32 Chapter 29: The Arrival of Samuel Seo at the Club

Author's Note: I have been overwhelmed recently, between my private activities and studies, hence my delay in publications, but I think with the holidays, things will be more regular.

================================

Johan Seong's POV

"Xiaolong, can you explain to me why the drugs used in the Pungsan sect are provided by Vivi?" I asked this scoundrel.

I had my clothes covered in blood, it wasn't mine of course, but that of Vivi's bodyguards who had tried to prevent me from reaching this place along the way.

Despite the unpleasant sensation of blood on me, I didn't care about it currently.

I just wanted to get the truth and the method used didn't matter.

"Mr. Johan Seong, I think you're under contract," Xiaolong said seriously in front of a door blocked by a lance.

"I have already informed you that you will get information about the Pungsan cult if you collaborate with us," he said firmly.

"I just understand that you're stubborn," I said, gritting my teeth to try to calm my anger, which was only growing dangerously as I watched this scoundrel.

"I'm also tired of the trash who think they're superior or equal to me," I thought as I watched Xiaolong, who didn't seem to take my mood seriously.

I attacked him with a simple attack, a punch or a jab, which is a simple but extremely fast attack.

But surprisingly, he was able to block it with his forearm, but unfortunately for him, that was only the beginning of my offensive.

Within a few minutes, Xiaolong and I exchanged blows, but I could clearly say that he was physically weaker than Hanju and thanks to the advice received from Tom Lee, I had been able to improve my physique.

So I was able to start gaining the advantage despite this guy's body literally being an weapon .

*Bam*

"Disgusting insect eater," I yelled, gritting my teeth as I looked at the gash on my cheek caused by this damn Chinese man's hair.

"What strength," said Jake Kim as he watched Xiaolong embedded in the wall after Johan had thrown him into it by the hair.

"Oh! What a spectacle, fortunately the boss asked me to come here to discuss with two possible future partners," resonated a voice that surprisingly sounded familiar to me.

"Samuel Seo," Jake declared, staring at the new guest with a serious look.

"If Johan is facing Xiaolong, that means he has somehow understood the truth behind the Pungsan sect," he said nonchalantly with a wry smile on his lips.

"XIAOLONG," I yelled towards the man who had contributed to destroying my mother.

Now I was sure, Hanju had not lied.

...

Euijin Kyung's POV (Number 8 of the Gangbuk North)

"We should split up to find the boss more easily and clean up around here," I proposed to Jeongdu Ma, who was my partner for this mission.

"Indeed, it will be more effective," he replied nonchalantly before leaving, throwing a club guard away as if he was trash.

Frankly, this guy is not human.

"Now that I'm alone, I'm going to see if there are any nice things around here," I thought as I searched for valuables.

Contrary to what the other executives think, it's hard to take care of over 300 people.

But the current priority was to accomplish Hanju's request, which was to eliminate the riffraff in this place, but a bonus wasn't bad.

"You're one of the troublemakers reported," said a voice with a strong Chinese accent.

"I introduce myself, I am Hwang Ho and I hope that..." before he could continue to express himself.

I directly attacked him with a kick aimed at his head, but fortunately for him, the man named Hwang Ho was able to dodge it in time by taking a small step back with his body.

"Sorry, but the formal things before a fight are stupid, at least that's my opinion," I declared, taking off my sunglasses so as not to damage them during this fight.

"You Koreans, you have no sense of respect," Hwang Ho replied, clearly enraged.

"Allow me to educate you since your parents failed in that department," Hwang Ho declared, removing or tearing off his top clothes.

He didn't look like it, but the bastard was quite imposing, those were my honest thoughts as I looked at his musculature accompanied by numerous scars.

"I see the boss is facing people who are not ordinary," I said seriously as I took a proper fighting stance.

I practiced MMA, so wrestling or submission techniques were perfect for quickly resolving a conflict, at least in my opinion.

So yes, I had to finish quickly, this guy was strong and I was ready to bet he would easily be in the top 10 of the Gangbuk.

