Ren's attack ended as he flew back a few meters far away from Hantengu...
'Damn, that was still incomplete, I'm still not used to this technique that much..' Ren thought, annoyed that he couldn't kill the pathetic demon in one burst.
The four cut body parts started forming lumps of flesh, regenerating into four separate beings. These new beings embodied Hantengu's four primary emotions formed by his Blood Demon Art, Emotion Manifestation.
An additional fact about the personalities of the first four clones is that their names are all derived from "Kidoairaku" — a Yojijukugo or Japanese four-character idiom which means "the range of human emotions."
"Damn it! This monster's too strong! We need to fuse!" Sekido, a clone personifying Hantengu's anger, commanded the other three. He was the leader and the one who oversaw the group of clones whenever they came out.
"No, I don't want to die together with you!" Aizeutsu protested, being the rational and calm one within the group. Sekido turned to look at the clone embodying Hantengu's sadness with fury in his eyes.
Sekido grabbed him by the throat and lifted him, his arm started shaping and morphing. The other 3 clones were being drawn to him, their bodies moving without their will. Soon, all of them started to fuse like dough being molded with yeast.
The four formed a new being, Zouhakuten, the strongest form of these clones, mixed together with all of their abilities, he was versatile and strong.
"You evil beast, you're bullying the weak and innocent, and for that, I will enact justice upon you! Beast!" The very first words out of his mouth was pure ubridled hatred towards Ren, viewing him to be evil and wicked.
Zouhakuten grew wooden drums from his back with traditional Japanese patterns. He also formed two bone-like double-bladed dagger fashioned from his flesh and blood.
Bang!
Zouhakuten struck a drum behind him with one of his bone daggers which produced a loud thumping sound. Large green strong winds appeared, the wind appeared to have the strength to crush building due to it crushing many walls around him.
These were Karaku's Wind Blasts used by Zouhakuten, attempting to swat Ren from the sky. Unfortunately for the narcissistic demon, Ren tore a portal to this world's space and let it suck all the wind out from of the atmosphere.
"Tch! Damn devious methods..!" Zouhakuten struck two of his drums this time.
Bang! Bang!
Two large thumps resounded over the now expanded room from Zouhakuten's attack. Nakime, predicting his next series of Blood Demon Art attacks, manipulated the walls around them expand.
As soon as Nakime strung her biwa, Zohakuten created a lot of wooden dragons stretching up to twenty meters in length.
Bang!
"Haaah!" Zouhakuten struck one of the drums casually and then shouting. Two of the many wooden dragons pointed their dragon-like heads upwards—
—Then, a ball of fire and sonic waves appeared as they opened their mouths, one shooting a beam of fiery lasers while the other one shooting a visible stream of high-pitched sonic waves.
The attacks wreaked havoc across the wooden landscape inside of the Infinity Castle. The attacks headed right towards Ren who was still floating in the air. The air contorted and rent against the effect of the attacks.
Ren's bangs blew high as the attacks neared him then — he cut through both of them in a horizontal slash. The high-pitched sonic waves and the beam of fire dissipated quickly, and behind them, the two dragon heads were severed.
"Keh?! This bastard..!" Zouhakuten uttered an audible gasp of surprise after seeing Ren's feat.
Bang! Bang! Zshht!
Zouhakuten slammed another two drums behind him. Lightning flickered and then countless bolts fell in Ren's position, blue and red lightning intertwining. Yet, Ren was undeterred, a pale dome of light rippling where the lightning bolts have fallen.
"I'm not gonna play any more.." Ren said, immediately launching a barrage of light sword constructs at Zouhakuten.
Zouhakuten's eyes widened, hastily slamming a drum to use one of his Blood Demon Art technique to protect him. A huge wooden trunk rose grew from his body, the bark strong enough to endure metal.
Despite the hail of light sword constructs piercing, it didn't get through completely; a testament to the strength of the wood made from his flesh. The huge tree retreated back to Zouhakuten's body after a few seconds.
"Beast..! Ora! Ora! Ora!" Zouhakuten grit his teeth as he slammed two drums with huge force, therefore producing a deeper rumbling sound. As a result of the drums being struck, 10 more dragon heads with serpentine bodies rose from the wooden floor ground, the ground trembling and cracking.
"ORAA!!" Zouhakuten shouted ferociously. The moment he slammed his drums, the wooden dragons lunged at Ren and at the formation. The maws of the wooden dragons unhinged, waiting to bite and swallow Ren whole.
Ren crouched and pushed off, he blitzed like a bullet fired. He flew and jumped across the wooden confines of this extradimensional space, cutting whatever he comes across. All of a sudden, the wooden dragons had hollow holes in all parts of their bodies like a cannonball shot through them.
With the structure integrity of the wooden dragons gone, their 20 meter tall bodies collapsed to the ground, shattering and destroying the floor. Zouhakuten and all the people present were shocked at the speeds Ren defeated the gigantic wooden dragons.
"Y-you..! You!.." Zouhakuten was speechless and dumbfounded. Taking advantage of that shock, Ren shot himself towards the back of Zouhakuten.
Baaam!
Ren landed with a giant bang, wooden dust and chipped parts from the floor flying all over the place. Zouhakuten, reacting quickly from his instincts, turned around and was met face-to-face with a blade thrusting at his torso.
"N-.....no..!" Zouhakuten slammed his drums furiously, blasting Ren with compressed sonic waves and paralyzing electricity, yet —
—The blade didn't stop, the air whistled but sounded muffled to Zouhakuten's ear, the world spinning as he lost balance..
