to knock every time, when you can just enter as you please?" Alex said as he looked at the culprit who was frowning and thought maybe there was bad news.

"What's wrong?" Alex asked but Sayaka just crossed her arms as she looked at Alex.

"What's today?" Sayaka asked causing Alex to think for a bit.

"Wednesday?" He said causing Sayaka to look at Alex as if she was saying 'Are you serious'

"Yes and?" Sayaka asked again.

"... Dinner?" Alex tried to guess causing Sayaka to facepalm.

"It's the party of Lord Ardeal" Sayaka said.

"Oh! Him! Mr. Pawn, I forgot about his party, good thing I have a beautiful maid/assistant to always remind me" Alex walked closer to Sayaka and groped her exquisite ass.

"Hmnh~, Alex! Don't start this now or we'll be late!" Sayaka stomped causing Alex to grin.

"Oh? I'm sure if we start this you won't stop begging for more" Alex grinned at her causing her to blush.

"Hmph! I have no idea what you're talking about" Sayaka feigned ignorance as she crossed her arms.

"Oh? Want me to remember what you said last night~" Alex wiggled his eyebrows as he looked at Sayaka suggestively.

"Alex! ... Let's do that later, we're going to be late!" Sayaka immediately exited his lab causing Alex to laugh.

Alex then went towards his fabricator and chose to fabricate a gray jacket quarter, a black long sleeve turtle neck, and a black pair of trousers which he wore immediately, but he left the jacket quarters unbuttoned, he also went towards his 3d printer and print a silver watch.

After thinking everything was done, he walked towards a mirror he had in the lab and saw himself.

"Damn I look good" Alex said as checked himself out while fixing his hair and headed towards his room to grab a perfume.

As soon as Alex entered his room he was greeted by a sight to behold, he saw Sayaka wearing a long purple dress that can see her back with a long slit that shows her beautiful flawless leg.

Alex immediately wrapped his hands around her hips and kissed her nape.

"You look stunning" Alex whispered in her ears causing a shiver to run through her spine.

"Alex! Don't leave a mark! It's embarrassing!" Sayaka said, but Alex just made her sit down on the bed.

"Oh? So it's okay to the part that it won't be seen?" Alex lifted her dress revealing her thighs, Sayaka tried to protest but she felt so much aroused as Alex gave her a a hickey.

"There! It won't get seen right?" Alex grinned at Sayaka who was pouting at him.

"What? You're horny?" Alex asked with a grin.

"Yes! You perverted 4th progenitor! Hmph!" She said causing Alex to crackle up like a madman.

As Alex and Sayaka finished preparing for the party both of them went down and saw Alex's mother and father waiting for them in the living room.

"I look good right?" Alex grinned at his parents who just shook their heads.

"You look good because of our genes" His father said as he laughed which earned him a slap on the arm from his mother.

"Robert! Stop that, they're going to be late" Alex's mother said as she hugged Alex and Sayaka.

"You both look amazing, have fun okay?" Alex's mother said.

"We will" Alex and Sayaka exited the house and went towards the car that Sayaka borrowed from the Lion King organization for Alex.

When Alex and Sayaka arrived they felt a mana flux in the surroundings, not the normal kind of one but a familiar awakening mana flux, Alex told Sayaka to just relax after all he's the strongest which made her calm down and will enjoy the party for a bit till the mana on the top calm down then that's when the time to go.

When Alex and Sayaka arrived at the Oceanus Grave (the ship's name) they headed towards the guards who were guarding the ship and presented their invitation, once it was confirmed they went in.

"Hmm? Where's this guy? You seen him?" Alex asked Sayaka who shook her head as she also looked for the guy who invited them.

"I know I'm supposed to welcome him first as the 4th progenitor, but where is he? If we don't find him then it's okay right?" Alex gave Sayaka a sly smile as he offered his hand to her.

"May I have this dance?" Alex asked which Sayaka accepted and put her hand on Alex's as both of them went towards the dance floor.

"You're pretty good at this Sayaka" Alex said causing Sayaka to smile at him.

"Of course, it's part of my training as a war dancer to learn how to dance" Sayaka said as she puffed out her chest causing Alex to chuckle.

