10 Ratman - Chapter 10

As Fraus left the city, he went towards the forest to hunt some creatures. The soul stones can only be earned from the magical creatures. The levels for the creatures are pretty basic, as shown by the colors. 

"White" 1

  "Blue" 2

  "Red" 3

  "Purple" 4

"Black 5

So normal wild animals did not count as magical creatures and did not contain any soul stones.

And the creatures that students were discussing in the tavern as "Undead Walkers" were only creatures at the level of "White," and the soul stones they gave were "White Soul Stones," which did not have much value because they were white stones.

A blue soul stone equals 1000 of them, but it is still good for students as even one soul stone would give them enough funds for many things. 

After Fraus entered the forest, he already readied his sword for any kind of situation.

As he was looking around to find some creatures to hunt, he heard the weird sound of a creature.

As he looked at the source of the sound, he furrowed his brows and puked on the ground. 

"This is a Ratman!" 

Rat Men are creatures that hybridize between humans and rats. Their height is usually not tall and they have no strong physical power. 

But most of them were too agile for humans and strong in matters of "magic", and ordinary ratmen were not even "white" level creatures. 

At that time, the rat man looked at the Fraus and whispered in a sinister tone. 

You, humans, have the scent of my kin! "You are going to die. " 

As the ratman spoke, it showed its claws and teeth to the Fraus and started running towards "Fraus" at a fast speed. 

Fraus did not even hesitate and had already conjured "Two Gemini-Copies" and ordered them to be ready. 

As the Ratman showed, the humans he was going to attack suddenly became three people. It was shocking, but it was not important. 

The Ratman already smelled the dead bodies of "Ground Iron Rat" on the Fraus.

This smell could not be noticed by humans, but for a "ratman", it was not a hard thing to notice. 

At that time, Ratman tried to lunge toward Fraus, bypassing the two Gemini Copies, but it did not go well for him. 

The two-Gemini copies already slashed with their swords to lunge at "Ratman" and easily cut the ratman into two pieces.

Compared to the Fraus, the Gemini Copies did not have any kind of thought and worked with instinct if there was no order. 

In the meantime, they were not scared by any kind of creature or hesitated after the Fraus gave the order. This made them perfect soldiers for the Fraus. 

As the ratman died on the ground,

Fraus noticed that he was earning some kind of experience.

This is like feeling like you are learning something new but noticing that you already know one or two things about the subject itself. 

Fraus took a deep breath and only took the tail of the ratman and did not think about taking the full body. 

It is still weird that I encountered a "Ratman" here. This is not a thing to be expected. 

According to Fraus, he read that the Ratman race lived in mountains and underground and rarely went to the ground, so when he first saw Ratman, he did not expect to see it. 

As he was thinking, he heard some kind of noise. These noises were pretty much the same as "Ratman" noises, which are basically "Rat Noises" with a much louder volume.