"Try to survive," Hwang Ho declared before attacking with a powerful side kick, but I could see it so I just dodged by lowering my position.

"This is the moment," those were the words resonating in my mind.

"You said you were going to educate me, didn't you?" I asked as a smile formed on my face.

I grabbed him by the hips while his leg was still in the air and I threw this damn stranger towards the wall.

"In the end, he wasn't that strong," I declared, a little surprised at how easy the fight was.

*Bam* sound of cracks in the wall.

"It seems no one ever taught you to check if your opponent was definitely out of service," Hwang Ho declared after his surprise attack succeeded.

Shit, he was fast even after being smashed against a wall and that attack was...

"From your expression, you must have realized that I'm a practitioner of the noble art of 'Jeet Kune Do', but that won't help you," he said as he approached.

"I really hope Jeongdu Ma was luckier than me."

But despite my words, I couldn't help but smile in front of this opponent.

Hanju's POV

"Wake up," I said, trying to wake up the woman in front of me who seemed petrified with fear by something she had seen earlier.

"NO, LEAVE ME MONSTERS," the agitated woman screamed.

"I have no choice," I mumbled before slapping her, which unfortunately cut her lip.

"Why did you slap me, I'm your superior," the woman declared, who if I remember correctly was named Sowol.

"Johan knocked me out, he's gone mad, so I'll need your help to catch up with him," I explained, alluding to the badge that allows access to the area reserved for Vivi and her friends' games.

"So they attacked you too?" she asked with a relieved look on her face.

What an idiot, does she really think I can let my guard down around a rabid dog like Johan? I just want to recover the badge without destroying her pretty little face.

After all, I'm not a devil, am I?

"Unfortunately, Johan and the man accompanying him attacked everyone and I no longer have my badge," she said with an apologetic look.

"I see," I simply said before getting up to leave this side.

"Wait, you're really not on Johan's side?" she asked again.

She seemed to have regained her senses.

"No, I'm first and foremost a member of Mr. Tom Lee's agency and I'm currently on a mission," I declared.

She seemed more relaxed after listening to me.

After chatting with her for a bit, we parted ways. From our conversation, I understood that Xiaolong didn't know which side I was on in all this chaos.

So I could use that later to deal with Tom Lee.

"For now, I don't really know if Eugene is aware that I control the Gangbuk, but I'm sure he won't mind if I destroy this place."

As I walked, mumbling my thoughts like a little clichéd anime villain, I ended up witnessing a strange scene, to be precise it was a gathering of individuals I knew well.

"I see you've arrived, Jeongdu Ma, and you have company too," I said, looking at the people present.

"Boss," he said, bowing slightly, which with his imposing stature made the scene impressive.

"You're the bouncer, right? Why are there so many intruders?" declared one of the club's executives named Huseong Ha.

"Oh! Sorry, I was knocked out by Johan," I declared, approaching with my head bowed to give him a sense of security around me.

"I understand, but why was that one so familiar with you?" Huseong Ha asked, but unfortunately he had been too smart for his own good.

"He's a reinforcement I contacted to help calm things down here," I said calmly.

He seemed to have believed me and focused his attention on Jerry and his friend in the room.

The moment he stopped paying attention to me, I directly kicked his leg with a good part of my strength and kneed him in the Adam's apple when he bent over from the shock of the pain in his leg.

That wasn't all, since I was aware of my opponent's monstrous physique, so I attacked his neck with a karate elbow strike to make sure he was knocked out.

I was pretty sure he couldn't see my attack on him because of the shock.

"Please check if he has a badge, my dear Jeongdu Ma," I ordered.

"And who are you guys?" Hanju asked, looking at the completely messed up environment and Jerry slightly injured with his friend in the back.

"We're Big Deal," Jerry simply replied, the number 2 of Big Deal.

"I see Jake did indeed call his friends, if you want to find your boss, follow me."

I didn't bother to see if they were following me since Jeongdu Ma had shown me that he had been able to find a badge that could allow access to the area reserved for Vivi's friends.

Author's Note: I'm back (again) in short, things seem to be getting worse for Xiaolong.
