After a week of upgrading Sayaka's weapon.
Sayaka's eyes slowly fluttered after a night of passion with Alex as she slowly woke up and felt surrounded by warmth and tenderness curled up safely within Alex's protective embrace.
Sayaka couldn't help but release a soft sigh as she felt Alex's hands stroke her back.

After Alex's family and friends had their breakfast, Alex went ahead towards the attic while Sayaka helped clean up the table with Astarte.

An ego will suffice for it to work, as for how to make it... for now I'm at a dead end" Alex opened the drawer and placed the heavy dual pistols before a knock on the door echoed in the room.
"Enter" Alex smiled at Sayaka who entered the attic and sat in front of him.
"Is there something wrong? You looked troubled" Alex asked as he leaned on his palm.
"Did you do something to me?" Sayaka seriously asked, causing Alex to raise an eyebrow.
"Of course, I did something to you" Alex replied, causing Sayaka to narrow her eyes toward Alex.
"...Can I ask what?" Sayaka asked.
"I fucked you last night while drinking your blood causing you to pass out? I'm correct right?" Alex said innocently but a smirk on his face betrayed his tone.
Sayaka who heard this couldn't help but feel her face heat as she pointed toward Alex.
"You're the one who did that after you asked if you wanted to try something new! You perverted progenitor! Rune maniac!" Alex just shrugged her accusations since it's true, but this caused Sayaka to be embarrassed more so she picked something close to her as she threw it towards Alex who easily either dodged it or caught the object flying towards him.

After Sayaka finally got it out of her system, she asked again.
"I'll ask again... No perverted answers! Did you do something to me?" Alex saw the seriousness in her eyes so he shook his head causing her to frown and to be confused as to why she suddenly became stronger.
"No idea what you're talking about, also why me?" Alex isn't upset that he got accused, instead, he is curious about what happened.
"Because I'm around you all the time" What Sayaka said made sense so Alex nodded.
"Fair enough, so? What happened to you anyway?" Alex asked, unable to hold back his curiosity.
"I feel stronger..." Alex just raised his eyebrow to her and felt there's something more to the story.
"And? Didn't you always train when you're not around me?" Alex said.
"No! I don't mean that, I mean I feel stronger, faster, and durable, and my senses become super strong too" Sayaka said, causing Alex to let out a hum.
"How strong are we talking about?" Alex asked.
"To the point, I can lift a car without issue" Sayaka replied while frowning since she could see that Alex had no idea what was happening to her.
"Oh? That's interesting, I'm curious how you got stronger" Alex asked as he started to theorize what happened to Sayaka.

While Alex was unable to get a clear conclusion Sayaka said something that might be a good idea.
"I can ask my mentor if that's all right..." Sayaka suggested while fidgeting, afraid that her suggestion would get rejected.
"Your teacher? How can your mentor help?" Alex raised his eyebrow to her.
"She's very old which I'm going to get in trouble if she heard I've said that, and she's also a supernatural being, she has access to the knowledge that was available to the people who have a high ranking in the Lion King organization" Sayaka explained.
"I see, you can send a message to your mentor, so what is your mentor anyway? Is your teacher a vampire?" Sayaka shook her head, but what Sayaka just said made Alex's mind blank.
"She's an elf" Sayaka said as Alex's mind reminded him of playing a bunch of eroge games with an elf on it...
"Erofu..." Alex mumbled but Sayaka managed to catch it due to her strong senses
"Ero...fu? What's that?" Sayaka tilted her head.
"Hahaha just forget about that, it's nothing, I just remembered something" Alex said to her causing her to look at Alex for a bit but nodded in the end.

Later that evening after dinner Alex and Sayaka stay in the living room to watch TV instead of going straight to their shared room or the attic.
"Thanks, Astarte" Astarte just nodded and put the snacks on the coffee table and was about to head to her room but was called by Alex.
"Join us Astarte, you are free right?" Alex said while still watching TV.
"Answer, yes" Astarte then sat towards the free spot on the sofa beside Alex, while Sayaka beside him was still in her maid uniform.

"There's been a lot of attacks recently" Sayaka said while watching the news while Alex secretly grinned.
"Answer, there's a lot of terrorists who have been entering Itogami Island after the events happened on Keystone Gate" Astarte spoke her thoughts while Sayaka just hummed acknowledging her input.
"Well, whatever happens on the island has nothing to do with us" Alex shrugs but inwardly he's screaming with joy since his plan seems to be working just fine.

The next morning, Sayaka received an answer from her mentor, she immediately went to the attic where Alex was working with something new, she didn't want to know what it was.
"I see, so, we're like married couples now?" Alex asked in an unsure tone causing Sayaka to blush.
"What?!" Sayaka started to throw things towards Alex who was just grinning.
"What? You said as I quote becoming a blood servant to someone of the opposite gender is akin to marriage end of quote so we're married now" Alex teases Sayaka who's currently a blushing mess.
"Its official name is called Blood Servant! Not married couples!" Sayaka crossed her arms as she stomped her foot.
"Yeah, let's call that, so can you tell me how you become a blood servant?" Alex asked.
"Ahem, my mentor said, blood servants are pseudo-vampires that have direct contact with the first generation of vampires" Sayaka said as she pointed her index finger to Alex, to which Alex nodded.
"Yeah, I'm a progenitor so I'm a first generation vampire" Alex said which Sayaka nodded.
"My mentor also said that blood servants were said to possess combat capability sometimes surpassing that of pureblood vampires... A-And..." Sayaka explained but stuttered at the end.
"And?" Alex asked, which resulted in more stuttering from Sayaka.
"A-And l-lived with their masters for eternity!" Sayaka covered her face with her hands after she finished her sentence, causing Alex to laugh.
"Hahahaha! So that means you're tied with me until I die which is impossible" Alex said while laughing causing them to blush even further which she thought wasn't that bad since she desired to be with Alex for a long time.
