Ren approved as fast as he can, because he knows the strength of the magic system on Lucien's world. Basically, To use magic you need to understand the properties and nature of the thing you're manipulating, like if you understood molecules and created a magic formula using arithmetic, you could manipulate molecules to however you like!
And Lucien here was a former college student at the a college of Science, so that was his forte! The only thing that Lucien was lacking was the spell models to use more advanced spells! Back then, the only thing he could do to cast spells was to use catalysts that were used to trigger chemical reactions back on Earth..
The arcanists there also has something they can form and enter called a Cognitive World that gives them a supply of Spiritual energy that dictates how many spells they could cast one after another, and can even create a universe and that gives them their spell models. They have a saying, "The world changes with my cognition" and "Knowledge is Power" based on Lucien's own thoughts.
Host Stars of Destiny are also the manifestation of their souls that they can find through astrology meditation, the stronger the bond was, the faster one could cast the element-specific spells and shorten the cooldown (CD) in general.
The spells that Lucien knew at the moment were "Eyes of Stars": A hypnotism magic. Meanwhile, on Lucien's side, after having checked in on an inn that he found on the Kingdom of Holm, he immediately went out towards the marketplace that he saw on the map that displayed the areas on the kingdom.
There, once he had arrived in the entrance of the marketplace, he could already see the hustle and bustle of the marketplace together with the bargaining of prices and aunties talking about rumors on the side of the road..
"Ah~ Okay! Soon, the checklist was all checked out and he has packed everything that he needed on a good-quality leather bag.

After reading all of those chats from the other group members, he smiled as he saw a prompt from another holographic panel appearing beside the other one.

Lucien pressed the [Yes] as the time on his world froze and his body disappeared from his world through a teleportation circle enveloping him..
