1 Chapter 1

I don't know where to start the story. Well I don't to think to much about it and will give you the summary of it.

I started my life as a soldier when I was 18. Before that, my life was your usual teenage life, going to school, hangout with friends, watching anime's, reading light novels, and playing games. Why did I choose to be a soldier? Well it was quite a ridiculous reason.

I found out that my girlfriend was cheating on me so in a heartbreak I broke up with her and joined the army, laughable right? Well at least my life turned out to be well there.

After being a soldier for 3 years, I was promoted to a team leader. Time passed and without me realizing it, 25 years has passed and I'm already a general at that moment.

I didn't marry anyone in my whole life and choose to marry my jobs and hobby instead. Well who said a general can't watch anime and play games? I'm free to do what I love to do.

But my life unfortunately have to end unexpectedly. It was a truck. I'm telling you it was a fucking truck that killed me. I know that from all the fan fics I read out there, more than 70% of their death was caused by a truck but I never thought that I would be joining them as well.

I was bewildered you know, I survived from being shot on my chest once. I also survived when my plane got shot and crashed on the ocean.

I also survived getting blasted from a bomb in a mission before. I have a fucking body made of steel. But what the fuck with that end? How did I died just from being hit by a fucking truck? It doesn't even hit my head and I even had time to cross my arm to protect my body from the impact.

How did I know that I was dead? Well my current situation told me all about it. I can see my lifeless body laying on the street from here, I think this is my soul form. I search the truck who hit me before but I realize that it had disappeared without any trace at all.

I was thinking about my next action when suddenly my surroundings turned dark, and not long after that I heard an old man voice talking to me out of nowhere.

"Have you done narrating your own life, son?" (???)

I tried to find the figure of the voice but I can't see anyone around me, so I assume that I can only hear his voice right now.

"Who are you?" (???)

"Don't be afraid, I'm just a normal god you can find everywhere. Well for the start you can call me Blaze. And sorry for your death, well it's Truck-kun doing so I will apologize in his stead."(Blaze)

"Alright Blaze, what do you want from me?"(???) I ask him inside my head.

"Hmm, you are quite calm for someone who just died, you even saw your own lifeless body and didn't got scared like the usual other soul."(Blaze)

Well what can I say to that claim. As a general, I need to be calm cool headed at all times and in any kind of situation to make a correct solution.

"Quit the bullshit already, are you going to send me to another world?"(???) I hope this so called god is a decent god. After reading all those isekaied fan fics, I already got pretty depressed after meeting this god. I hope he's character is not the same with that idiot blue haired goddess.

"Yes, I will send you to another world after this, and please don't group me with that idiot Aqua. I do my work seriously you know." (Blaze)

"Hmm? Well sorry for that, and I assume you can read my mind?"(???)

"Of course I can, Don't underestimate me son, even though I'm just a normal god, in the end I'm still a god. Well enough of this talk, let's talk about your next world."(Blaze)

A bowl suddenly appeared out of nowhere and it contains some folded paper. And then another bowl also appeared beside the first bowl. The first bowl has the word 'World' on it, and the other has the word 'System'.

"Don't tell me I have to gacha my own world and system?"(???)

"Unfortunately yes, you have to gamble it. You see, your karma isn't that high because you have killed a lot of people before. But you also saved a lot of people as well so in the end the karma you accumulated is enough to transmigrate you but it's not enough to make you able to choose your own world and power."(Blaze)

"I see, well what are we waiting for, let's get to it now."(???)

"Well then please pick one of the paper each inside of this bowl."(Blaze)

I took out a paper from the 'world' bowl first and opened it. I don't know whether I'm lucky or not by getting this world.

"Congratulations son... The world you have picked is the 'High School DxD' world. Well since your character is quite good, I will tell you that you can go to other worlds as well, for how to do that, you have to find out the way yourself. Let's continue with your second draw, son."(Blaze)

"*sigh* Alright, alright..."(???)

I proceed and took out the second paper from the second bowl with the word 'system' on it. I hope I got a decent system, at least not a system that will make me their slave.

"Congratulations son, you won a big time this time. You have gained the 'Empire Building System - EX Rank'. It seems you have quite the good luck."(Blaze)

"Well even though you have to gamble for your world and system, at least you have the power to choose it yourself. For the other things that need to be chosen like race, skills, family, bloodline, and others, it will be chosen randomly by the lottery machine here. You only have enough karma to gamble for your world and system."(Blaze)

After he said that, a lottery machine magically appeared in front of me, and then It started to rotate by itself and then stop at some point. It repeated a few times while a row of words appears before me.

Description:

You will be transmigrated as Hyoudou Tatsuya, the older brother of Hyoudou Issei, the protagonist of this world. Your timeline will be a year before the canon start.

"It seems you really do have a very good luck, your stats is way higher than the average human stats which is 10. Well there is a chance to gain the senju clan bloodline and body in the lottery wheel which is a very powerful bloodline but it seems you got your original stats from your first world."(Blaze)

"Usually your luck won't have any effect in this lottery wheel and the chance to get some decent stuff from this thing is quite low. Don't be mad at me son, this is not my idea to do this, if you have any complain then you can send it to my higher ups."(Blaze)

"Well then, good luck in your journey, Hyoudou Tatsuya!" (Blaze)

"Thanks Blaze."(Tatsuya)

~Tatsuya Room~

"Urgh... my head hurts. Where the hell am I?"(Tatsuya)

I tried to stand up from the bed I was laying on, but then suddenly a rush of memories entered my head and I would say that the process for it is very painful. The pain made my knees weak and made me fall to the floor.

"FUCK!!!!! Ha...ha... *pant* ha... *pant* Damn that hurts like hell. Even getting shot by a gun doesn't hurt that much."(Tatsuya)

It seems I woke up inside my room. It was a very simple room, about 3x4 square meters. It has a bed on the left side of the room and a study desk right next to it. There's a window behind the study desk and the door was located right next to the desk.

There's a a wardrobe for my clothes on the opposite left side of the room and the rest is empty. There's no poster, or manga, just a very simple room.

There's a laptop and a mobile phone on top of the study desk, the wall has a normal white color and the floor is made from wood.

*knock* *knock*

"Nii-san, are you okay? I heard you screamed, did you accidentally hurt yourself or something? I'm coming in okay. (Issei)

*clack* door opened

Opening the door was a teenage boy of average height with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and a light brown eyes.

He was wearing his school uniform which consists of a blazer over a white, long sleeved opened dress shirt and a red T-shirt underneath his open dress shirt and blazer.

"Tatsuya Nii-san! What happened? are you sick?"(Issei)

"I'm okay, just a little dizzy all of a sudden. I'm alright now."(Tatsuya)

"But you dont look fine to me at all. Let's call mom to..."(Issei)

"I'm telling you I'm a hundred percent fine, you don't have to worry about me. Issei, you can go out now, I need to work my homework now."(Tatsuya)

"Alright, alright, I'm getting out, just take care of yourself, Nii-san."(Issei)

"*sigh* What a great way to start my second life..."(Tatsuya)
