Statistics is busy in counting the blessing of allah from the very benining of human civilization .in the modren world there is hardly any field of human activity where statistical information (data) or statistical methods are not used for one purpose or the other. A common man knows nothing about statistics but he use it in daily life. It guides the decision makers and researchers in every walk of life. Nothing can be said exactly about any problem unitl and unless we have timely, accurate and reliable information both at government level and priveate sactor. Statistical techniques are widly used for analysis of data, testing new laws in almost every branch of learning like science, humanities and even in literature.
