Plot Twist I Got A Better Idea!!!

Since Votes For Other Choices reach same number as Fate Throne of Heroes story I was gonna write I had a new idea how about a chracter that gains all techniques he ever saw with mastery of it's related enegies and stand Ultimate Whitesnake or Normal White Snake and if you don't like stand idea how about meta essence cyoa?