"Then just guide me, despite me asking you for a dance I've never danced before" Alex said as he laughed which caused Sayaka to chuckle too.

"Of course Alex, it's my job as your lover and maid after all, just don't step on my foot" Sayaka teased Alex which caused him to shake his head with a smile as the two of them enjoyed their time together.

After they finished dancing they then went towards where the food was located and grabbed something to eat while they talked about miscellaneous things, suddenly they felt a flux of mana on top of the ship again, but this time it was much denser as Alex looked at Sayaka which she nodded.

But Alex can't help but think.

'... Why does this mana seem familiar...' Alex said as he narrowed his eyes thinking of the possibilities.

"A fight?" Sayaka said as she looked at the two vampires with their familiars in front of them.

"Nope, that blond guy did not even go all out" Alex said.

"He's testing the silver blue-haired guy?" Sayaka asked causing Alex to nod.

"I can feel the dude that has a slime familiar is a virgin vampire, plus his mana isn't that great compared to the blond guy who has a snake familiar, that's probably our guy but the blue-haired guy's mana is super dense, almost similar to mine" Alex said as he walked closer to them as he put his hands on his pocket while leaving Sayaka behind him.

"You guys finished?" Both guys looked in his direction causing Vatler to widen his eyes for a bit before returning to normal.

"Well this is a surprise, I didn't put any hope for you to come yet here you are" Vatler spread his arms before putting his hand on his heart as he bowed down.

"My name is Dimitrie Valter, I've been granted the honor of lordship over Ardeal by my progenitor, the Lost Warlord" he said causing the 4th progenitor to nod.

"I see, nice to meet you I guess? I'm sure you already know me but I'm Alex Avgi, the current 4th progenitor" the 4th progenitor said as he looked at the silver blue-haired guy.

"And you must be Kojou Akatsuki, nice to finally meet my cousin in person, let's talk more later but for now I have some business to Lord Vatler here" Vatler nodded as he gestured the 4th progenitor to follow him then the 4th progenitor looked at Sayaka for a bit and said.

"I'll leave the rest to you" Sayaka bowed down a bit before walking towards Kojou explaining the situation, she saw Yukina and ran towards her and hugged the living out of her.

"So, you must have something to tell me if you invited me to your 'party' Vatler" the 4th progenitor said as he grabbed a wine bottle and helped himself.

"Of course, are you familiar with the name Christopher Gardos?" Vatler asked causing the 4th progenitor to raise his eyebrows.

"If you want to hunt him because either you're bored or he's a former soldier from the warlord's dominion that betrayed your progenitor, I don't really care, just hunt him as you see fit, I don't get why you're even asking me this" Alex grinned because he has something want to hear from Vatler.

"The faction Black Death Emperor hired Christopher as their new leader, and he's here" Vatler gave a grin on his own.

"Like I've said I don't really care, just do as you see fit" The 4th progenitor shrugged and stood up and turned his back towards Vatler, as soon as the 4th progenitor turned his back he felt a mana of a familiar which causes the 4th progenitor to grinned and immediately summoned a hexagon diamond to protect himself from the attack Vatler launched.

"Oh? What's the meaning of this? Vatler?" The 4th progenitor looked at Vatler with his now crimson eyes while grinning.

"Hahaha! How magnificent! Though I deeply apologize for my rudeness in testing your combat capabilities 4th progenitor" Vatler put his hand on his chest and did a small bow but The 4th progenitor just kept looking at him.

"That must be the 1st familiar of calamity, Mesarthim-Adamas, am I correct?" Vatler said causing the 4th progenitor to huff.

"That's correct, and Since you already apologized I won't take further actions... Is what you're thinking I was going to say right" Grinning the 4th progenitor said as he summoned his 5th familiar and ordered it to blast a lighting towards Vatler, seeing this, Vatler immediately summoned his own familiar to protect himself but his familiar got blasted away leaving a bloodied Vatler

*BOOM*

"You won't take offense on this right? After all, I've also wanted to test your combat capabilities" The 4th progenitor patted Regulus-Aurum before unsummoning him as he put his hands in his pocket and walked away.
