2 STB: Chapter 1

After Alex learns now that he's not a human anymore, due to the headache he has he decides to just sleep the headache away.

Soon Alex found himself in a dark room on a throne sitting as the 12 beings in front of him sitting as he instantly knew who these beings were and what they were.

They are the 4th progenitor's familiar, His familiar as he is now the 4th progenitor after the previous Alex killed the previous 4th progenitor with a sharp stick.

Yes, the previous progenitor died with a stake through the heart.

From the memories he receives after he enters this room where his new familiars are currently residing, Avora Florestine is the name of the previous 4th progenitor he killed.

The previous progenitor Alex killed contains all of the ribs of the original 4th progenitor causing her to have all of the familiars inside her body.

A lot of information suddenly appeared in the mind of the previous Alex after he killed Avrora.

Avrora who has picked a supposed successor and was supposed to be the next progenitor after he killed Avrora, as the guy has 2 of her ribs that were transplanted to him by "root" due to his bravery (stupidity), and Avrora who ordered him (mind control) to kill her and become the 4th progenitor but due to Alex being there and didn't like the destruction the "Scorched Banquet" as they now called it decided to took matters to his hands and threw a sharp stick like a javelin, and due to his luck, manage to pierce through her heart.

Due to this action, the familiars of the 4th progenitor, deemed Alex worthy to be their next master and the next 4th progenitor, so the familiars went rouge and controlled Avrora to transplant all of her ribs along with the 2 ribs from the guy who was supposed to be the next progenitor to Alex causing him to blank out as his familiars transported his body to his home.

Alex also learned the reason why the familiar went rouge due to the previous progenitor desire to be destroyed so the familiars granted her wish by transplanting all of the ribs of the previous 4th progenitor to Alex

As for the other memories, he doesn't care about them since it doesn't concern him, now that he knows that these 12 beings are the ones he sensed inside him earlier and are now his familiars.

But the problem is he still needs to drink blood to complete the ritual for him to become the 4th progenitor as the current him is just a free trial 4th progenitor.

It's the reason why he can't use their energy when he wants to write runes using their energy.

Alex slowly woke up from his bed and a bit annoyed due to the `hunger` he was currently feeling, Alex notice that it's time for dinner decided to come down stairs lazily which surprised his parents since they never saw their son this lazy before.

Alex just ignored both of them gawking at him and just sat in his place on the table and decided to try to satisfy that `hunger` he was feeling.

"I'm going out, do you guys need something to buy while I'm out?" Alex then stood up as he brought the plate along with him to the sink to wash his hands.

"Hmm, milk is almost out, anything you would like to add" His mother looked at her husband who was looking at his phone.

"Yeah, we ran out of coffee earlier, forgot to bring it up earlier, so I guess you buy that too" His father said as he scrolled from his phone.

"Okay, I'm going out then" Alex then closed the door behind him as he headed towards the nearest blood center.

Alex came out from the blood center with a sigh as he scratched his head due to the habit he got when he's annoyed and he's been annoyed frequently, he just wants to see his runes work so how the hell it turned out the way they turned out…

Apparently you need a reason, a very good reason to buy blood or you need to be a registered demon who consumed blood as their food.

The good news is, he's a demon who needs to consume blood as food. The problem is he's not a registered demon, and I'm sure they'll question whether a previous human suddenly turned into the most powerful vampire that was supposed to be a myth…

Seeing that he had no choice, he just went to the nearest convenience store to buy the things his parents asked him to.

As Alex walking out the convenience with a plastic bag on his hands he saw a couple in the dark alley getting lovey dovey to each other, it makes Alex was to throw a bucket of water to them, as Alex has been a virgin since he's to busy with his rune research he got no time with some random girls, but now that he saw the couple getting bold with each other.

Alex suddenly felt weird causing him to widen his eyes and frowned, he suddenly had the urge to drink the girl's blood, he recently became a vampire so he has no idea how vampires deal with their urge to drink blood or what it triggers.

He just went home as fast as he could with a frown on his face as he really needed to satisfy his urge to drink blood, while it might sound disgusting as he is a previous human, it's better than drinking some random person's blood specially a man's blood, that's just disgusting…

Alex decided when he got home he'd find something useful for his current situation.

Apparently when they said that you can almost buy anything online, well from the looks of it, it is certainly true, since he just ordered 4 bags of blood.

And there's a bunch of options on the site like `what type of blood, from what species, and from what gender` obviously Alex picked 4 different common blood types, from species human of course, and for the gender he picked girl of course.

Who would want to drink a man's blood when you're also a man, I'm sure that vampire girls will also tend to be biased to what blood they will drink from.

After he finalized everything he hit order, and by the looks of it, his newly bought blood will arrive tomorrow which is good since he'll be at home the whole day making new set of combination of runes, he's also quite nervous and excited at the same time, as he call it "nervcited"

Thinking everything Alex wanted to do for today's is done, he decided to get an early sleep, which is quite difficult since he's a lot more energetic when it comes to night, perks being a vampire, looks like he's also looking forward to researching runes all night long.
